Frozen door (New)
I was implying the whole "my revenge will be great thing" Also, none of the actual Gods are in the GWD...just their generals. So Zaros himself doesn't need to be there for a general to be there representing him.. Also like I said, Zaros didn't need to have been in the God Wars from the beginning, maybe he's joining now, since the dungeon has been thawed out, and war now continues. Maybe now he'll join. It does make sense that he could join now, since we've been working so hard to free him, he's gaining power, and now he's going to use that power to fight the other gods in the thawed out dungeon, namely zamorak. If Zaros had a general just joining now, then why would the general have been frozen in behind the door since the time of the god wars? This. FFS, stop trying to shoehorn Zaros into this. It's getting stupid.

Life Point Boosting armour (TORVA)
I'm not sure what hp/slot would be required to make ely BETTER, but it'd be a hell of a lot, yeah. As far as cost/kill, it would totally depend on how much this hypothetical food costs, wouldn't it?

Life Point Boosting armour (TORVA)
Divine will still be infinitely better, because it ALWAYS reduces there hit, leaving KO potential way the hell down. We're talking about a world with lifepoint-boosting armor and better food. KO potential is less of a concern in this strange world. Though I agree divine will never lose its advantage.

I don't think so, for instance Fish Flingers was severely bugged ever since the start. They fixed some of the bugs after a couple of months, but even the ammount of xp handed out at the end is stil bugged. This from day one. If they played their own game, they would know such things imo. With food healing more and more lp, won't Elysian become more attractive to use? This compared to Divine. Not likely. Divine's rate of damage prevented versus prayer used is very good, and we're able to carry a whole lot of prayer. Reducing the max hit of monsters is also just tactically useful in that you can let your hp get lower before you wreck your stats with a brew. Though, if we do get a way to pack hp as densely as brews do without the downside of having to temporarily eliminate our offensive boosts from overloads, one of the extremely major advantages of the divine would be lessened. It'll still be better, but perhaps not by such a huge margin. That'd be a pretty overpowered food, though.

It was a battle over the godsword- one of the few MacGuffins capable of killing a God.

Sliske is a Zarosian mahjarrat associated with shadows and deception. It was he who created barrows armor and used it to enslave the barrows brothers.

No. By the time of the battle for the Godsword (which was LATE in the god wars), Zaros had been gone for centuries. We're talking a loong time after Azzandra had been imprisoned. His remaining followers were in hiding, and there was no WAY they were powerful enough to take on the armies of four major Gods in a battle like that. We're not talking about some plot twist here, we're talking about revising established history to put Zarosian influence multiple centuries later than it should be. We're not talking about mastermind planners here. We're talking about Jagex. You should know by now they can just as easily make this a weird out of place plot twist. It also doesn't need to have relation to the past events of the GWD, maybe Zaros will just decide to join now, now that the dungeon is thawing out, and the war is still going. It's not completely out of line for him to join now to get his revenge, especially after our characters have been helping him get free this whole time. If Zaros is back there, it will be the first major plot failure in Runescape lore. I'm not going to bother pointing out all the holes in your wild speculation.

Snakeskin, frog leather, splitbark, infinity, brine saber, barrelchest anchor. Shall I go on?

Can I solo any decent bosses yet?
If you get a unicorn, TDs could be good for you. They're a little tough until you get the hang of them, but they're great money and require little in the way of supplies when you're proficient at them.

Life Point Boosting armour (TORVA)
The leak was in the melee armor section of the KB, so it's pretty much definitely going to be melee. I do hope that we see ranged and mage versions released at the same time, though. All we know is torva is the one leaked and will be melee- it could easily be only a part of a larger update.

I'd be pretty annoyed it if were Zaros, considering that, by Jagex's own mythology, Zaros was LONG banished at the time of the GWD battle.

Who said torva was a God? We don't know what it is. Yes, probably, because it probably will be useless. Why on earth would that mean we/they can't speculate? More specifically than just involving the GWD somehow, we know it will involve battling creatures in the GWD. Because that's what the one sentence we have says.
-
Life Point Boosting armour (TORVA)
Yeah, why assume that just because it SPECIFICALLY STATES that you have to "battle with the ancient armies of the god wars" to find torva armor, that means we have to battle with GWD denizens to get it? That's only exactly what the leak says, guys, c'mon.

Life Point Boosting armour (TORVA)
Slightly off topic, but the guy who posted that KQ vid to show she's easy is a moron. The very fact that killing the KQ with no food is impressive shows how much easier she is than Bandos or Zammy. In a typical Bandos or Zammy solo, a good player will kill SEVERAL of each boss with no food just because they lucked out. It's MUCH harder to do at KQ, because her ranged and magic are stupidly accurate. I've soloed Bandos and KQ quite a lot (trying for that damn head), and I can say without a doubt that KQ is MUCH, MUCH harder than Bandos. Not to say the KQ is OMFG SO HARD, but she's not a joke like the lesser GWD bosses.

What do you want from 2011?
They JUST got the largest F2P expansion in recent memory. They got bosses to fight, an entire new skill to train, and a bunch of new, powerful equipment to get. Now is not the time to start telling us that F2P needs MORE new weapons right after the gravite 2h and staff and the longbow sight, plus the blastbox, arcane necklaces...

Hidden Corp Update?
Corp aggressiveness was working as usual, this is straight up less 0s than he should have been hitting. I know the difference. As a side note, xpx, the reason you were getting hammered as a ranger is because one of the ways corp decides who to go after is who hit him hardest. This is why rangers and Vesta spear users are targeted more often even if they aren't necessarily doing the MOST damage (though doing a lot of damage in a short amount of time can also contribute to him turning to you).

Extremely likely. I haven't been following them personally though.

Hidden Corp Update?
I'd agree if I were proposing a marginal change, but this really was day and night, for me at least. In the past I was often able to make it through an entire tank living off soul split flashing and maybe a couple doses of brew- getting to the point where I was spamming brews was not super rare, but neither was it overly common. I spent hours and hours and over 100 overloads at corp FFA with these results. Meanwhile, for an entire hour of corp killing after the update, MOST tanks were having me and my partners spamming our brews and consistently getting near death. The only respite, really, was when he started meleeing a lot- magic attacks were deadly accurate throughout the trip. If there was a change like the one I experienced, people would notice.

Think first, then post. Not everyone knows how Coinshare drops work with the GE Think first, then post. *facepalm* I was talking about the fact that no monster drops a Zamorak Godsword.

Hidden Corp Update?
I'm not saying I'm surprised you all aren't no lifing corp, but I'd think after leaving the thread overnight I'd have at least one person comment who'd actually been there.

Hidden Corp Update?
The only thing I noticed about his max hit is that my gear was reducing it, but that wasn't such a big deal with every splash attack was hitting me like a claw spec and every big mage attack was hitting over 300. Still nobody here who's actually been to corp? Surprising...
