  1. Yes, that was my dark bow drop, and you were only holding 100 addy arrows p++ i think.
  2. I always use them for fire wave. A dag kings trip usually uses up 4-7k fire runes, and its cheaper than using air runes even though fire wave uses fewer airs than fires.
  3. Gimme a break, I knew about this method since before summoning came out. I knew about this and made crappy money on my pure even before there was a bank added to Lumby castle, banking in Draynor. Someone posted a guide on the SAME METHOD on THIS forum a few months ago. This method is not a secret. It's just nooby because you can't finish rune mysteries during it. Furthermore, this guide won't make the price crash. I'd bet 100 mil that after the price initially goes down, all the people collecting this will give up and the price will recover again, then they will forget about it and move on to some other lame moneymaking method.
  4. Lol gratz on the lucky hilt, too bad the prices have gone down so much. Now you owe me a sheep mask
  5. OMFG CONGRATZ!!!!!!!!!!!  \ 10/10 I can't believe i missed it   Don't worry, I'll be there for your next 99 #-o
  6. I think krill classes as a lesser demon, not too sure thou. Yes, I had lessers for a slayer task.
  7. Just died soloing the Zammy boss, this is my drop pile, I also lost my full karils, that didnt make it into the screenshot, total loss: 2.6m. EWW....
  8. I'm not sure if you can beat "the feud" with 10 hp, but if you can, blackjacking desert bandits in Pollivineach is probably the best way. They hit 5 when you fail, so you might die occasionally. There's a thieving guide for this on the RSOF written by Zarfot, but I'm too lazy to find the link now.
  9. Give me a break -.- . First of all, ess from the guild isnt really great money, since you only make on average 1500 points per hour (3 games, 500 points each). That's around 225k, pretty crappy considering the low exp, and if ess really goes down at all, it will be even less money. Natures have fallen so much for several reasons: 1. More level 91 runecrafters than there used to be 2. The GE only lets you buy alchable materials 100 at a time every few hours so people use other runes to train mage instead. 3. Graahk runecrafting makes the supply even higher than it would be otherwise. 4. Small influx of natures from the new RC guild. People are flooding the minigame, and making natures during it. This will die down when the newness factor wears off. 5. Panic/people selling because the price is already falling. Don't worry, pretty soon people will realize natures arent worth crafting and the prices will go back up. If you want to cash in on natures, now is definitely the time to do so. By the way, if you can really still get 888k crafting with current prices, isn't that still pretty good money all things considered?
  10. Lmao. Obviously a joke topic. pretty funny but i'm surprised no one else realized this yet....
  11. thanks for all the nice replies. I think i'll just keep training slayer for now, I'm not a big fan of camping at one monster.
  12. nah i soloed a few times in the past. I usually get 1 kill per trip.
  13. It was supposed to be a duo, but my friend forgot his hammer and I went in alone. I split him nearly 1/3 of it anyway because he missed a few other of my drops in the past due to death, etc. Rate?
  14. Wow man, thats like, a lot more dk drops than I ever had, and I probably spent more time there than you (I'm the guy in the archer ring split wearing black mask and SGS). NICE 10/10 on DK drops alone for only 3 months :D
  15. There is no longer a 1 second delay when watering tree seeds in their pots. It is faster now to water many seeds at once. This was changed within the last 2 weeks.
  16. not directed @ peronix or anything, but any1 who feels they are being babied to heavily, find that quote. They said it. I think it was on a sticky that no longer exists. Or else it was on an update and they removed the comment.
