Just curious if the anti-dragon shield soaks melee. To edit in my own answer, no.

Drop trading is far from illegal anywhere in RS, sure using it to transfer items between accounts you own would be illegal. Aside from that go for it, remember how the keys for dragon slayer were first released? I believe it was Andrew, dropped a few of each color and allowed us to pick them up pre-release, oh noes he drop traded them!!!!!!!!! Drop parties? *shrug*

Besides buying skills money on f2p is basically worthless. 300k will buy basically all the armor, weapons, food, and gear you will use to train all of the 'unbuyable skills' Money can also be a goal in its self, "I wonder if I can make X money"
-
I like to clear the monsters just because running through rooms multiple times can really eat away at the food supply. It is also the 'preferred' method for w7 so yeah I go with the floooo. To me rushing is much more stressful while just sitting back and slaughtering everything just seems much more simple; and it keeps everyone on the same page. When not everyone is on the same page, it may make the dungeon quicker, but people get upset quite a bit, and I do not like discord on my teams. A smooth but slower is my thumbsup! I do routinely skip the 90+ when applicable

I would be surprised(happens at lot now-a-days) if melee armor absorbed magical based damage. Which could be a new method of balancing the triangle. -oops- the different styles have their own absorb % scratch that first comment. If the population gets low do you think some servers will start to go away?
-
Don't worry, it'll only affect 5% of free players. <_< Then buy members. A sarcastic remark to a funny sarcastic comment always seems odd to me. *shrug* but yeah if they do apply to the dungeoneering armors then that is basically all i will see it, mage barely hits over 200, does range at all?
-
I wonder if daemonheim's armors will get the soak update.

Hmm this scepter run took me about an hour, minotour dropped about #20, fleshies was first kill, cattles again took about 20-30, ankou was #3.

Not too sure how 'fun' these things are but, crafting gold necklaces, banana picking, flour-pizza/pastry dough. And don't forget your daily f2p run for 25kish. Start in Varrok head to magic shop buy whichever runes are a profit, usually waters/earths, home tele get your food hamper, head to fish store buy 2k feathers. Cabbage tele, back to mage/fish store, head to food store fill up on flour. You can also squeeze out a few more by having a few gold ammies/necklaces/rings in your inventory and sell the the jewelry merchant.
-
also you cant have more than one hamper at a time. I usually get 5 or 6 items.

Opps you are probably correct on that. I like running around and semi-grouping the tasks together, but there are a lot to remember. After doing a few in the catacombs, I remember running out, skimming the list then seeing the skeleton task *doh* run back inside.

Do pouches help with crafting more ess at the same time?

A couple reasons for the yellows, awhile back the highest orb score for air was done on yellow. Yellow has a much better starting spawn, you will notice green is clumped NW for 3/5 of the altars; this is a problem for the classic E/W, which forces the W person to go more south, and the clumping can lead to some orb piling, baaad! Yellow orbs are also larger which helps with misclicks, and imo their spawns in general are closer to the altar than greens. In 2v2 battles we used to get 2-3 more orbs on average on the yeller team. It is humorous the roles used to be switched, and the good players used to congregate on the green team

One tiny suggestion, in the intro section, you mention the number of people with 99/120/200m xp; I would either date it "at MM/DD/YY" , omit that data, or keep updating it every month or so. I would go with the first option.
-
In that scenario I would guess the giant spiders, simply due to having to pick up loot, that kills the xp/hr. If you were click training reds, I would go with ranged.

With dungeoneering I usually do whatever I feel like at that particular moment. Latly I have been doing 25+ larges, sometimes 20+ large, usually solo 1-20 small, 20+ med all c6. I found if I was with a low leveled chap meds(instead of smalls) were the better option because he needed time to get ready and with a small, by the time he was ready I already had the dungeon compleated. So with meds he was able to contrtbute for a longer period of time.

Level reset makes sense to me(along with bank clear), for the following reasons. 1. They are not making new names taking up space on Jagex's servers. 2. If they are resetting I would imagine Jagex would keep a closer eye on that particular character.

Died to a c1 floor 1 boss... I found it more fun to figure out the secrets of the bosses, if you are unlike that then you should use that guide that was posted earlier; and focus on the boss section. It is really difficult to explain dungeoneering in a nutshell, you will need the basic understanding, so my advise would be to muck around in the dungeon, when you come to the boss look it up, and cruise on through. Same with puzzle/challenge rooms as bosses

Man that is rough

oh back to the merc room. Me and my lvl 101 partner managed to get the lvl 203 merc in our 2:2 med. Was a pretty awesome fight, I managed 2 deaths, would have been 1 but I didn't want to scavenger for more food. I think he was in the 4-6 death range. What seemed to work for me was ranging, fract plate dromo legs, get low on lp run out wait for them all to despawn. For multiple people the first in almost has to pray mage, the second guy has to see what is left attacking him. Well I would start mage, getting 15 sec bounded is bad, then switch.
-
That merc room seems like the first set of monsters I have had trouble with while dungeoneering solo, I had to re-food(flats) pray went down to ~17, had frac legs from a drop and it was still very close. The leader was about level 93 and he brought lvl 60 friends with him. I have only had it twice, but since there is a slight lag time from your first hit to when he summons minions could you effectively attack 2-3 times tele out, then wait for his minions to tele out, repeat?

Considering the original RS forums had a combat req installed at the mid point of it's life, I doubt Jagex will go back to 0 req. in order to post on the forums. Just saying 350 seems rather low, but if they see that the main purpose is to answer questions sure I guess, maybe there are enough forum mods now to cut down on the useless posts? -
No you are correct, well yeah wow. Kinda irks me that the KB has been so wrong concerning dungeoneering rewards.
-
Only place I could see myself using the pray necklace would be pray flashing at ice giants.

Hm yes I would say it was my second favorite holiday thing. First goes to swept away, but that was/is a quest; so i guess this one is my favorite holiday event. I really liked the autograph part.
