Hi there, what would be the fastest method to ooglog (pools) from "any" point in runescape? Both on normal & lunar spellbook?

just how can you do the carrion method at 77 hunting? you're suggesting to pot up constantly? Besides that I experience a huge difference in catch rates the first ten levels. So I'd recommend holding of from carrions untill 80ish maybe?

Also I find that the blazer can proc even if you "miss" ... And the blazer ring does DOT? Not sure how it works but if I remember correctly I once hitted a mrerc, and teled out.. Yet the ring was still giving some (small) hit continually.

funny fact about guam: -you get most profit from guam IF they die.. So the more herbs die the more profit you get! (upto 2kish at 100% death).. That is with scroll of life btw (and without juju potions).

if you kill someone with an anchor, thay just drop a solid 230k gp. same thing could be to other stuff (korasi's is a good one) the amount of gp droped cant be higher then the cost to regain it though. true, but not everything has a price to regain. - ie beserker torso. Also new food/potions is untradeable - and in clan wilderness events we used to quickly share food between members during the trip. -
that's if you solo, but in multi he'll swap targets too often (and wander inbetween).. Besides in teams luring isn't as easy as it sounds, a combo is deadly (he's terribly accurate, so 2 hits + ranger/mager on you = you're dead). And in solo I just tank this boss out.. But really, do you guys have blitzer/desperado then on quickswitch? I'm always walking around with gatherer on quickswitch (and beserker as my other option)..

2 weeks doesn't mean they've been working on it. It's not exactly a hard or time consuming thing to do, and MMG said he'd get the entire team working on it once it's official (now) You think Jagex can pull a game-changing update out of their arse in two weeks? Ok then.. I think that Jagex can because all they have to do is go back in their files, update the graphics and some of the code, fix some patches and so on and they have wildy and free trade ready. You clearly don't understand how much work goes into game development then. If you were talking about a small update, that alone would take at least 3 months. We're talking about a vast update that requires a huge rework of multiple large pieces of content. That takes at least 6 months. There's also been multiple game engine changes since, old code probably isn't even compatible any more. The moral of this story: Never take Jagex's word as gospel. wildy might be, but lifting the trade restrictions would merely be just changing a variable! -
Just to add to that: I found the blaster also very usefull.. T10 makes you don't need to have bind runes to "bind" the skelletal trio melee hero. (And the attack speed reduction is quite massive for things like demons).

I really find it again stupid that high levels get more from a pair of gloves than low levels.... The item is the same is it not?

Runescape is more than "combat" - combat is only a minority of the skills.. Why are people supposed to have those 99, yet there are no updates for people with 99+ other skills?

Yes, we shouldn't be allowed to get these items for training after 99 and for the looks of them either :rolleyes:. You have 4 weeks to kill it then like 3 months to use the gloves, there's no rush. yes you shouldn't.. Is it so wrong to ask something for non-maxed people one day? really everything these days is for maxed people and even the things especially said for "mid level" are getting massed by people with maxed combat.. - If you are just land 1 hit and then wait till everyone can do that! Since you ask, yes it is. Maxed people worked hard to get where they are, they shouldn't be limited by their achievements. So what? - Already 90% of the updates is geared towards those.. Also I worked much more to get my 91 rc before zmi & free trade removal.. But do I get something for that? - No only price reductions.

but you guys just camp at the spawn? I did for 15+ minutes and nothing turned up.. After that I just grew tired and started walking.. But evertime I'm too late (8 times I've seen it yet couldn't land a hit)... All those damn summons taking priority over a monster, I'm really getting worked up with all those steel titans, can they remove high lvls already?

There should be an update, so people who are already maxed combat can't fight this wolf.. It's so annoying to see people with overloads etc kill it before others have a chance to hit this. It's stupid, completely stupid!

this is a useless update.. "Something for the mid level" .. - But all high levels just run away with it cause they can get a hit earlier! - What a stupid thing.

Does it spawn randomly or not? I've been hearing lots of different things already and it's annoying to see "wooot I go kill" while I keep searching for 30+ minutes!

I'm still wondering how jagex goes handling untradeables... Before 2008 there were hardly any untradeables, and any time they came it was a lot of fuss.. (Really, beserker body should be tradeable!).. As it would increase the strength of a person, yet don't increase the worth of killing the person. (The biggest charm in my opinion of the old system was that if you killed a stronger person you would get more loot..).. Nowadays about 3/4 items used are untradeable? -
I take normal teleport anyday.. Really the convenience of high alchemy is so big.... And the teleports from lunar aren't that usefull (skill necklace to fishing guild is the same, and camelot is very close to catherby farming patch).

it's not impossible that blood forfeit with a high accuracy build can out-DPS the handcannon. it definitely does if you assume blood forfeit activates 33% of the time. I did a VERY small sample pool of shots (~100 shots + 20 activations in duel arena) and yeah, like that I just said, the activation rate seems to be around 20%, my data points to about 18-19%, i forget, it's in my data log somewhere. but yeah, not blood bolts might be better. So in ffa, where you're counting on a "few lucky hits" I guess this is best? However that still leaves the end part, where blood forfeit seem to be capped at 300 I heard? - Maybe other bolts are usefull then?
