Yea, finally finished this. One year, lots of research, lots of edits, hundreds and hundreds of hours at sara. I am done.

WTF is a raid? Also, bounty hunter trading is not "illegal". But bottem line dragon plate was released way to late, with way to high of a drop rate from a NPC that is way to easy to kill(can kill 45-60 per hour depending on world population), with pretty bad stats.

This is a guide to soloing and duoing tormented demons. I will first cover soloing. Solo Section Gear Setups From best to worst-(dont take avas device, take a skill cape for prayer. Avas doesnt work due to rocks being in the way) If you are good at prayer swapping, you can just take arma plate+legs/Karils top+skirt. However, void is awesome here. With void you can take both maxed range and maxed melee, and just swap one extra item. Any other gear and you must either hybrid, or take either range or melee gear. Bottem line, void rocks here. Inventory I usually take 2 brews for solo, after 2-3 trips you will probably need just 2 also. The grey sword is Enhanced Excalibur. It privdes 20 hp every 5 mins. This may not sound like alot, but without it I end up needing 6-8 instead of just 2-4. Yes, you could take sgs, but I prefer Excalibur for its ease and because it is safer to use. SGS requires you to step out and spec, which can get you attacked by another demon, eliminating any healing done by the spec in the first place. Do not use a Godsword for this method. I have dont multiple trips with godswords to test it, and it just does not work. Using a godsowrd means you are not only swapping between mage and range prayer, but melee also. With a halberd you pray just 50-60% of the time. With a godsword you must pray 100% of the time, thats twice the prayer pots. Halberd rips them anyway. There is very little difference between halberd and Godsword as far as speed goes. The Fight The safe spot I use and will show you allows you to avoid all melee attacks, except for when you must weaken with darklight. This means you pray just 50-60% of the time. This spot is directly to the south of the entrance. Safe spot- Spot to stand when waiting for respawn- How to lure- If you need to trap a second demon, simply run unde rthe column to the north lie so- As you can see in the picture, one demon is already lured there. You can now stand the safe spot (from the first picture) and range/hally the demon. When you need to weaken the demon, put melee pray on, click one square south and melee it. To best see all these tactics, watch the video below. Video Duo Section Now for duo, my personal favorite. I enjoy duo more because it is roughly 50-65% faster kills and much easier to talk/relax. For duo, there will be one designated ranger and one designated meleer. Both of you should never hybrid, it waste time and will give considerably slower kills. Gear Setups and Inventories Melee Best option would be Void, but I prefer the defense of Bandos for melee. The meleer has the potential to take more damage, and can use the added defense. Not pictured but also a good option is dharoks. It is certaintly more dangerous, but is alot of fun and very effective, more so then you would think. Melee Inventory Summon one of the Stallions at the bank and withdraw another super restore/prayer potion. Range You can also use Karils top and skirt/blessed dragon hide if you don't have void or armadyl. You are also wearing all range gear. The Fight This is similar to solo. You use the same safe spot, but the ranger and meleer stand in different spots. The Ranger will stand in the exact same spot as solo, but the meleer simply stands exactly one square south. To lure the demons, please refer to the pictures in the above solo section. I'd also say SGS does help for solo. Just make sure you are know what you will lose if you die. I fixed a few quotes and other minor fixes. I also started working on getting the few remaining invos sorted so I can finally say this is finished. Should post a few invo pics tomorrow. Maybe once this is finished it can get into the AOW :

Good luck with both 99 wc and 99 attack :) Stick to slayer after 85 though, it is still a good money maker and slayer is a great skill to stick with :P Between charms and dark beasts and just the fun :)

A few months after summon came out and enough people accessed the higher level healers, guthans crashed. Guthans is old, inferior. And FYI, I have only had one time when I had to heal faster then my stallion spec bar could go back up, and that is at armadyl. Try using guthans there. For all other applications(sara gwd, even bandos gwd, dks, slayer, etc) The spec bar goes up faster then you will need to heal. trembake is just a player stuck in his/her old ways of "hmm I need hp, time to whip out guthans."

Never found a situation where stallion+pots was better then stallion+invo of food. Stallion is good to just let the bar go back up, it goes up fast enough by itself. Also, for all the stallion haters, I cant see how yip is better. For slayer, I only use a healer on 3 tasks. "omg stallion is overkill!!!!!" so what? lol. Never had a problem with just a few food and a steel titan. I have used yip twice, never liked it. Anyway, I train with stallions. May as well save a few of the pouches and use them....

Get a 99, not a skill cape. Skill capes are rewards for getting the 99, not the reason to train.

F2P does not deserve anything. Ask for updates when you start paying for the game. With that said, I do agree dragon weapons on f2p would improve the pvp aspect of f2p. I doubt it will happen any time soon though.

Attack- slayer Def- camped somwhere str- slayer or camped, idk hp- red chins range- red chins prayer- d bones magic- barrage skeles under ape atol cooking- sharks wc- teaks (60k+ exp an hour) fletch- broad arrows (550k exp an hour, cost 2.5m exp an hour) fish- barbian (50k+exp an hour) fm- yews or mages craft- black dhide bodies (340k exp an hour) smith- addy plates mine- granite herblore- sara brews agility- tickets+ape atol/dorg for 30 hours or all tickets Thief- pp (250k+ exp an hour) + juice slayer- piety+ knowledge of fast tasks, etc. farm- he abused a bug that let you recheck bushes over and over rc- zmi (40-45k exp an hour) con- mahogany tables (430k+exp an hour) hunter- red chins sum- eh kinda easy, just save charms and use that familiar to tele to the obleisk. its like 2500 charms an hour or whatever. I myself have held #1 positions on Runemonkey for cooking, agility, slayer, hp, and somthing else(dont remember). I'd like to get my slayer rank back some day, no motivation atm. Most people just don't know the fastest exp rates. A good deal of the Runemonkey rates are not even close to the current max exp per 30 hours for each skill.

Good guide for newer slayers I guess. Doesnt really compare to Axe Man Jack's guide or Zarfot's. Your guide is a bit to biased imo
