Some things to note about the Zogre Flesh Eater quest that I figured I should bring up... 1) The disease Antidote (whatever it's called) does not cure full disease in 1 dose. Each dose reduces the amount of disease damage by about 3. [pokemama 9 Apr: this is true - turns out you have to drink all 3 doses to recover completely - I think I had to drink 4 once?] [darkblade986 re: pokemama - That wouldn't surprise me... If you drank it from 10/hit, you'd probably be down to 1/hit after 3 doces.] 2) When fighting Zogres or Skogres, if you are already diseased, and the disease has begun to wear off (as in not dropping 10 per hit), if you are hit by a Zogre or Skogre, your disease will be restored back to full (10/hit). 3) In the guide, your guide fails to mention that Slash Bash uses Range attacks, and that you can stand behind the Lectern (or whatever that was) and throw on Protect from Range to defeat him. 4) After completing the quest, if you want to use your new Composite bow on Zogres or Skogres, the center fire pit thing just past the barriers works to hide behind to range them (I managed to get 20+ keys from them only getting diseased once when I ran to grab my arrows too soon). 5) If you bury a regular Zogre bone in the original Jiggig area, there is a chance that a Skogre (still level 44) will spawn and attempt to attack you.

For the people who are talking about Lumbridge Stove, Jagex said a while back that the Lumbridge Stove only worked to reduce relatively low level food, to help lower level cookers get levels. Not sure if it's true knowing how Jagex sometimes sends conflicting messages to different players...

I had the one where someone was teleported by evil bob and had the glitch like that... My game proceeded to crash after that...

If you are referring to allowing players to use the Poll feature, then the answer would be no: The ability to make a poll was removed due to people abusing it on useless polls, such as "Pepsi or Coke?" If this wasn't what you were talking about, I'd still have to say no. There are not that many topics on General P2P that are polls. At least, not defined at polls. Most polls are generic "What is your favorite-" polls, which are not allowed. If a player believes they have a poll that isn't spammy, they can PM a moderator to have a look at it. If the moderator believes it isn't spammy and is a decent poll, then the moderator can turn it into a legitimate poll.

Unless i've misinterpreted the rule, it might be said that by having one of your accounts act as a scout for the other, classifies as account interaction, and is therefore a bannable offence. ~Ian Interaction, as defined in here, would be considered having them trade with each other, transfer items between them, ect. There's no harm in logging one in to check on something so long as what it does does not have a direct effect on your other account (besides making sure that you aren't gonna get pked)

As far as I know, regular users are not able to create polls. However, if you have a topic going with a poll, and you feel it is a poll that should be made into a legitimate poll, you can ask an Administrator and they (should) review your poll and make the final decision. Other than that, you cannot make polls.

Well since I don't have Realtek HD, this doesn't exactly apply... The issue I'm having is that the system didn't register that I don't have SP2, so when I try to install it again, it won't let me...

It was a spur of the moment thing in the topic of the person who came up with that MSPaint dinosaur sig thing... And to be technical, that technically is correct because when you click it, it meant you requested the information and it takes you to the appropriate site... On Topic: The error I'm getting is basically, my system doesn't know whether it does or doesn't have System Pack 2... I went to do the online update but it said that I already had it, yet my system specifically says I don't... At this point, one of my mother's friends (who knows alot about computers) has said that there is some hardware incompatability, and that I also should turn OFF automatic updates and go with the normal system and just not do anything stupid (I can load my computer down with plenty of virus software to do more than windows could)... So at this point, I'm copying files that I want to save to a folder, which I'll RAR and then throw online somewhere and retrieve later, which will take a while cause I got several gig of info I want to save...

Alright, so earlier today, Windows did an automatic update to my system. When I went to reboot, the system wouldn't load windows, and instead, after going through the load screen (windows logo with the load bar), it would reboot. I've done a repair of my system, which dropped me down to Windows XP pre-2002. I'm trying to download SP2 now so I can get my system back up to date, but when I run the install, it keeps telling me something to the effect of "The version of windows you are trying to install does not match the version you have installed." I can't do a system restore because the repair deleted my restore points. If absolutely necessary, I can copy files I want to keep to a disc and completely reinstall windows, however I'd rather leave that as an absolute last resort. Suggestions? Solutions? Computer Specs: Intel® Pentium® 4 CPU 2.80GHz 2.80GHz 1024MB RAM* *Note that for purpose of instalations, I set MaxMem to 256, otherwise it would simply tell me the file was corrupt when I tried to do the update. Also note that my computer does still work, however I'd like to get it back up to date before I try doing too much (that, and the admins wanted me to have SP2 and full updates before I joined the team... so I'd rather not get booted from the team because Microsoft corrupted my system...)

I don't see why people need 50-some Amulets of Glory... I suffice with just one. One Amulet of Glory and enough runes to do House Teleport over and over as needed. My Method: Inv: 3 pouches, 1 law, 1 air, 1 earth, 22 essence Method: Run around river, tele to abyss, craft ess, tele to house, run to mounted glory, teleport to edgeville, bank nats, reset inv, wash-rinse-repeat.

There's 2 issues that would be the reasons why I say this shouldn't go... 1) Imagine the server load: The map would tap into ALL 140 game worlds and look for your people. This would all be channeled into one or 2 servers for the purpose of the map, which would put a nasty load on the servers. Imagine the people with 50 some friends on at any given time... Ouch! 2) When you log onto the map, it would potentially interfere with your in-game login. You could set it up where you could only use the feature when you are logged off yourself, however it would be hard otherwise because the game would have to learn the exception that if you're viewing the map, you can be in the game, and it has to route friends data to two places. In addition, it'd have to figure out where you are when displaying you to your friends on their friends list.

Perhaps what could be done is leave a subliminal trace about whether someone is a moderator. When the crown is off, another trace that could be used to detect a moderator could be used instead, where if someone really looked for it, they'd notice it... Perhaps, it could be from inching that player's name over 2 pixels (not exactly noticable, but distinquishable if looked for: people have noticed 1 pixel changes before - reference to skill list and prayer menu), or having a different colon put at the end (make it seem more like an equal sign rather than a colon does). Those are just random suggestions, however I do have to agree that this would be a bad idea on the basis of "I'm a mod with my crown off, let me scam you."

I tend to agree a bit... I went in and did was tripsis said (I think it was tripsis) and set the minimum font size to 9. Given, the text is still a little small, but it's definately readable. If you have that much of a problem with it, and the option to fix it is available on your end, then you probably shouldn't waste your time complaining about it or the time of the Administrators who could be using that time to try and make the site better.

I hope you know that makes no sense. And yes i do think that quest capes should be trimmed, not that i currently have one myself thx to new updates. Makes sense to me, maybe its just you. I don't think they should be trimmed, unless some other non-skill related quest like cape comes out. Skills should remain with the skills, and the quest cape is just different from them. Yeah, it made sense to me as well (had to read it twice, admitantly) 99 Skill + Quest Cape = Trimmed Quest Cape 99 Skill + Quest Cape = UNTrimmed Skill Cape Understand it now?

Well, you'd be making 2,700gp per trip, so if you could get diamonds for less than 2,699gp, you'd be making some profit...

In Defensive categories, it means how well you can defend against that kind of attack. In general, the higher the number, the better you are against it. Those numbers have no affect on the damage inflicted, just the accuracy of the shot.

When I did it, I only needed about 30 Tuna/Sweetcorn Potatoes (22hp) and maybe 2 prayer pots at most per person. Me and a friend made 80 potatoes and we had 50 left over for him to use when he went for it. I was level 85 at the time...
