New Halo 3 Trailer
TBH, that was really weak. I can't possibly see anyone that isn't a Halo fanboy getting enticed by that.

Where do you get your tech news?
The Inquirer is not just fairly innaccurate, on occassions that flat out make things up. It shouldn't be taken as news...More (un)educated guesses. I actually go to many sites, pretty well every day. I normally start at http://firingsquad.com, which themselves have a decent mix of computer tech and game reviews, but they also have a lot of tech news listings from other sites. I then go to http://tomshardware.com, probably the best place for computer tech news and reviews. Then I check http://anandtech.com, and http://dailytech.com, the later of which is occassionally awesome having the first looks at things, but also kind of fails in some aspects. anandtech and dailytech are related, but anandtech has all the headlines from dailytech, so I just go there. Also tomshardware and tgdaily.com are also related, which is another one I occassionally look it. Dailytech is actually really good for news outside of computers, in other science and tech things. Sometimes I also look at http://xbitlabs.com. It's alright, pretty good for benchmarks, but also quite slow with their reviews. Overall, firingsquad and tomshardware are the best places in my opinion. As for tech from a game news/reviews perspective, I check IGN.com, Gamespot.com, and gamespy.com. Gamespot is best for news, gamespy is by far the best for reviews, and IGN does both well (though they review games too highly). I also occassionally check 1up.com, but they are more of theinquirer of games...Lot's of bad facts, bad, uninformed reviews...But also they have some interesting features and first looks which warrant a glance every few days.

What do you hate most about school?
If by work you mean as in occupation work (as opposed to home work), then that's like, almost exactly the same thing I would have said. Until this, the senior year, I never really cared to much about getting good grades, because I didn't have to. I still got them, but it was easier then. Now, I haven't played a video game since the first week of September, and I've only been out with friends like, 4 times. I finally finished my community service, but I'm still atleast 2-3 days behind in every class, on a regular basis (there's only 3, and 1 grade 11 PE course). And that's with essentially 5 hours of homework a night, every night, and maybe very occassionally I can get a few minutes to my self each night, which keeps me from killing myself. I also do homework all day on weekends, and often far into the night...2-3am is a common occurance. And I work every Friday and Saturday night, often with another weekday night (that's where I get days behind...) I'm just so busy, and I feel like I could break at any time, and screw up a major test. I need an 85% average to get a small scholarship to the place I'm trying to go, and I'm currently at 85.3333%

RPG type video game? Help needed!
KOTOR isn't all that long, but it does have replay-ability. So it could last a while. From what I remember I have played it through 6 times. Eh, he asked for good RPG games, and nothing better exists on original Xbox.

The last film/tv program/song to bring you to tears
I've never actually broken out to tears, but the 2 that have come closest (lump in the throat-ish), are Castaway (Wilson!! :( ...Not because it's actually the volleyball that makes you said...It's that feeling of inevitable loss that you can't do anything about). and United 93 (self explanitory).

RPG type video game? Help needed!
Look at KOTOR or Jade Empire.

Who likes the bad guy?
The reason the movie "The Professional" was so good was because of it had a delightfully evil villain, AND an immoral anti-hero. 90% of the time I like to side with the good guy, but very occassionally its fun to side with the bad guy.

Worst Game You Ever Played
Not "nuff said". Care to explain why games like "The Chonicles of Rid[bleep]: Escape From Butcher Bay", "Tron 2.0", "Knights of the Old Republic", "Dark Forces" and "Jedi Knight" (and I could name 5-10 more if you really wanted me to). You know, games that make the movies even better? And I'm not sure what the question is. The actual WORST game I've ever played, from a technical and artistic standpoint, or the game I liked least. If the latter is the case, Halo is the clear winner. Obviously it was a technically competent game, relatively bugfree and had sufficient gameplay, but it was just too bland; mediocre if you will, to warrant such high praise. The way people talked about it, saying it was the best game ever, then playing through about 3 levels and realizing I'd been lied to and that I had commited to playing such a mediocre game was devastating. Not a BAD game in the traditional sense, just a tremendously disappointing one. As for the former, I don't buy bad games...If I looked up the scores of all the games I own on all the biggest websites, I can pretty well guarantee there's nothing below a 75%.

What were you doing New Years Eve Y2K
I donno about 1999, but New Years Ever 2000 (which is technically Y2k) I believe I was watching 2001: A Space Odyssey for the first time.

BODIES... The Exhibition
I got a chance to go see it for a Bio field trip last year, but didn't go :\.

What movie(s) did you last see?
I watched The Da Vinci Code. It was solidly mediocre. I haven't read the book, but it seemed better fitted to be a book. It was basically like a retelling of a book, this time with moving pictures. So much narration, and explaination...It really didn't have the time to actually portray these things, so it just hussled through with lots of voice overs. It really doesn't make for that fun or original of a movie, constantly trying to keep up with just enough information to get by. And instead of having action, or building atmosphere, this is what it was doing. That being said, it worked as a movie and I really can't see why this story has generated so much publicity. Assuming this is just like the book, it really doesn't seem to be worthy of such attention... Also, it seems more attention to detail, and that this guy did his research, then actual good storytelling, character building and so on...

Guide To Making PowerPoints!
I made one really, really nice seminar presentation for an Organize Crime presentation in law last year. It was basically black background, white font, and a few similar but slightly modified backgrounds, which I spent quite a while putting together in photoshop. The point was that they were nice and elegant, but didn't detract at all from the points (which, were written in large font, 4ish points per slide, with a clear but non TNR font). It was really nice, and I think elevated my project past other ones, alteast in terms of professionalism. I also had a nice, edited together movie montage, rather than attempting to fast forward to find the places. Though, generally, just don't do Powerpoint. The only reason I have heard for legitimately doing powerpoint is in university lectures, which are basically white background, black text, large font. PP really isn't required for most high school presentations (in fact, I did a group presentation a few weeks ago, and I refused to allow our group to do powerpoint. We went on to get a mark that brought all of our averages way up.) Just generally, don't do powerpoint. But if you HAVE to, or you just really want to, be very careful. Put in effort, use good judgement as to what looks good (ARRGH, don't you love when people put lime green text onto random googled backgrounds?), and just generally keep it simple.

Honesty
If I saw someone drop a large quantity of money, I'd definately return do whatever it takes to return it. I might like it if someone gave me some kind of reward though. If I found money, with no way of knowing who dropped it, then that's basically the motherload and I'd snatch it right up. It's not stealing, and I might as well take it instead of letting some other person take it. But if there was a way to return it, I would.

The PS3 did get out, right?
You do realise the original Xbox is still losing money with every purchase, yes?

Got requirments? EDIT: 2 new questions 21/11/06
What game is it?

It is not dead quite yet!
The only reasons for me to buy a GC would be Killer 7 and Resident Evil 4. And now that Resident Evil 4 is out on PS2, and soon to be out on PC, that leaves Killer 7. Which doesn't near warrant the purchase of a system (even though you can get a brand new one for like 80 bucks).

The PS3 did get out, right?
Other than people lining up by the thousand, shooting at each other, stabbing each other, commiting armed robbery on stores and hijacking trucks full of them...No, haven't heard much of it...

Do you care about HDTV?
Apparently the 8800GTX (non-SLI) can do Oblivion at 2560x1600 with everything at full except for AA. Then again at that resolution you might not even need AA... And I'm getting one next month, yay. It might cost me more than my car did. I'm getting a GTS...as soon as I see what ATI has to offer to make sure. But I won't be running it at 2560x1600, because my monitor won't allow it, and because I don't like Oblvion ;).
