  1. Doing that wil be in a way, idiotic. you could sell just the coal for 2mil and the iron ore for 500k. So you are mining 2.5mil of materials in order to just 1mil worth of steel plates. Not only that, but unless Alfy has over 70 mining, it will take it a very long time to obtain all those ores. Alfy, my suggestion to you is to sell those steel plates you have for 1k each, then buy as much coal as you can, mine half that amount of iron, smelt steel bars, sell for 600 each or as much as you can, then repeat until you have 1667 steel bars. this will give you just over 1mil.
  2. Thanks, I'll be sure to credit you on it.
  3. Lol, total ownage by Zidane. Mind if I use some of it as a sig?
  4. I thought rune plates were only 60k if you buy from another player :? Good luck anyways
  5. ^^Nice Time, best i could get was close to 600 seconds^^ Maybe if someone made a video showing all the different techniques you could use to solve it? I found an easy way to bring a brick accross the box, but it messes up two rows :( I dont even have members yet, i just decided to see how good i am at those. It's always the last two rows -.- :wall:
  6. +1 =D> =D> =D> +2  very well written, probably the best advice you can give when trying to deal with a young, unexperienced palyer. I pretty much follow a reasonably poitemanner to any lower level player that isnt rude to me and that asks for help.
  7. i alwways thought low alch value was 3/4 of high alch value...
  8. Honestly? Bad idea, even if it costs a penny for each item, it would still cost way more than a regular membership. Besides, the former members would get mad because now they have all these autoers and alot of very low levels running around in their worlds. not only that, but jagex would have to make it cost alot to ward of macroers, which in turn would wqard off potential buyers and thus destroy the game due to lack of funding for jagex and its employees.

when you think about it, a lvl 70 meleer would lose any day to a lvl 70 ranger or lvl 70 mage because mage and range are the most powerfull combat skills in the game. With range you hit 10's very quickly and with mage you hit in the 20's very consistantly. that is why they are more expensive. also because they are more expensive to train/use, the levels required to make the items needed are much lower. for mage you only need 65 runecrafting and you can endlessly supply yourself with runes for free. and for ranging, you only need a level of 85 fletching and 75 woodcutting and you can endlessly supply yourself for free too. And what do you need to get the best possible items for melee? you need to get it as rare drops from high level monsters. also for mages, your armor is extremely inexpensive compared to what meleers have to pay for their armor. the only con to range is the fact that you need to be highly skiled in 5 skills to be able to self sustain yourself and be a good pker (def, range, crafting, woodcutting, fletching) This may have been a good idea if rune armor only needed level 60 smithing to make.
  10. I have a possible solution to people creating multiple macroers, only allow up to 5 accounts per email address, this will cause the creators to create multiple email addresses, which will most likely make them use automated programs to create new email addresses, the they will have to create a complex code that takes these automated email addresses and inputs them into another device which then creates 5 accounts for each email address. This would all require a very vast knowledge of programming and the ability to get aroudn not one, but two web sites with the ability to detect automatyed software. Also for the auto-ban lvl 3's, it should be solely an audio message which tells you a series of 3 numbers, but this still would inconvenience pure skillers greatly.
  11. This atually makes good sense, and it might make god armor more popular. A con would be that dragon drops would become more common, but is that a bad thing? :-k Simple solution to increased dragon drops (if it really is a bad thing): Dont make the armor increase chances of a dragon drop, only increased chances of regular armor/weapons
  12. Why not make it so that there is actually a negative defense bonus and only make it available for short swords, scimitars, and possibly daggers (though it would be the same thing as claws i believe). Also maybe only standard weapons (bronze to rune) can be dual weilded. Also maybe the game should allow you to choose which hands you weild your weapons and shields in (incase you are left-handed irl and want to show that you really are) And make it so that you casn strengthen each hand so that you have a strong hand and weak hand, or both are somewhat even
  13. I thnk the best why to descibe this is setting a hot-key for an action, and make it so you require a certain level (i.e. for anything that involves magic, a magic level 10 levels higher than what would regularly be required for what you are doing, like high alch would need 65 magic level to set a hot key, but this rule would not apply if you are just using two items together). THere should also be a requirement that you have to be on the UI screen that the hotkey would be using (Like for something that only uses your inventory, you must be on you inventory Every idea is awesome, especially the AWSD rotate, the cursor keys always feel awkward. Also somthing they should add is a 'sell all' and 'buy all' option in general stores and other stores, because the cheapest ways to get somethings are always in general stores or maybe you need as many arrows as you can buy, but dont want to spend so much time buying 10 at a time?
