I was taking the ACT 3 weeks ago at my high school, and I nearly cheated. I went there and took it the same day as my sister, they put us in the same room, the sat me behind her, and gave us the same version of the test. I really feel good about the science, but I was sure on maybe half of them. I decided to guess instead of cheating, and apparently I guessed well. Turns out I made a 35 on the science with a bunch of guessing... She made a 24 on that section. Yay for educated guesses :P

If you like driving games, buy Need for Speed: Most Wanted. No other NFS game even comes close to this... it is an amazing game that takes a while to beat.

Ok, I was scearching google for a price for a PS3 to buy for Christmas, and I stumble upon this is the sponsored links. (Top of the results of scearch, in the yellow box) [link removed] Is there any way that this deal is even possible? I'm having a hard time believeing it... Note: The 80GB even comes with Metal Gear Solid 4... edit: its now obvious that this is a scam... they accept cash only and very few actual online stores do that.

As far as I know police here in the US aren't allowed to strike. Probably not many government workers are, my dad is a USPS worker and he and all the other mailmen had a part in their contract about not striking. That would be why it's not justified. I mean, they obviously made preparations so the country wasn't in anarchy while they were on strike, and it was only limited to a march round Westminster, but they are vital to the country's security. That and they were the ones putting down all the strikes in the 1980s, so sympathy for the police wasn't exactly pouring out from the trade unions anyway. Plus their wage has gone up considerably in the past decade under Labour, and they were striking over one below inflation pay rise... So yeah, it's not the case at all that the trade union threatens action and the government caves in. People are too intelligent for that now. As for the post office, we kind of have a rule like that. You're not allowed to delay the Queen's mail, otherwise technically it's treason, not that anyone would honestly charge someone with that :P . Maybe we should pull that one out on all the donkey car drivers who pull out in front of post office vans... :-k You just ran away with that one. :lol: We got from maximum wage to charging slow drivers with treason in 17 posts? Only in OT... Anyways, yes, the unions milk the companies they work for for every penny they can.

Yeah, you were whammying to hard and you snapped the tab on the bottom of the whammy holder. Happened to my SG and Stratocaster. The solution is to have the end of the whammy bar pointing away from the guitar and pull the whammy bar up on long notes I whammy like that for fun sometimes :lol: To open your guitar you need a T9 screwdriver, and if something broke, you should go to guitarheroparts and buy either a spring, or a whammy repair kit. I'm not sure exactly what the repair kit gives you but I know GHP is a trustworthy site. Or use the rubber band trick to hold it in place, I'm not explaining it, just search on youtube. I'm here to ask about GH3 and GHWT for the PS3. I'm thinking about buying it, I'm asking if there is anything wrong with em. Note that I'd be using the WT guitar, not the piece of crap PS3 LP. I like a girl(seriously, doesn't every one of these posts start with this?) and I don't know if she likes me back. I'll go ahead and say I'm extremely shy about asking her out, because my greatest fear is rejection. Plus, we are very close friends, but we sort of joke around like we are going out. You see, we went out for a year and a half and broke up around 2 years ago, so this isn't just another "guy who likes best friend" situation. We really didn't speak to each other much for 6 months to a year, but a few months a ago I got bored and txt her, not expecting an answer because her phone had been broken for a while, but she answered and we started talking a lot. Then I broke up with my girlfriend at the time, because I liked this girl more than my girlfriend. Note: Soon after I broke up with this girl I realized I was crazy for dating her... she is so slow it isn't even funny... slow to the point that it pisses me off to be around her. Then me and the girl I like kept talking, (not "talking" just talking, like friends do) and now we are really close... I wanted to ask her out all last week but I chickened out every day. Now I won't see her till next Monday, and I dunno if she is still interested, as she seems to have backed off a bit. I think she might like another guy... but I'm not too worried about him as he dips... and I know she'd NEVER date someone who does that, because she thinks it is disgusting(as do I). Now I'm wondering what I should do next. Oh, and btw, my parents HATE the idea of me dating her, but they wouldn't keep me from dating someone. Also, most of you are probably thinking(duh, just friends) but she has dropped tons and tons of hints. She calls me "a great guy" and "sweet"(I am kind of good with words, I just don't say em often) a lot, and we always talk about "what if we went back out". She also drops hints the other way, such as "you'll find someone perfect for you" and crap like that... She also will never hint to a guy that she likes him... she wants him to be the one to ask and not know the answer she will give beforehand. I don't know if it matters, but her parents really like me. Also(just giving all the information I can) we're in high school, both sophomores, I'm 15(16 in Jan.) and she's 16(17 around the same time). Thanks in advance!

