Personally, You dont have to do this. Ive made my cash back at only wearing guthans to 75%. I look at it as this, you're carrying a second set of armour, you weigh yourself down and eventually lose room for loot in your inventory. But hey, I guess whatever floats the boat right? What I do is wearing guthan helm, body and legs and whip and defender. I pop out the spear when I need healing. Wether you use either or is up to you though.

how long will it take and what shop(s) Probably long. Realise they you'd have to pick up each arrow. Any arrow shop. Ranging guild, varrock...

Actually, 250k gp gets you around 42k bronze arrows if you buy from the shop. You'll probably get around 504k exp powering or around 1.5-2m exp picking them up. Give or take a couple (hundred)thousand exp of coruse.

Also, making an armour repair stand in a house (or using a friends) You can repair the armour for cheaper dependent on your smithing level.

Find a green hide crafting and buy his bodies off him. Theres also steel plates and such but you lose quite a bit alching those.

Some people like to only use a dose of pray pot, so they bring food. You could say bring 6 monkfish and like 3 pray pots... And pray against everyone, but you'd lose more money. Wether higher Kill Count improves your reward is always up for debate. I dont think anyone has found any proof of this that cant be put down to luck. I dont think you get any bloods and bolt racks if you only get 6 kc though. Not sure on this. And, you can leave barrows at any time. However, leaving say half way through you use a lot of time on one run to the chest.

Also, imo its better to slayer dart. Whatever you want to do though, its up to you. Just try out slayer dart. Also, if you dont have the required level, it doesn't take much time.

You dont have access to the server, the servers are homemade. Thus often enough there could be errors in the code, dangerous security risks in the code. The only thing you'd steal is membership. That is why jagex is saying RS private servers are illegal. Still, using RS private servers you run the risk of getting keyloggers or playing on a easily exploited server as the person is probably running a homebrew server.

Any combat stat at PC. You get like 100k exp an hour if you get into a clan. You spend zero, and get awesome combat skills.

Fishing and woodcutting are the two competitors for easiest skills imo. Its up to you though if you want the 99 skill fast or not.

It really depends on how fast you want it to go. You can use the butlers and sink a large amount of cash but also level construction very fast. Since you want 75 construction as a level in itself, there is no shortcuts to that. IE drinking tea for the gilded altar.

Before leveling construction, keep in mind that you wont have to get 75 to get the gilded altar. You can cut corners using the crystal saw and the construction tea. A gilded tea cup, which gives +3 construction and Crystal Saw. With that in mind you need 69 construction. Oak larders is probably the fastest.

Very rare. Ill tell you this though, some people go years without dragon drops, and some get them in 30 minutes of membership. Its luck.

Cutting is slower. Stringing is faster. Cutting you can read forums or something at the same time. Stringing you can't multi-task.

I think the best option would be to use Forums. Get a friend to post for you or use unoffical Forums.