  14. instead of that, heres how I think the trade-off should look like: 4 rings-1bars 2 rings-1 rings 3 ammies-1 bars 3 amulets-2 ammies 2 necklace-1 bar- 4 necklaces- 3 necklaces 3 tiaras-2 bars 3 tiaras-2 tiaras 2 symbols-1 bar 2 symbols-1 symbol You have to take into consideration the supposed size of each item, and alos the fact that amulets must not be strung (solved by creating a way to unstring amulets). Seeing as ring seem the smallest, it should take 4 rings to make one bar, or two depending on what jagex thinks, then 3 amulets to make 1 bar (it makes sense, the gold part of the ammy is fairly small), and the finally for necklaces, the largest gold item, it will take 2 necklaces to get 1 bar. Also you should get a larger total amount of exp for melting down the items and remaking them from bars than from melting down and remaking (unless of course you add gems). Its a very good idea no matter what, i just thought it could use a tiny bit of a change.
  15. does constantly keeping an arrow key pressed down keep you from logging? i tried an experiment but i wasnt doing anything and i logged in the regular 60 seconds. But of coiurse by members standards i am somewhat of a noob so what would i know?

  17. I agree with miketr, but also get you runecrafting and woodcutting up if you want to be able to do everything a F2p can, get your rc at 44 and you wc at 75 so you can start cutting magics and eventually crafting natures
  18. coal maybe? Buy for 150-180 sell for 190-200ea Or full rune sets, Buy for 190kea, sell for 200k ea, always buying as many as you can
  19. I had the same dilema every time i went to karajama to train (when i was lvl 68- 73) i always had to waste time getting food. So i just tried training on the skeletons (the small ones near the ladder to crandor) and it was perfect. There are at peak hours two or three other people there, unlike mossies or lessers, where there are 5-6, and they hit almost nothing, and they respawn like crazy if your on a busy enough world. The only problem is their drops. Well, their lack of drops. Another good spot on karajama is the king scorpians. You will need food, but only about a third as much as with mossies, and no one at all trains on them. Also monks of zammy if you have 43 prayer( just set protect from melee on and pray at the alter whenever you need to) but they do not respawn enough
  20. well, all you ahve to do is pres the print screen button, which copies a picture of your screen onto the clipboard, and for the ones that were edited, well the people used something like paint(except better) to edit them
  21. For motivation, I just train 2-3 skills at once. Right now im crafting 50k rune essence into airs WITHOUT runners. Im about 10k in and i just think how much I'll make off of this and every 1-2k ess i craft i go off and train 1 or 2 combat levels. It's been slow progress because i haven't been able to get on that much. In fact ive pretty much only crafted 5k ess because the first day i got the ess i crafted the first 5k.
  22. honestly, this would be a bad idea, you could just mine a rock that you just earned the level needed to mine, use with a bronze pickaxe and look for someone else that too, is mining that very same rock. then you hope that they get the ore, but just barely before you do each time, to maximise your xp. also this would make the game much easier for autoers to gain levels, the autoers would just click away, gaining xp for every swing, and after every swing clicking again, to garuntee they do not get the ore.
  23. i support, but jagex may lower the already excrutiating xp lvls for all types of bones because of those training in the bone yard, though i dont see how that could be possible, most people going in there have no inventory used up, and also lowering the bone xp lvls would have an impact on those trying to train prayer by buying b bones, unless of course the bury x feature is al initaited. and because the bone xp lvls are lowered, the bone prices will likely go down.
  24. maybe put the full kyllroc effect to a two hit attack that hits with maybe a 15% increase in str and attack, or put that as a special and change the Amylleryk's set effect to a faster restore of rate for stats and hp, say like a 300% increase that only applies when the stats are weakened, and not when they are above your base level. another thing you could do is make the effects less depending on combat level, so that a lvl 80 fighting a lvl 110, each wearing a full set of kyllroc's, would not be a massacre. also maybe change the look of amylleryk's armour colour from white to a darker colour, maybe a colour similar to dragon armour, yet darker and add the sign of guthix to both armours, seeing as they fought under guthix. another idea would be putting sort of a ying-yang insigna of zamorak-guthix for amylleryk's armour, and saradomin-guthix for kyllroc's armour. and also lower the requirements to wear, say to 85.
