Consistent cash?
Standard answer of dailies, farming runs and mtk. Juju potions and scroll of life both help with farming runs so if you haven't got those I'd look at unlocking them. If you have any quetions about the specifics of such then ask and I'll elaborate.

Swift has been hardened by her previous battle with Kanye, she won't be taking any [cabbage] and will be quick to deal with the strung out Miley.

Yet you were complaining about a 38k an xp hour difference in herblore? Why you asking if you know the answer? /post count Was pointing out the inconsistancy in the form of a question.

TT Items
Yes, when you dig it's possible, same with celtic knots. They're not a type of clue though.

FOR THE PRO TREE FARMERS OUT THERE!
A modification to essiw's method, assuming you have the required range/agility levels (no idea what they are, too much effort to check mobile). Is to camelot/catherby teleport, do the tree on the beach and then grapple shortcut over to taverly. You can also get the brimhaven patch from catherby docks while you're there, (ring of charos (a) will halve the price) not worth it if you're also doing calquats though, as you'd just need to run back again. Also, the letya tree can be done whenever in the cycle as you're teleporting directly there then teleporting away again, I left it for last so that I would finish my run at a bank but it doesn't really matter. There's now a fruit tree patch at herblore habitat too. You could use one of those bags which teleports you directly to the habitat, karamja gloves (3) to shilo village or the cart to shilo when you do the brimhaven tree.

Best place to train at Low level?
Or he could buy that stuff as its rather cheap now thanks to bots and he didn't mention an inclination to diy. It looks like he has been gathering his own food, doesn't mean he needs to train using swordies if he can't afford/doesn't want to spend the time though. As far as skills go, I'd recommend looking in the guide section for that list of quests for a turm zerker (I believe it exists), and training what you need for that.

Rare Drop Table?
Welcome to the forums. Good to see you're already contributing. However it's probably best not to bump older threads like this, as with questions like these, the person asking isn't likely to still be that interested in it.

Best place to train at Low level?
Minotaurs or something along those lines in the stronghold of security might be good.

200M in all Skills
At current mid prices those blues are around 13m profit, and it would take less than 2 hours to do them. Not sure how long until the graahk bubble bursts though.

Glacors
Hi there. I've been killing Glacors for the past week and have recently gotten good enough that I don't need the assistance of a unicorn anymore. Now that I have the option to summon a combat familiar, I'm unsure as to the best method to use it. So bearing in mind that I'm 96 summoning: Am I right in thinking an iron titan is the best choice and that I should be using it's special when I can? What do I have as the left click option on the summoning orb? Attack or the special, and if I have it as special will the titan continue to fight after it's done the special or attempt to fight normally if there is no special bar? Basically, what's the fastest way to direct it to attack the sapping glacyte? When I use familiars for slayer I have just been using the call follower option. In regards to the shards, will turning the shards into runes, dust or a battlestaff provide the most gp per shard or are they all roughly the same? If it's making runes from them, then what runecrafting level will I need fo this to be the case? Less importantly, does anyone have an estimate as to the boot drop rate? Thanks.

The part above the elbow seems a little odd/unecessary/out of place.

What If Jagex Allowed Players to Pay GP to Upkeep Citadels?
Could simply have the quartermaster hold onto the gp and return it when you go and talk to him if the order has expire/you want to remove it, in the same way npcs will return quest items if you destroy them.

Dungeoneering's Impact on the Community at Large
Just responding tov the first part but it's too annoying to edit the rest out on mobile view. The thing about 117 nowadays (I wasn't playing during dungeoneerings initial release so I can't speak as to its state then) is that people are just there for their chaotic. Once they get that, they're gone. This means that they tale their knowledge with them so the general level of intelligence hasn't been improving. Also, as Gwyn posted, some high level dungeoneers are also pretty stupid and that misinformation has been spread just as much as accurate information (to the general public that is). In summary: general improvement in ability seems unlikely. As for average time for a 117 floor, 1 hour is not an exaggeration, when I was collecting data I went there and with the exception of a floor done by bu11seye, were consistantly 55-65 mins. During these floors I was tallying every hit/miss, clearing dead ends, when needed doing puzzles/key doors and averaging >15 deaths a floor. For one thing, I should have lagged far behind the rest of the team clearing dead ends, but I rarely did and was sometimes leading/doing doors. I once had two people watch me suicide a dragon for ~10 deaths, thats how little initative they show. In all of these floors, except the bu11seye one, I had compliments on my dg ability and people asking me to add them. The point of this being that 117ers really have no idea what good dging is. Edit: Oh yes, damn Jagex and their cape trimming antics.

I think any open area/ring with no obstacles gives the fight to Norris.

First 99.
If you like a particular skill then train it, if you stop wanting to train it then stop and do something else, you'll either be at 99 and enjoyed it or you're not at 99 and enjoyed it; either way you had fun.

Promethium 2h vs. Primal Battleaxe Bind
Using it on the monsters against which it is most effective first, leaving the monsters which it is weaker against and other weapons/styles are better against to them, though obviously if that's all that's there, then attack those. This is dependant on the monsters in the room and your team mates binds and them knowing how to use their binds. Quyneax summed up which monsters these are.

Yes.
