Don't let her treat you like dirt. End it.

From what I've read; *you love her *she still has feelings for her ex *she treats you like [cabbage] Calm it down dude, she sounds like a right [bleep] from where I'm sitting. Make the move and break up with her, don't linger and wait for her to do it. Time for you to move on; it's obvious that she hasn't moved on from her ex. It's a cliché but time heals; no matter how much you love her it's best if you make the first move. When you do end things with her don't communicate with her in any way it's easier to cope that way. Keep strong dude and make sure you do things that make you happy - be selfish a little.

Correction. If someone like ME can do it, then anyone can. OT: I'm decent with relationships, but my girlfriend asked to take a break a few days ago, and then found out she was interested in another guy. Now she says that it was just a phase and that she wants to get back with me. Is she mucking around with me, or is she being serious? I know it's hard to give a decent answer without actually it happening to you (I mean exactly like it's happening to me), but could someone give me an educated guess? Not worth it mate.. if she's taking a break from the relationship to find other things then that means she's not satisfied in the current one. How long is it going to go before she has another 'phase'? I personally wouldn't think twice in dumping her and looking for somebody else.
-
you just have to learn to trust her, no matter how hard it is. If she's a cheating scum then she's not worth it. But because you care about her you have to give her space and trust.

Here in UK we have special teenage flats. Designed for people that have been kicked out of their home, the rent is really low or none existent. Don't know if there's anything like this in Aus.

Her parents hate you - that's sorted by having dinner with them. Ask her to arrange it. Her friends hate you - so what? My exs friends hated me because of the same thing she chose me over them. I just didn't give a [cabbage] what they thought I'd be nice to them anyway.

Made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside, like I swallowed a giraffe. I think I might just try and get ONE date with one of each of those three girls, and see who I like the most. But, then again, I have a couple girls in journalism I really like. And one in chemistry. And one I ride the bus with to my class that's off-campus (she didn't know anybody except I kinda knew her from last year, and she's a VERY white girl, and most of the kids that go to the off-campus classes are Mexican). I guess that's kind of it. Crap. Wish I could just fill up Saturday with 1-hour dates from 10 to 10, that would probably have me covered. Not gonna happen, though. I'll probably just have to put on my robe and wizard hat and roll my 12-sided die. just go for the hottest one

I think shooting the gun at someone/thing is it's use.

wish I had friends like this. Have you considered moving out?

Seems like she's looking for a rebound after her bf went off to college. The last thing she'll want is another long term relationship. However I may be wrong and she may like you enough to give it a go. You best of asking her what she's looking for at the moment in terms of relationships, and then go from there. A bit of fun? Then have fun with her. Someone to rely on? Then it's a long run thing. Good luck

have you never sent a text to someone you like when you're drunk? Or received one of someone when they're drunk? You know the person doesn't mean to say what they say but because they are drunk they have the confidence to say it. When in the morning they regret it, well they were drunk, so understandable. Maybe it's cultural but in the UK there's a standard tradition to ignore all text after 9 O'clock when you're out. Alcohol doesn't make you do things you don't want to do, it 'makes' you do things that you normally wouldn't do. The difference is that you still want to do them, but the alcohol makes you less inhibited. For instance, if I'm talking to someone drunk, I'll be more blunt, more honest. I'll tell the person what I really want to say because I don't give a damn about what they say. That's what alcohol does. For a time you don't worry about what people think of you or what you do to other people. Also, if the only factor between what someone says sober and what they say drunk is confidence then they certainly mean it. yes, but they don't mean to say those things. Doesn't matter anyway back to relationship advice.

I'm up for it -
used to live on noodles back in scaping days, since they were the quickest and easiest thing to make. I used to throw in a sausage into the microwave and then add it to the noodles; would always drain the water beforehand.

Got a few stunning girls by getting drunk and going up to them or vicar-versa and me having the balls to actually talk to them due to the alcohol increase. Don't know how it's counter-productive because I had fun in the process. If only the world was as plain and simple as that; quite few people actually say what they think and mean. Most sugar coat it to get along with each other.

Go fishing, go into the forest to try and find some fruit/animals. Set up traps for animals. Make huge fire.

I despise when people use drinking as an excuse for thier actions. If you choose to drink, you also choose to take responsibility for anything you do while drunk. Those who don't understand that shouldnt drink. I could rant about the drinking age and so on from here, but this is more relevant than the rest of my opinion why? Alcohol increases your confidence and makes you say things you normally wouldn't. Also we're talking about a complement here, not a rape or a car crash whilst under the influence of alcohol.

if they're like anything here they will laugh, you of course have the perfect alibi; alcohol.

Then how come U2 is selling concert tickets for $300 per person? To make up some of their losses from pirating, that's why. I used to be indifferent regarding pirating, but $300 to see Muse (opening for U2) is just plain ridiculous. get your facts right buddy I've ordered 2 U2 tickets for a total of £70 around £100. If you're talking about getting sold out tickets off ebay then $300 isn't unreasonable. Well the tickets depend on how close you are, they are around $300 for the closet ones and $30 if you wanna be the farthest away you possibly can. there's only so many people that will fit in an arena that will be 'close' to the band and every fan wants to be. So out of 80,000 you have the ones that are prepared to pay $300 to be close which is about 500-1000 people. Supply and demand nothing to do with piracy just a lot of fans wanting those places.