  17. Before I explain why I call him the easiest boss, there's a few things you might have overlooked. First: Do you meet the attack and strength suggested levels, use a Godsword, and have the attack and strength boosting items suggested? Were you using your super sets? And were you using Piety? If so, there's no way you miss that often. K'ril has the lowest defence to melee attacks of the four bosses, so I don't think you can hit that many 0s on him. Second: Do you meet the defence requirements? Were you using the Karils/Veracs Hybrid? If so, you should NOT have been overwhelmed by the minions. K'ril himself almost never hits you if you pray melee and use part karils. Only his rampage should be causing you problems, and he uses it rarely. Third: How often did he use his special attack against you? He usually never uses it more than twice in one fight against me. Also, when I was writing this guide, I did a solo trip to get the pictures I used. I had him redbarred without using ANY supplies, and I just let him hit me for several minutes while trying to get a picture of his special attack. Since you don't see that picture, it should be obvious I was unsuccessful in that... Fourth: How careful were you in watching your prayer and hitpoints? I've found it works best to eat when I'm under 65, and heal to over 90 before I resume trying to attack. Alright, now to address your concerns. First, as aforementioned, K'ril is the only boss that counts as a slayer monster. That means, you can get a 15% attack and strength bonus against his already substandard melee defense. Second, K'rils mage attack does very little damage, and is very inaccurate. Not to mention, he seems to use it rarely (I'd estimate the melee attacks to mage attacks ratio at 2:1). Bearing that in mind, using protect from melee prayer means you take very little damage from K'ril. I've fought whole rounds with him without a scratch caused by him personally. As for you taking a team, experience matters fairly little here. The only real important bit of information is to keep your hitpoints high, since K'ril WILL occasionally squash you through your prayers. He doesn't do this often, and if you keep your hitpoints high you should never die from it. If you really are still having troubles with it, I'll show you a solo trip in game. Just PM me and I'll show you how to solo him, in-game. It's not that challenging... Also, while Graardor doesn't hit nearly as high as K'ril does if you're using prayer, he uses his range attack far more often than K'ril uses his prayer-break, and it's much more accurate. When Solo-ing Bandos's General, the majority of the damage is actually caused by the boss. Let me just say, K'rill's defense had nothing to do with me not hitting him well. I was eating the entire time and barely got 5 hits on him before teleing. First: I don't see any minimum levels for Zammy, all you said was level 90+ can probably solo him. In your other post on page 5, you just said 85+ att, str, def. I have 85 strength, but my attack and defense are 84 and 83, very close and shouldn't make a big difference. Second: I was only 2 off from the defense reqs, I DID use the veracs/karils hybrid outfit (although in the picture you used torags, not veracs). Third: K'rill was using his rampage on me every 3-4 hits or so. I barely managed to heal before getting hit again. Maybe I was just very unlucky, but trust me, it hurt! I used up 3 pray pots before teleporting, all because of rampage. Fourth:I was pretty careful with my prayer and hp, considering I did nothing but eat and drink the entire time! Once again, I don't see any requirements in the guide for soloing the boss. I think they used to be there, but I can't find them. I seem to remember information for soloing other bosses, but I can't find that either. I have 64 prayer, with 68 banked. I'll get piety very soon. I DID use chivalry. I have a quest cape. Your guide said very clearly: "If you can use piety or CHIVALRY, use it." Once again, I'm going on the part that said: "most level 90+, outfitted properly, can actually defeat K̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ril alone". I'm level 105, outfitted properly except for the godsword. I have a black mask, but so far haven't gotten lessers for slayer.
  18. Excellent! The first decent green dragon guide that came out since the wilderness update. I might try cannoning some dragons at some point soon.
  19. Get bandos! The price is going up on it and it's just plain better.
  20. make them into bolts and DON'T enchant them. I'm not sure if tipped bolts are any better than normal, but at least they aren't worse! Plus you get fletching exp.
  21. Ok, Soma. ARE YOU CRAZY? How is the zammy boss the easiest? I tried soloing him with the setup you suggested, twice, and I never damaged him at all before running out of food. With a team of 3 (they were unexperienced, one died), we barely even got 1 kill! From what I've heard, only the Sara boss is harder. Bandos on the other hand, I have almost gotten a solo kill on before teleing. With a duo team, I can always get 2-4 kills. From what I've heard, Kree'ara is the easiest to solo, although I never tried it. Anyway, the only conclusion I can make is that this guide was made before the nerf, when 2 of the zammy minions didn't attack you in 1 corner of the room, and he was still soloable.
