  1. Eventually they will, how long are you willing to wait though.
  2. This might help too: http://www.xp-waste.com/acronyms-t372.html
  3. Haha, I do that too. I think it gives a sense of authority or something. I'm the opposite, I make sure to lock it regardless of who's home. Like many others in this thread, I turn the music up. I'm also more likely to study as then there are less distractions.
  4. We're only guessing at their motives, doing it to annoy him seems like an equally reasonable assumption.
  5. The purchase of the gems/bars will cost more than that, after you sell them however, it will only cost 138k. Calculated by the experience required for the levels you need, and multiplying it by the -1.87 gp/xp. This is assuming ge medium prices so depending on pice changes and what you buy/sell at, it may vary slightly.
  6. http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/The_Temple_at_Senntisten is the quest for curses, and is part of the aforementioned Mahjarrat storyline. One of the prayers/curses unlocked from it (and requiring 95 prayer) is one of the new standards for boss hunting, and another (requiring 92) is very useful for healing.
  7. Hunter bots keep checking their traps in randoms, I had one in evil bobs island 5 minutes ago.
  8. This is what makes master farmers faster. Easier on your hands too.
  9. To elaborate on the advice not to level defence. Many Pvp (player versus player combat) builds rely on having low defence (commonly known as pures). This is more of a specialised account type and I wouldn't recommend it for a first account style as it is more for fighting other players than general gameplay and makes the rest of the game more difficult in general.
  10. Yeah, people can scam for barely anything, the anonymity of the internet can bring out the worst in some people. I would recommend trying out each of the skills though you'll only be able to do some (as I'm assuming you're free to play currently) and seeing what you like. The actual objectives of the game are fairly open ended though most people tend to train their skills to high levels and accumulate wealth. The game also has various quests which you can do which can be started by talking to npcs (yellow dots on the minimap which aren't fightable monsters). Another website which you might find helpful due to a familiar layout is the http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/RuneScape_Wiki
  11. Yes it's worth it. The experience is the same you would receive from turning in a strange rock. The formula (which I got from the wiki) is x2 − 2x + 100 There's a calculator for this at various levels here if you don't know how to work it out from the formula. http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Jack_of_trades
  12. This is the same situation I face. I can either give up around 3 million experience, give up around 900k experience, or not train my second favourite skill in the game for 3-12 months and instead spend that time on skills I don't enjoy. None of those options are good and I wouldn't have to pick between them if Jagex removed the limitation on the number of effigies we could store. As others have suggested, if they're worried about records (why? The don't have any means to view them on their website, but fansites being better than Jagex is a different issue entirely). Then they could put a limit on the number of effigies opened per day, most people aren't going to consistently get 5 effigies a day.
  13. Is there any evidence to support if he's going to do a 154 hour week for 50m all, similar to what drumgun did? I believe that was just speculation on the part of Sojournitis. Commenting on that speculation, he wouldn't be able to keep up maximum xp rates for 31 hours straight.
  14. Magic damage boost only effects the monster which is being targeted by the barrage. I don't know about boosts from potions however.
  15. Right click the money pouch for a price checker. Tif was hacked a few months ago so all accounts were locked, if you still have the email you registered your old account with then you can recover the account by using the lost password option.
  16. You may need to log out and back in to reset the sandstone after the timer resets depending on when you did it last.
  17. We had 3 of this room in total that floor.
  18. Ashlye made me update after that map when she saw the picture.
  19. Just thought I'd mention that no matter how good at dg you are, the skill is still slow when starting. So I'd recommend using penguins/lamps/tears of guthix/visiting resource dungeons as soon as you unlock them. Once you have you pestige maxed (for your level), your xp per floor will increase every 2 levels.
  20. This is the first official map of Runescape 2 which shows the pond in Yanille.
  21. Op is looking for f2p spots.
  22. Dang, what would the cost of all 200M be, and how often are you updating this? I don't understand your first question. The number after hours of each player of the list, is the money they need to 200m all. I'll be updating hours and cost each week. First question I think he means if you started at either a new account or 13m base (seeing as costs would be different for everything except prayer before certain levels).
  23. Doesn't sound like a very good friend. Would you be able to get away with giving him unpleasant tasks to do at work?
