Wow, you did really well, especially in math :D I remember being angry that I got a 760 on the IIC and an 800 on the SAT math... it made me feel like I wasn't as good at "real" math (math more advanced than mere word problems). Sigh!! But you did it all, man :D You did it all! And punk - good luck!! I can understand being a little disappointed, but chin up, that's still plenty well enough to get into the best college ever (Wesleyan University), of course :D

If you want to buy a LOT of Coca-Cola to bring back to Iceland... then you should go to Costco :P However, you have to be a member to get into Costco so maybe not :x Erm... there are a gazillion stores, a ton of which will sell games and DVDs :D You really do just have to shop around.

As a senior, I'm not particularly worried about the test anymore :x Seeing as I'm already in college :x However, best of luck to the rest of you!! Don't worry, if you've taken practice tests, you'll do fine... AND you'll probably go up since the last practice test you've taken. I'm glad the writing section wasn't on it when I took it, because I did a bit worse on that (well, the writing SAT II) than the other sections. Although the writing SAT II counted just as much. Ehh.

I do rather have a tendency to live just because of inertia. I am living now, I don't have a good reason to stop living, so why not just keep on living? Then again, that's not really true. I really do live for a lot of the people around me, and I don't think they'd be as happy if I died. My boyfriend David, my parents, my brother, a few good friends... I guess that's why. :D

WHAT!!! Who said that the Aussie chick who won last year wasn't pretty? She was one of the most naturally gorgeous people I've ever seen! EVER! I hadn't been to his site for a while, but I went now and really appreciated the Orbitz one. Thought it was very well-done, entertaining, and made a good point. ;) I think what he says is important for helping to knock down the barriers of "political correctness" and allowing people to be more open about how they really feel. It's an interesting site to go to once every few months if you're bored, I guess. It's when people expect too much from maddox that it gets silly. Plus, all his fan/hate-mail is SO going to his head. Well, of course, since he's the best pirate in the universe, why not let it go to his head? :P

That's very true, but who says you have to become friends through a game? I realize that that's probably what most people on this board are talking about, but it's definitely not the only way. I also think that 'general' online friendships made outside a game will last longer, because in that case, you're more like... friends with the actual person, instead of friends with the player of the game. *claps* Well-said, Hannibal :D

I first started making friends in Runescape in the early summer of... 2001? Well, the year it came out. I'm still friends with most of these people, and keep in regular contact with them. Heck... one of them (dusqi) who I've known for... three and a half years? Is my boyfriend currently, and I don't just consider him an "online" boyfriend. He'll be staying with me this summer for three weeks =o) I don't see this relationship ending anytime soon!

Not as general as me saying we have bigger noses. Ha :D It's true, I do have a big nose :x As previously said, the main difference is the belief in Jesus Christ. And all of the New Testament, for that matter - it is not accepted/considered in the Jewish faith. The holidays are also quite different. We have no Christmas or easter, but instead we have Pesach and Chanukah and Rosh Hashanah (the Jewish New Year) and Yom Kippur. The main point of these holidays is often to celebrate Jewish culture and the miracle of our survival with the help of God, as well as repenting (Yom Kippur) and asking for forgiveness and being good people.

1) I can't stand it when people make fun of people for watching a reality show. Yes, it's a reality show, but these are people with genuinely good voices. Surely it's a better way for people to become pop stars than having record companies randomly choose a pretty-looking person to be the next "it" girl. 2) I want Bo to win, and I think Bo will win. Carrie is also a great singer, but she doesn't compare to Bo :P Come on :P And I've been right in predicting who will get voted off for the past six episodes :D Even the Constantine one :P

I know you said that you wanted to read single books or short stories.. but... from what you've said... gosh... you just have to read the His Dark Materials series by Pullman :D The first one is "The Golden Compass" in the US version :D

I missed two days for college visits, missed time for AP testing, and am missing the day after prom... and I'm in danger of failing this marking period for absences! It's INSANE.