Just popping in here to keep you all filled in on myself. I've FINALLY finished reduxing GH3H, and my PS2 rank is WAY better than I thought it would be. I hit 48 FCs, and I can't see any that will be very easy from here on out. I've been reduxing my FC scores to get higher song ranks, but my ovarall rank isn't doing much. Right now I am aiming for 100th, which isn't far(currently 110th) but then climbing up will start to get hard, I hope to end up somewhere in the top 50, where I would end up just fighting for my current rank. Raised my TTFAF score, by 1k, to 334k :? First pass of it in a few weeks, almost passed twice in a row for the first time ever. I've never even passed it twice in the same day. Oh, and I still just have RaBl left for El Jefe. I haven't even passed it 10 times.

PS2- getting a 360 soon though.

Guitar Hero 2/3(January) GH 80's(June) GH Aerosmith(July) Wonder what Goat's addicted to?

Spyro- The first 3 on the PS1. Thanks to backwards compatibility, I can play every game on this list. And I remember when I used to play Spyro 2 before buying a memory card, I'd leave it running overnight just to keep playing, I never beat it though, until I bought a memory card. Then I had it 100% in about a week. Need For Speed: Most Wanted- This game is just so awesome that I have to mention it. Beaten it 3 times. Guitar Hero- I an addicted to these. I mainly play GH3, but I have 2, 80s, and Aerosmith as well. I am not only addicted to these, but I am very good at them too. It gets annoying having little competition, my friends play but I'm just a few steps ahead of all of them. I have passed TTFAF and am now considered too good at the game by everyone that knows I did it. I kind of hope I do run into someone who can kick my [wagon] at it.

Ok I'm still stuck on both, I think I'll leave RaBl for later to be honest, I just need help with One. Ok so the song is cake up until FSA. I'm pretty good with alt-strumming so I can get 90%+ on the galloping greens beforehand which is no problem. I save up star power and the moment I hit the red I use it. Then I just stay in the red, I can't get out of it, and I haven't seen past FSC. Should I practice for FSB and onwards because that's probably where I will struggle. I'm also practicing tapping by doing CoP on slow or on hard and some trills by doing Impulse which I am hooked on now! :D Also trying to get more 5-stars. I'm not that good and I can nail FSB, so yes, you need to get good at it. Get good at FSC too, it's cake. Then just pass the easy ending.

I'm shocked to say that I actually got ninja'd in a post like this. :shock: Just change to 5'5 to 5'8(I'm 6'1 and still growing, 5'3 is a tad too short for me). Also, she can't be one of the crazy ones that pisses you off intentionally just to "make up" later.

Quit. It is the most satisfying thing you can ever do with RS, and all of the free time you get is great. (Unless you just get addicted to another game(Guitar Hero for me))

I'm sure you won't have a problem beating people at your school, considering you are ranked in the top 200 on SH.

I decided to go back to hard yesterday, and got 13 FCs! 40 looks and sounds a whole lot better than 27. 8-)

The annoying part of Take this Life is the whole song. Everything but the simple repeating two note chord part that screams "USE SP HERE! YOU GETS TONS OF POINTZ!" Hopefully 5* this soon, I'm fairly close. Got my "Before I Forget" 5*, so just RaBl left for El Jefe. And this is bad because RaBl is a 3*. Worse because I have only passed it once.

Super Smash Brothers Brawl Mario Kart Wii(I dislike it, but many people love it) Guitar Hero 3(Only if you just have the Wii) Mario Strikers Charged(Bit old, but still a great game(only online) Wait for Guitar Hero: World Tour(Wii gets DLC!)(Not in RB2)

Considering the fact that Scorehero is getting better and better every day,(see "One" and "TTFAF", 2 FCs each) I'd be little happier with any top 5 score. Just be happy you can consistantly pass TTFAF, which I am currently having trouble doing.
