  1. I would say not to. Tbh they need to give us multiple files on the same game, if at all possible.
  2. Here's my data, but this is for SMOKE barrage, not Ice Burst. 114k magic xp/hr 59.5k hp xp/hr 513 casts/hr 6 blue/hr 40 green/hr 163 crim/hr 96 gold/hr 1.45 ppots/hr = ~6 doses/hr 1 cast = 222 magic xp 1 cast = 115 hp xp 1 blue = 85.5 casts 1 green = 12.825 casts 1 crim = 3.15 casts 1 gold = 5.34 casts Ice burst is, of course, inferior in all respects other than cash and casts/hr.
  3. Yeah... About that. As much as I love elemental punches (GSC Kadabra FTW), I can't get any of them as a TM or move tutored. Curse you Game Freak. As for TMs: All HM moves TM 01 Focus Punch x 1 TM 03 Water Pulse x 1 TM 04 Calm Mind x 1 TM 05 Roar x 1 TM 06 Toxic x 1 TM 09 Bullet Seed x 1 TM 11 Sunny Day x 1 TM 12 Taunt x 1 TM 14 Blizzard x 1 TM 16 Light Screen x 1 TM 17 Protect x 1 TM 19 Giga Drain x 1 TM 20 Safeguard x 1 TM 21 Frustration x 1 TM 22 Solarbeam x 1 TM 27 Return x 1 TM 32 Double Team x 1 TM 33 Reflect x 1 TM 34 Shock Wave x 1 TM 36 Sludge Bomb x 1 TM 37 Sandstorm TM 38 Fire Blast x 1 TM 39 Rock Tomb x 1 TM 41 Torment x 1 TM 42 Facade x 1 TM 43 Secret Power x 1 TM 44 Rest x 1 TM 45 Attract x 1 TM 47 Steel Wing x 1 TM 48 Skill Swap x 1 TM 49 Snatch x 1 TM 50 Overheat x 1 So Skarmory is a better wall than Forretress? Better get breeding. Edit: What's a good nature for Skarmory? What Move Tutors are open? Which Legendaries can you get? Suicune, [garden tool]-Oh, Lugia, and Mewtwo are other strong Pokemon. Skarmory is generally better over Forretress. Only advantage I can see with Forretress is Explosion and Rapid Spin, but Skarmory's better stats, movepool, and recovery make up for that. Skarmory is also strong paired with Blissy, esp. if said Blissy knows Wish. EDIT: Yeah, my bad, Ray
  4. Burst xp is 180 per burst. You can expect 550 bursts per hour with 1 crimson every ~3 bursts. Don't forget, however, all the other charms you will get.
  5. Wasn't Heatran an event Pokemon? Not entirely sure.
  6. Give Tyranitar an elemental punch, Fire or Ice preferably. Maybe take out Crunch too since it's special attack, which Tyranitar isn't good at. Fly is a terrible move. It lets your opponent get a free switch/set-up. I would also take out one of the 2 electric moves Zapdos has. No need for two. Give it Hidden Power Grass, if possible, and maybe a fire-type attack for Steels. Does Heat Wave exist? Metagross also isn't a good special attacker. Get out Psychic and Shadow Ball. Give him Explosion, for beginners, then perhaps an elemental punch. What TMs do you have access to? Lapras should get a recovery move. Maybe Rest, but then you'd need to give it Sleep Talk to be effective. I recommend changing Arcanine with a Forretress if you can get your hands on one. Your team lacks a good wall. Plus, Spikes in insanely useful and Forretress is one of the best. Alternatively, you could use Skarmory, but again, only if you can get one. If you keep Arcanine, try to give it Extremespeed. Maybe Howl also to boost its Attack. I recommend: Bite/Crunch, Howl, Xspeed, Flamethrower. Roar has negative priority, meaning your opponent will attack before you, and with Arcanine's defense stats you won't be taking many hits. Plus Roar is really only good if you have Spikes, which would mean taking out Arcanine anyway sine you don't really want to take out any of the others. If you want to be cheap, throw in Calm Mind Mewtwo if you have it.
  7. First off, could you explain "phantom goods" to me? Making manipulation against the rules DOES help, but it won't completely remove it. The fact remains that merch clans are CLANS and therefore need some form of coordination and messaging. Most of the popular clans are well-known, so they will most likely be disbanded. Clans would then probably go underground, but even then it's easy to tell when something is being manipulated. Another solution is to have GE prices on all items (except newly-released items) update weekly instead of roughly daily (although there is no set pattern currently). Of course, this isn't a total fix, but it helps cut down. As with any problem in RL, the solution isn't elimination, it's neutralization. Cut them down in numbers low enough to make them not a threat. So yeah there will be those hidden groups of people manipulating, but threat-wise, they aren't significant.
