How no? It's going to happen eventually somehow. Jagex just didn't release them right away to keep things balanced and so they could hype it up when it does happen. It will happen eventually and what other opinion could there be other than "It's going to be better than rune and pretty popular."? no

RSC went to the downhill around the same time when Jagex started to build RS2 and then it just started to die slowly when it was released. If you haven't played it since at least from year 2003, you got no idea what the real RSC was. In my eyes RSC plays a pretty darn big role when we're talking about veterans. I personally don't see how that has anything to do with being a veteran. There's just too many short and pointless quests which only show that you can read a walkthrough and got few hours of spare time to do something that really isn't a big deal. Quest cape - 68 combat classic. RSC has such a huge factor in veteran status.

The staff member's rank does not affect their power to make someone mod. If Dork became a mod when Tripsis was just a mod, you wouldn't have any argument then. Finally, I'll just say that it takes a lot longer than 11 days for someone to beconsidered mod to publicly becoming mod. i understand all this but it looks kind of ironic.
