Alright, I have a boyfriend on these forums who I'm massively in love with, so this might be kind of weird, but I'll give it a go anyway... :D I'm a huge intelligence elitist. I'm sorry, I just really couldn't be with someone I thought was stupider than I was. And I'm quite egotistical and think quite a bit of my intelligence. :D And he should be intellectual, beyond that - capable of philosophical discussions. He should be sensitive and not too much of a "macho" man. He should be nice, he should care about me, and he should be able to deal with my high-maintance bad moods. It's important that he have similar interests. He should be a bit geeky and generally-liberal-hippie politically. He should be good-looking and have pretty eyes and pretty hair. :D Finally, his name should be David and his screenname dusqi. :D

I'm also waiting to find out way Dumbledore trusted Snape. Rowling said we would find that ou. My prediction is that Dumbledore knew that Snape loved. We know how powerful Dumbledore believes love is. So, who was it, you might ask, who Snape was so in love with? Lily Potter, of course :D Enter lots of rivalry with james, her future husband... etc :D As for how the book will end... well, I happen to think Harry himself might be a Horcrux, and maybe Harry will have to kill himself in order to destroy Voldemort... but erm... yeah...

There really has been so much buildup for Snape that leaving it now does seem to be a betrayal on JK's part, unleeeessss.... :D :D!! After discussing with her, we have concluded that it makes lots of sense. First, Harry's "explanation" of why Dumbledore trusted snape was a sucky one, and that can't be all there is to it. Also, if Dumbledore was tipped off about Snape talking to Malfoy, and HE knew he didn't order Snape to do it, he must have had to suspect him and such. Also, Dumbledore already suggested when they were going into the place to get the Horcrux thingy that the younger generation is more valuable at this point than he is - he just needed to make sure that Harry knew about them and could continue the task on his own. Snape might have to have been the only one loyal enough to kill Dumbledore himself, for the good of the cause.