  8. It's really only those two.
  9. HeartGold/SoulSilver Legend cards o.o
  10. Let's not change it again. I'm sure many other people, not just myself, are tired of hearing about trade-limit updates and such. Let's keep the system the way it is, since it isn't broken. You've addressed 3 problems, essentially: Merch clans, inflation, and Style of Play. This idea, in itself, is too complex to work against Merch clans. If we've learned anything in the past 2 years or so, it's that the simple solutions are the best solutions. Why not simply make manipulation against the rules? That would seriously cut down on many clans, since most members are HONEST PLAYERS (meaning they follow the rules-generally speaking) who want an easy method of getting "rich". Of course, the more dedicated members might continue, but if you had 500M coins, would you risk all your hard work? Probably not. So when many of the richer, less risk-taking, members leave, most merch clans will lose effectiveness. On inflation, removing raw materials from the GE and setting up spending limits would NOT halt inflation. You cannot control inflation with an iron fist. In fact, you cannot control it at all; you can only influence it. In short, this would fail to curve inflation at all. Lastly, with Style of Play, while it would get more players the incentive to get their own resources, it would more likely just make a huge amount of players discontent. You have to remember that not only will higher level players have to waste more time by going to get their own resources, or by continuously turning back to your proposed shops, but lower level players will also have far less methods to make their own cash.
  11. How long is "a while"? I could go 1 hour or so. Others might go for 2 hours, maybe 3, still others might go for just 10-20 minutes. No such thing as a "normal human", but everyone has a different tolerance. But this is off-topic from my point, which was that normal pickpocketing doesn't give great thieving xp.
  12. I meant that blackjacking is the only form of pickpocketing that is fast, not that it is the best form of pickpocketing. And I would agree that it is extremely boring, but it doesn't change the fact that it is fast.
  13. But noone with a brain cares about what efficiency-lovers say anymore. It's not even efficiency, it's raw comparison. PP/Blackjacking = higher xp.
  14. Pickpocketing isn't really that good for xp anyway, unless you blackjack.
  15. Actually, it probably IS possible to profit from the new potions, just indirectly. Remember how Jagex said that their calculations proved that with 25gp/ea spirit shards, summoning profits from every pouch you make? Now there are some pouches where this is obvious, such as Foragers, but others are a bit more indirect, like the bunyip or combat familiars. So if the new potion's enhanced performance is weighed more than the extra cost, then you DO profit in the sense that you save money.
  16. Should we make all quest items unusable in PvP as well? "Oh Quests aren't a combat skill so you shouldn't be able to use barrows gloves" -.-
  17. Before Jagex doesn't anything to update prayer, they first need to address TRAINING prayer. Look at the herby update, it was great and all, but training herblore now borders on impractical. The content was great, but needed a bit more forethought on the training. So take an already impractical skill to train, like prayer, slap on some high-demand updates, and what do you have? Prayer could easily get to 20-25gp/xp using conservative methods, imo. Before I see Jagex release new prayers, I would like to see them add a new training method. Doesn't need to completely overturn what we have now, just something to balance out the increased popularity with the update.
  18. You speak of the herblore update? I'm sure that my guess is as good as anyone's, but I believe that it's a win-win for farmers, herb farmers at least. In the initial influx, many people will be buying herbs to produce potions with. Increase in demand = more profit since the supply probably won't go up nearly as much. Then as it dies down, you have many people making these higher-level potions. While overall, herbs such as snaps and ranarrs will be more profitable to farm opposed to before, the bigger benefit would be herbs such as torstol gaining popularity in farming. With so many more people at higher herblore levels, the higher level herbs will have a huge spike in demand, and therefore become more profitable. But of course, I could be wrong. That's just my prediction.
  19. Cool, but I would LIKE TO BE ABLE TO OPERATE MY DUELLING RING AGAIN TYVM =\ EDIT: Fixed lol I guess it was my computer. Great update tbh
  20. I trust your word, it's just I could have sworn mining a star at one of those locations. Odd. Will remove those two locations when I get the time, thanks!
  21. "Anymore"? Was it changed sometime? I am fairly certain that I've mined a star at Isfadar or Arandar before, in the past.
  22. GWD Barrows Void Knight Outpost (comes with a bank, and is therefore the most useful) Certain Quest locations, such as the Crystal of Merlin crate. Note that your PoH CAN have randoms. Before this was not the case. I know on regular house mode you can, but I'm not sure if you can get randoms in building mode.
  23. D axe is totally worth it, plus you can always sell it back when you are done. So effectively, you're cutting logs ~10-15% faster for free.
