What Sort OF RS Player Are You?
I'm an AEKS: AEKS players are interested in the player-versus-environment aspect of the game more than anything else. They are often soloists who want to achieve and see what the world has to offer. Often, they find groups cumbersome and PVP to be more an annoyance than a feature. Breakdown: Achiever 73.33%, Explorer 73.33%, Killer 33.33%, Socializer 20.00% Yeah, i picked the mage because if they can identify stuff then they can probably cast quite decent spells, and with a bard they're just going to annoy me. Some of the questions weren't really that good, the one about would you rather a chat channel or a multi million house, well we can have both... And alot of those were to do with either playerkilling or exploring, the reason I got such a high explorer rate was because there was no neither option, I don't really explore that much yet I got 73.3% explorer. I hardly do updates when they come out, my summoning is level 4 for example. I'm not really sure about the percentages either, 200% (or 200 per 100, so I play the game twice as much?)

The F2P vs. P2P war!
This part confuses me, we can use them but they have no effect? And then you go on to say "However, Barrows weapons, Dragon Armor, and everything else can damage them." So it has no effect but we can still damage them with it? Also, dragon armour can't damage people. If we can't use this stuff then other than 8 million people what is the difference? I think you have the banning part to make everybody participate which I understand yet it's a bad consequence, perhaps change it to "everybody magically wants to participate in this war" and skip the bannings. I need you to clarify the first point before I can vote and explain my reasoning.

Sumo: Item info (Stackable?)
Scrolls and charms are stackable within the colour/type (blue charms won't stack with gold etc.) Pouches aren't stackable as far as I know, the shards are stakable. It makes sense that pouches arent stackable, it'd be like stackable ess if they were in that you'd only need to do one trip.

Melee camping at dust devils
Look at the dates, and he said he doesn't play anymore. I don't think he'll be updating it.

First Dragon Drop
Nice but it's a shame they're worth nothing now, just keep it for memories. It was my first non barrows dragon drop (I don't count barrows because it never dropped, it was looted), though mine was from elves.

Grand Exchange price updates
According to Jagex "the market value of an item is automatically recalculated roughly once per day." I was wondering what time and timezone are the values in the Grand Exchange recalculated. Edit: Thanks, a mod can feel free to lock this.

Curtis " Cat Man " Josep's Bank
I have to agree with skatepank; wait until summoning comes out before selling them, for all we know the two could be easily manageable and if you wait then there are no "what ifs" and it means you've made a fully informed decision.

More rare then a Christmas Cracker in Runescape now.
You can have more than one amulet. If I died there I'd simply run downstairs, withdraw an air staff, law runes, my secondary amulet and a rope. Teleport to camelot and run their, easily doable in four minutes. This is assuming that in a popular training area nobody will bless your grave. Note that I didn't even say the fastest way to get there, a games necklace teleport to the barbarian outpost is faster; I just wouldn't have thought of it in a rush. People keep mentioning the revenants. Yes to many people these are dangerous, to most however they will rarely be seen and are escapeable. There's also little motivation to kill these with their drop list. The point about the revenants boiling down to: if there's no reward, nobody is going to take the risk (many wilderness spots have alternatives or for clues etc. you aren't there long enough to encounter them often). The danger needs to be worth it. I've never been to dagganoth kings, kalphite queen and the only god wars boss I've been to I died to once and teled part way through the second trip. So personally, there's still danger. All of these are higher level dangers, the only exception being bounty hunter, where you are instead in danger through sheer numbers. With the wilderness however, it was dangerous at all levels, both high and low.

What do you mean by no lifer?
I think most people at some stage will no life. For example I recently spent large amounts of time playing in order to get 99 firemaking, I'm talking around 4-7 hours a day (I sleep alot though so you need to make my sleeping time for this around 10-11 hours). I've since gotten 99 firemaking and since then have spent 0-2 hours per day online. This was all done during the school holidays. I was no lifing then but I don't consider myself a no lifer because I don't do it that often. I think that people who consistently no life are those who could be deemed no lifers. I also don't think you can put a particular time limit on play time and then say that the person is no lifing, those numbers were just what I felt for myself to be no lifing. This was also used as a subject for the Tip.It Times (well, sort of)

Multi Site Steel War - Aftermath Discussion READ FIRST POST!
I'm happy, I went, a little dissapointed in the fact it seemed to have started a bit early so I missed much of it and just rounded up a few people. By the time I got there all the mages were dead so I don't know what happened there but I doubt an actual disqualification because all teams would have done it a bit. I did notice lots of rsc people in rune though, and the backstabbing/mutineering/spying at the end was a shame. All in all it was very fun but I wish it was a better time (8:00 am) for me. Oh and I agree with Ts; odds are there'll be an anti tip it alliance next year.

Okay, yes, actual Screaming Bankers
I read a rant about this yesterday; here it is.

am i pretty?!?!
Pretty nice, I do the suggest that you get a red cape and a saradomin book though, and I can't think of any weapons to go with this, doesn't matter if you're woodcutting or mining though.

