Great your new task is 11 Steel Dragons!
Perhaps this... Give the option for the 3 tasks, then make an option "None of the above" which will force you to go to Turael. This could be helpful for the odd fluke that you get the option between Bronze, Iron or Steel dragons...

Construction Idea (Made By Ray Oxide)
Thanks for the 'half' support :^o What do you mean by none of this should be made? Maybe if they use 3 normal logs to make one plank, 4 oaks, etc? Plank making was designed to be a money drain. That's why the new Lunar Spell still takes money from you. If this were to be added at all, it would be a very high level item (maybe like level 70 or something) and would still take at least 50% of the original cost to make in money.

Should a members only skill be opened up to f2p?
And the suggestion I had made in my comment only gave them upto level 25, so we wouldn't even be close to busting on the Member's economy, unless you count Arrow Shafts, which really don't have that much of a market anyways. For Herblore, hardly anyone buys Attack and Strength potions, so they could be a real kicker in F2P. They already have the ability to get Strength Potions from the Apothecary, so why not give them another, more convenient means to get them? (By the way, I don't support giving F2P member stats, I'm just expressing my views on how much they should get if they were to get any at all).

Should a members only skill be opened up to f2p?
Long read here, I know, but I really thought this out because I had nothing to do right now. Farming probably shouldn't be added since the only effective way of getting seeds is through Theiving. Giving Theiving to F2P could potentially crash their economy since so little gp goes through it. Even theiving men at 3gp a pop can ruin the economy if some people camp out enough. Farming - No Theiving - No Herblore requires a member's quest to start. Given, this quest is smack on the edge of F2P, so it wouldn't be too terribly hard to open up the area a little bit. Place the gate at the entrance to White Wolf Mountain and up the path towards Burthope, then prevent them from walking too far into Taverly Dungeon with "Log into a member's server to use this gate" messages. Many monsters around Runescape, in F2P as well, drop herbs, so they'd have a small source, however these herbs should probably be restricted to Guam and Tarromin herbs only for Attack and Strength potions. Eyes of Newts are already needed for some F2P quest and are readily in stock in the Magic Store in Port Sarim, and Limpwurt Roots can be obtained throughout the Edgeville Dungeon so they can be gotten. So for F2P people, training up to level 12 Herblore and then cutting them off would be sufficient. Herblore - Level 12 Hunting has absolutely no helpful effects for F2P at low levels, nor are any low level areas close enough to F2P for there to be little impact on areas to train. Long story short, no Hunting for F2P. Hunting - No Fletching, as someone mentioned before, is a skill that F2P archers could really use. All of their supplies must be purchased from an archery store or obtained through monster drops, which are meager at best. This skill wouldn't have to be opened very far, only enough for them to make Iron arrows and Oak Longbows at most. Logs for the Arrowshafts and Bows are easily found in F2P, as are the feathers for the Arrowshafts. A small flax field could be added behind Lumbridge Castle for them to collect from, and they'd be all set. Fletching - Level 25 Slayer is a stat trained mainly from combat. The lowest level trainer is Turael, who is located in Burthope. The only trainer I can think of who is in a F2P area is Vannakka, in Edgeville Dungeon. He only trains reletively high level players (by F2P standards) so few would be able to access that skill, and thus giving them a "demo" of it would require work to get access to. There are plenty of monsters in F2P areas which can be slayer monsters, so there would be little problem with giving them tasks, however it would probably overcrowd the areas where they are, so it would be interesting to see what happens. As for benefits from the slayer skill, I really can't see any that could be given to F2P people, so my final answer would have to be no, since there would be no bonuses unlocked for them in F2P. Slayer - No Alright, so as a final summary... Farming - No Theiving - No Herblore - Level 12 Hunting - No Fletching - Level 25 Slayer - No Herblore and Fletching are the only 2 skills that could have an impact on F2P when given as a small demo. If any skills would be "demoed" off to F2p people, it would probably be one of these two.
- Grrr - I was unfairly muted/banned!

Chaos->Tokkul->Onyx
With how many people sell Chaos runes to the TzHaar magic shop, they always buy for the lowest price, which is 9 Tokkul, so you can figure out how many you need from there by finding out how much tokkul short you are and divide that by 9. As for the new Karamja Gloves, they reduce the price of Onyx gems from 300,000 Tokkul down to 260,000 Tokkul, which is close to 4500 less Chaos Runes you'd need to get it.

What agil lvl should I get for rcing?
With my method of Runecrafting through the abyss, I walk from Edgeville bank to the east side of the river. As I'm crossing the bridge, I turn run on and then cross the ditch. I run to the Zamokian Mage and teleport, then run to the nearest obstacle I can get through (I wield a Steel PickAxe, which opens up the Mining spot) and get through it. When I get to the obstacle and start trying to get through it, that's when I turn my run off and I walk to the portal. I craft my runes and then teleport to my house where I use a mounted Glory Amulet back to Edgeville. Using this method, I use up around 30% energy (sometimes more, sometimes less) and at my agility level, it usually has plenty of time to regenerate to 100%.

