Halo movie???
Compared to Halo it so is...I wonder what percentage of people who play Halo and claim to be "gamers" have played it fully.

Halo movie???
It's not that I'm against mainstream, that's not what I meant at all, perhaps I was unclear. But what I meant to say was that you should have a good mix of each, as you will see that unpopular games (movies, music etc. etc.) are just as good (and often far superior) to mainstream. And if you'd look beyond games of the mainstream. (see Grim Fandango, if you've played it, or even heard of it.........) for some creative and original storytelling. Or if you want some other super-human soldier fighting aliens to save the human race, like Halo...(how original...) you might as well get System Shock 2 that has a far superior story and is told in a more effective way. I like some things in the mainstream (GTA series are extremely brilliant, as they can bring together both harcore gamers [with its good story and amazing writing and it's original style] and first timers)

Halo movie???
Both fans are mostly geeks that spend their time on the net playing computer games. I wouldn't worry too much about that. :P Yes, but...Those are the people who are involved only with things that are involved in the mainstream. Like 90% of the MTV generation...They only like things because they are crammed down their throats. Even though Halo is a terrible game, people think they like it just because that's what's popular and that's what everybody else is doing. LOTR is a good movie, but I was mainly dealing more at Halo with my prior comments.

Clean your keyboard day.
My keyboard it clean, I know it, even though I've never looked inside or used one of those air thingies. I'm the only one who uses my computer, and I clean the surface of it often. And also, I don't eat near it, and when I do I keep crumbs away. Cuz computer is my amigo.

How you get the keys off without breaking them?

Halo movie???
It's not his fault at all, and he's not a bad director or anything. It's just the fans of him...And the fans of Halo...And I'd be afraid to be there the first night.

Halo movie???
It sucked for PC. I think the plot is pretty compelling for a movie in the first game for those that know it, but they'd have to add some character interaction, cuz its just MC alone the entire time with that chick in his head. What are you kidding me? I could easily think of 20 games that deserve a movie far more than this. The story in this is more of an after thought than a fully fleshed out story. Not to mention...LOTR (since Peter Jackson is involved [though not even directing], all those LOTR junkies will be in the mix)+Halo is a dangerous mix. I'm not going near the theatre until all the rush of those people is over. Actually, what am I talking about, I'm not giving Microsoft any more money. Halo was a horrible game. I'll wait for DVD. And this is clearly only a cry for money, and to appeal those blasted Halo fans, who don't know what a good game is. *shivers*

Other than the fungus, most of that wouldn't surprise me anyway.

What movie(s) did you last see?
Donnie Darko was way funnier than The Big Lebowski...There was that fat guy in the red jump suit watching them and smoking...And then there was that religeos woman teacher who he told to...And then the whole thing with Jim Cunningham and the kid was worried about her step-sisters eating habits, and the step-sister was there in the crowd. Not to mention that hilarious fat Chinese girl with ear muffs. Maybe I have a wierd sence of humor, but I laughed more in that movie than almost every comedy I've seen in the last year.

What movie(s) did you last see?
I watched Donnie Darko and the big Lebowski. Donnie Darko was good...Mostly because it's like the funniest movie I've ever seen. It had pretty good story and all that. Pretty good movie. And I also watched The Big Lebowski, it was...Meh...And I rented On the Waterfront for Wednesday afternoon.

PSP Owners
I'm not sure which games are online. I know for sure that Madden '06 is, and, here's the cool one, Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. The first ever GTA game with official multi-play play is on a portable :S. But seriously, that's the game you're probably gonna want, it looks like it's going to be by far the best portable-system title ever. It looks so good...And I can't even believe it's got worldwide multiplayer.

DSOTM The Wall Wish You Were Here Animals Piper at the Gates of Dawn A Saucerful of Secrets A Momentary Lapse of Reason Obscured by Clouds More Meddle Atom Heart Mother I'm still looking for: Umma Gumma, The Final Cut, and The Division Bell. Also I still need Relic's, but I'm not going to hold my breath. And I can't order online.

A day??? I've had a game that's lasted a month, about an hour a day.... I lost :( Yea well, for a regular person, 30 hours is just one weekend. 8)- [central] Pink Floyd Topic!
Actually, while we're all correcting each other, he didn't go off. He started going nuts (like refusing to go on stage, running out and wailing crazy solos with an untuned guitar...etc etc) they just "forgot" to pick him up for a show. Also:- About love
It must have been the Jedi. The is no emotion, there is peace.- Civilization IV
I have no doubt that those are great games (Civ 1-3, plus the one in question). But it's one of the few PC series' I haven't dipped into. What discouraged me is the word that people say it takes like a whole day to play 1 game...people have recorded saying up to an entire weekend in one aswell. Not that I wouldn't be at my computer all weekend anyway, but still, the fact of one game discourages me.- Bodybuilding
Ive always wanted to try running with weights in or on my shoes somehow. How do you attach weight comfortably? I can't imagine just taping it on and having it stay there for more than a lap... go to wal-mart and buy them, they come in packs, 5 lbs, 10 lbs, or 20 I got some 5lbs ones last week...You think it would do anything if I wore them around at school? (under baggy pants of course - so as to not look like a total fool). Includes walking home. Do post. Do post.- Bodybuilding
I got some questions for excersise. Creatine...very helpful? Red Bull...very helpful? (only occassional use considered)- Is There Any New PC Game You Recommend ??
DnD you need other people to have, as well as much more time. Assuming that you would even like something like that, you might as well get Baldur's Gate, which is in the DnD world, but if you don't want to be associated with that, you can basically forget you're playing something with dice rolls and math and all that junk and just play it like some other adventure RPG. And I'm just saying this because I'm currently playing it. Anyways, for new games, definately get the re-labeled M-Rated GTA: San Andreas (as of last week its sold as M). I promise if you play through the whole game, you will not regret it. That goes for everyone, all the GTA-haters. Play the whole game and then you'll wish there was more. Heck, I got 50+ PC games that you should get, but since you weren't specific I'm not going to post about all of them. - Civilization IV