Curing the Disease by Killing the Patient
This is a very good article. The only person who raises a valid point (that I can remember, it's taken me two and a half hours to read as I've been reading in add breaks so I might have forgotten something) is Sunli with her point about Qeltar having gold advertising websites on his website, that said, just because Qeltar has these websites advertised (not that I agree with advertising them) doesn't mean he actively supports them. Fook-a-ji, you haven't thought out most of your arguments and the comment somebody made about rewriting your signature seems quite appropriate. For those who are complaining about the analogy of the events of September 11 and gun violence, you need to see that he isn't comparing those events but rather the reactions to them from government. He hasn't trivialised the events or the soldiers who have died in the war on terror, they are the example because it proves his point and because they are well known events meaning that they don't need to be explained (gun licensing was, but is more complicated so needed it). Edit: Just rembered, we don't own Jagex and can't force them to do anything, but it is everybodys best interests if they listen to the feedback that they are getting about this update and act on it. People aren't whining, there are many well thought out arguments (such as this one) as to why they should change the staking system. Many people are threatening to quit, some people think this is an empty threat, the same as when any update is released, I believe it is different; people have lost the things their account was dedicated to, they've been ripped off and have no real reason to play any longer. Even without these dedicated stakers, 80% of people voted saying they go to the duel arena and many would stake, they are also annoyed at this update which doesn't stop real world item trading.

The RuneScape Reality
Yeah lol, my mouse broke yesterday. Runescape isn't clicking if you're playing with your keyboard, then it's lots of typing.

Issues Regarding the Duel Arena Update
Ok then, it's on page 304, I guess jagex has taken out the spamming and swearing arroused from this update.

Issues Regarding the Duel Arena Update
Very well written, I suggest that if you haven't already then post this on the thread for it on the official forums, it perfectly details what needs to be done. For something this anticipated and asked for it's amazing how badly it was messed up. Why not just track unbalanced stakes like they do trades, are we going to be limited to trading in amounts of 3k next? I didn't even know that people would bother using this as a way to transfer cash; and jagex has just told anybody else who didn't know.

Puro Puro Impling hauls. 5th and 6th trips and arrow drops.
Wow, I never realised these were so good, how long did that take you?

30m attack exp + bank pic
Good to see your helping get past the previous low ratings (and doing so yourself) Very nice bank, the cash in not cash is nice, I do the same thing, just not as much as you, that said, it would be better if you had some actual cash. I think you should get 99 defence before continuing with attack experience though. You've also cut off some of your stats in the skill picture (agility, thieving, slayer, farming, runecraft, hunter and construction)

Words Can Kill (Mods, Please Lock)
Pictures can be deceiving, especially with photoshop. Why would somebody photoshop that picture? Just because darkpoop0 believes in hell why doesn't that mean the other guy can't gives his counter argument to it? The bottom line is nobody knows until it's too late. If you are in her state of mind then I doubt you're going to be worrying about the millions of people in poverty, after all, you'll rarely meet them as the majority live in other countries. Some people without all the worries she has don't bother about those in poverty, yet you expect her to do so? They don't know how lucky they are because the aren't living in poverty, yet for there to be wealth or even middle classes, there has to be poverty, nobody can live a perfect life. The point to all that being although there are millions in poverty, the only way they really affect her is by making her (and her family) whatever class they are. Suicide is something that I have to agree with you on, though not in all cases (but certainly this one). It is very sad to see that people can be in this frame of mind, sometimes I think the best thing to do is simply think [bleep] it, log off and do something else to take a break.

Mort Myre Fungi gathering
Thanks for all the advice, I would crop my pictures better but the only program I have that does the top and left corners messes up the picture colours. Burntrice, thats a nice method and I'll work on that, though there is one major disadvantage to it (which I'll explain when I write it up). I'm going to work on adding pros and cons to each of the methods.

Mort Myre Fungi gathering
Edit: Thanks Nitram, I forgot to upload that picture. The tele tab way hwever requires you to spend time making tele tabs which can be quite boring and I personally prefer to use them for other things as I rarely make them and both methods give 27 per run. It just seems easier to me to recharge glories occaisionally, I'll work on putting that method in though. It turns out I'm leaving tomorrow; so I should get it done before I leave.

Mort Myre Fungi gathering
Ok thanks, if you want I'll put that way up and credit you, I'll have to do it in a couple days though as I'm going away for the long weekend

Mort Myre Fungi gathering
Hi there, this guide is for a fast way to get Mort Myre Fungi (used in super energy potions). This guide (for the moment) covers the following two methods, if you have any more please suggest them. Home teleport method Fairy Ring Method Fairy Ring Method Requirements: Nature Spirit Access to Fairy rings (note quest doesn̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t have to be fully completed) Access to Heroes Guild A Silver Sickle (B) Lots of glory̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s (1 fully charged glory per 108 fungi) Decent prayer. I̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢m fine with 64 prayer but I suppose 50 or so would be enough (it̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s doable with lower but then this method isn̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t as good) Dramen/Lunar Staff Method Start in Edgeville or Zanaris. Run to the fairy ring and enter the code ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬ÅBKR̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâÃ

rate outfit plawks.
Abyssal_whip, you deserve the flames, you post low on other peoples topics and your excuse is holding a grudge, yet you insult them for posting low on your topic yet they are simply holding a grudge from the topics you previously posted on. That said 5/11 and for this person: Who said an outfit has to be rated on cash value? I personally rated his on what items I would actually want

A record on who visits Runescape.com.
Very interesting, out of curiosity, how do they tell genders, ages etc?
