Getting 67-70 attack in 1 day is nearly impossible. Training with Pest Control would be the quickest. But it might be hard finding a good world. I would suggest training it with slayer, then you also get that level up :)

Yes. Full sets include all 4 parts: Helm, top, bottom and weapon.

About 10k for a staff. You can craft them (60+ crafting and pretty high mage to power them).

Run back through the tunnels to the ladder from where you entered. Run back the exact same way as you had to go from the ladder to the chest.

I'm not sure about the note, have you just finished underground pass? If so then it is the note you get when you can start the Regicide quest. Anyway, the level 20 guy can only be killed if your a women, it might be because you are a men, you'll have to change yourself in a women to finish the quest.

This seems like one of the better months :) First time that all updates look good to me :) Achievements and more agility xp More lunar spells are great too. Might make Lunar magic even more usefull to use while training slayer.

Dragonstone Bracelet and Necklace look nice :) Teleportation to all guild. And recharchable.
