Yes. The slayer advantage stays forever, unaffected by the number of charges. I myself chose to buy an uncharged black mask because I got it for 100k less and I only wanted the slayer advantage.

Uhm, no. I started as a miner, and you didn't start with 9 hp, you started with 10. And I really don't see what the fuzz is about. Everyone has seen a level 1 J-Mod once. Yeah, you always started with 10hp no matter what. The reason that some people have 9 hp is because the experience needed for level 10 increased when RS2 came out and if you didn't ever train hp in RSC you would only have enough experience for level 9.

With those levels, the fight will be unbelievably easy. Bring 2 prayer pots, and the rest of your inventory sharks. Consider a super set. Just melee him.

Getting a higher kill count is believed to net you more runes, thereby increasing your profit per run without getting a barrows item. A lower kill count will makes your runs faster, so that you can get more done and have more chances at a barrows item. You must find your balance.

If you're going to be a rune pure eventually, why not now? Train your defence to 30 then do dragon slayer, and then finally train your defence to 40. (This is so dragonslayer doesn't push your defence past 40) With 40 defence and rune armor, there are a lot more places that you can train without much food. I suggest gurads on top of the varrock castle or on the second floor (first floor for brits.)

16 and 21 are some of the best numbers to get it to.

You would need 12,366,380 XP to get from level 69 range to level 99. 12,366,380 / (2 hours * 365 days) = 16,940 XP Meaning that you would need to get 16,940 range XP per hour that you play to get 99 range in a year playing two hours a day. I'll leave it up to your judgment whether or not you can do that in f2p. (note: this doesn't mean that all of your time needs to be ranging if you can get more than 16,940 range XP per hour ranging.)

1. Yes, they will keep collecting. 2. They will still take the same amount of money, but give you less stuff. So you will lose money or not make as much money. As long as you don't stay f2p for more than a couple weeks, it'll be fine.

I have always liked Tip.it's menu, but only because it didn't have collapsible sections, which made it look tidier. Please keep it the way it is!

Full barrows of any kind, depending on what you're doing. If you don't need a set effect, use a whip and a dragonfire shield or rune defender instead of the set's weapon.

If I remember correctly, it's actually faster to hunt with one other person because even if they catch some chinchompas those chinchompas respawn quickly again, instead of wandering away and getting stuck somewhere for a long time.

To bank from the Brimhaven/Karamja you can use the magic whistle from the holy grail quest to teleport to the realm of the fisher king and then use the fairy ring there.
