Uhm adding a process killer is pretty useless: lag doesn't come from too many processes, it is your ineternet connection that is a problem. Also many, many virus scanners would go off when seeing such a thing.

Not decompile, I mean de-obfuscate (I think), so basically you could edit the interface, etc. De-obfuscating is impossible. It just randomizes all variable names, and makes code unreadable for the human eye.. But by this very nature it is also impossible to revert. (other than guessing manually - but once you do that it's about the same efford as to write a completely new client).

I agree with this, sure, older toolkits were better when there was a way to switch worlds without a waiting time. I do believe Jagex will eventually modify their client and I'm sure someone will soon release a really decent modified version of the official Client seeing as they provided the source code for it. The user interface part (jagexappletviewer.jar) is closed source. Only the Java runtime environment (OpenJDK) and the launcher exe are open source. If that's the case (closed source) I'm very surprised I haven't seen a decompiled version somewhere on the internet yet, maybe people just aren't bothered any more :( uhm what you gain from decompiling the client lol? Besides is easy as hell, anyone can do it manually with ease. JAVA is interpreted, not compiled: so the file holds all code as it is written.

When doing Slayer in Kuradel's dungeon, this would be the best option. Adds 40 attack damage to every attack (unless you miss of course) only in that dungeon. (Also gives a teleport to Kuradel by using one of the ring's charges.) If you want to get one for those tasks, they're untradeable and have to get them by slaying monsters in that dungeon. Just to put it in perspective: 40 "extra" damage, would be on average the same as an increase of "80" from maximum damage.. To increase your hit by "80", you have to increase your strength by 24. So ferocious ring would be equal to a ring which boosts strength by 24. This just shows how good that ring is! The strength ring would increase your maximum hit by "10" (normally). This means that your average hit would be "5" higher than normally.

Connect your harddrive to another computer and extract your most valueable files, then reinstall your operative system for a permanent fix. If you'd rather not format your harddrive in the work of reinstalling i'd suggest you download and burn a repair disc for your respective OS. So all I have to do is reinstall the operating system? All my important files are on my laptop and not the desktop. Lol you never thought of that? Reinstalling your os also means you'll have to reinstall all programs & reset all settings.

Trust trades aren't against the rules, they're just not recommended because they COULD be scams. But yeah, the problem is that pro DGers are going to have a pretty high price for this sort of thing, and the aforementioned scamming. Wrong. I honestly can't do that! - If I do those amount of clicks I risk that my RSI which I trained for to get it away will come back completely. It can't be that you're physically non fit to play a game? I need a method which is way less click incentive: like only having to do a click (or a small burst) every 5 seconds. Hunter is so much of a strain because it is continuasly clicking & always the same movement - for hours on an end. (Whereas I can play a shooter easily for example, as you don't always move the same way).

I have 16m slayer exp and I never needed a SGS in order not to bank/prolong my trip, even at lower levels. SGS really isn't needed, and is slowing down slayer exp per hour (which means less money per hour). A bunyip is cheaper, and far more effective. sgs provides prayer.... Which makes trips more relaxing (no need to manage prayer potions and decide what amount you actually need).

Uhm sgs helps for slayer.. Many people (who I speak ingame) have slayer as major money-maker. Boss hunting is now useless without 96+ herblore and shoudln't be considered a viable method for the masses - Only the elite few will be succesfull at boss hunting nowadays.

Block tasks which you dislike.. Even if they're the best xp ever. Because fun > xp. I myself block kalphites, hellhounds, black demons & black dragons. Can't stand the low-drop ratio..

You either spend whatever the millions are for sgs, or you spend it on 87 herblore and get EEE. You either end up with a permanent and powerful combat boost or with a riskable, less powerful combat boost. Getting herblore to that lvl requires 3-4 times the money for an sgs! During the time you get the money for herblore (which is only 1 of the stats you have to gain) you can use the SGS to aid you while getting money.

BTW: don't you guys agree that this is a design flaw in runescape? - There can only be "1" item the best, I think it would've been much more fun if you could have 10-20 different items when doing bosses.. All which are equally good (and actually best if combined together) and the "best" depends on prefered playstyle.. IE: you have the beserker who goes with a 2h to do as much dmg as possible in the shortest time.. Then a "tank" who stands there taking the main hits of the boss (maybe add a "taunt" spell?).. A healer in guthans + unicorn (+ eee) who (while on lunars) gives the tank the neccessary health & vengeance during the fight, and keeps the minions away (minions should have low hp/def but high dmg, and a relatively short respawn time compared to the boss). And a mage (on ancients?) who keeps the boss binded/debuffed. I really think if those things were actually better incorporated, and bosses were build to be beaten best by such teams runescapes monster hunting would get a third dimension. Instead of being "1 off the same".. Where everyone if the team looks like twins & the whole combat becomes very generic!

Well of course it does, you seem to imply this is silly. Baring in mind the article is talking about competing as a Progamer in Street Fighter, why would you enter a competition where you didn't want to be the best there? Myabe for fun? The thing you should remember is to use things as they are ment for.. Games are ment for fun.. And anyone who doesn't take fun as top priority while gaming should just be removed from the game!

Though expect it to slowly devalue over time with free trade returning.