The Complete "Subforum" Suggestion! (Totally Updated!)
If we're going to back-track the H&A board, a suggestion I'd have to help keep it organized would be for people to make sure that they give a brief summary of their question in the title, rather than a flat out title of "HELP PL0X!" So long as people clearly summarize their problem in their title, organization shouldn't be too much of a problem. Also, for the questions that are asked very commonly, such as how do I make money, these questions should probably have a sticky where (using "How to Make Money" as an example) people can post their stats and economic status and people can reply back with their suggestions.

The Complete "Subforum" Suggestion! (Totally Updated!)
Probably an easy way to make this work better would be to remove the main H&A board and make it a sub-forum in itself. By this, when you click on the Help and Advice board link, you'll be taken to a list of sub-forums rather than 2 sub-forums and a general help and advice. This way, people will see the multiple forums and will be more likely to post in the correct one since there won't necessarily be one that is viewed more than the others.
-
Forum/Website Help Board?
Perhaps instead of a help sub-forum, we could probably just make a sticky in each section of the Update/Suggestion boards called "Forum/Website Help" and people can ask questions there. After a question has been answered and edited to confirm that the response was seen, the post could be removed and that would help keep the topic cleaner.

Ring of Dueling Update
Emeralds are fairly common, short of Sapphire, and so crumbling helps keep a market for them. The only reason that Dragonstone and Onyx items are rechargeable is because they are so hard to obtain. If a Ring of Dueling were made from a Diamond, for example, I could understand a recharge spell for them. However, being Emeralds are easy to get, a crumble-after-use effect helps keep their market open.

Databases: Bestiary
We are still debating whether we are adding this data due to inaccuracies with some of the max hits (lv10 theives don't hit 6000+). At this point, we are deciding whether to add the information at all or for a select few monsters where the information would be critical.

Do Player Mods really have as much authority?
Ok... the above post was completely off topic... As for an on-topic comment, most Player Moderators are fairly nice. Even managed to get one to make me a Blue D'Hide Vambrace. Most of the time, however, they're nice to me because I treat them like a normal person and don't beg them for money or anything because of their "status." While the mod crown does make me be a little more careful with my language, I treat a player moderator how I treat any other player, and they in turn treat me with the same respect.

Login Server Offline Again??
I guess this explains why our Max users online record just jumped... "Most users ever online was 831 on Sun Jun 03, 2007 8:05 pm" This being exactly 43 minutes before the time I posted this message... Now lets see if we can't break the 4-digits!

GAINED ATTACK LEVEL IN STR MODE WTF!?!
first off this makes no sense...thinking you were in attack mode?? well if you were thinking you were in attack mode...then thats why you gained a attack level....and it will do that sometimes...you just need to make sure you click off then on to whatever twice.. but i read this and its not making sense..thinking you were in attack mode is really confusing me... He means he thought he was on an Aggressive attack style (which gives Strength XP) when Accurate and Controlled are only supposed to give Attack XP, so he's wondering how he gained Attack experience. Best solution I can think of is either he was in Controlled attack style or he maybe was in an Accurate style by mistake.

silver sickle
1) This should be in the Help & Advice forums. 2) You have to craft it. Blessing it occurs during the Nature Spirit quest.

Reporting offensive Runescape usernames?
If Offensive Language doesn't work, you can send Jagex a Customer Support query, mentioning the exact name of the player and saying that his name was offensive. Jagex should take care of it then.

Guide To Museum Kudos (Done!?)
Will obtaining this necklace give you Kudos, or is there a quest I might've missed towards getting the last 5 kudos? I'm currently at 148 Kudos and as far as I know, the Ruby Necklace is all I have left to get out of it... EDIT: Scratch that... Just looked at the list and I haven't finished In Aid of the Myreque yet...

More F2P Bank Space! [BANKSPACE ACHIEVED!]
These numbers are actually a rather large exaggeration on true facts. A while ago, around the time Construction came out, Jagex stated somewhere that account save data had just surpassed 5kb. At this point, they may be, at most, 6 or 7kb each, so those numbers are almost 10 times as extreme as we think. Just realize that Banned Accounts still take up space on the disc. An account that's banned still is in there so that the name is taken up, and in case the account is unbanned, then all their information is still intact for if the person goes to play again. So in actuality, there's probably around 15m, or even 20m account saves in the Jagex database.

If I Die In Duel Arena (Al Kharid) With No Stake, Do I...
If you are not inside one of the arenas, then dieing is exactly the same as dieing anywhere else. Realize, however, that the nurses walking around can heal you completely if you ask them too, so there should be no reason for you to die outside of the arena.

Limited buys per magic shop
If you were a merchant, would you like to prevent people from buying your items and you making money, or would you rather sell as much as you can to whoever you can to make as much money as possible? Rune shop autoers aren't big enough of a problem to require a limit on purchases. The best thing we can do is to keep reporting the autoers and get them banned. If we send reports to Jagex, they can ban the accounts before they can transfer items to the main selling account.

What do i do if?
A saradomin mage will not pop up for this clue. Don't you think it'd be a tad unfair to fight your friend while getting blasted with Saradomin Strike at the same time...
