About the first post, I have an explination about the shadow. When you are about to sleep, your mind disconnects your ability to see. If you are drousy and focus on something, you will see a dark blotch. I he was walking down the hall with something to focus on, it can be mistaken as a shadow, and if you keep focusing on it, it will appear to move.

We are all not going the same speed. As the earth rotates, it takes the same amount of time for something NEAR one of the poles than to make one revalution that it takes for something on the equater to go around. However, since the point at the pole has less distance to travel, it takes a shorter amount of time. Since we all have different lattitudes, we are going different speeds. Ha

Hmm.... Have you tried making it smaller then larger? When it gets smaller, it makes the overall picture less detailed. When you make it larger, it doesn't return to its normal state.
