_BEST_ slayer gear ever.
There isn't 1 definite answer, since slayer is SO diverse. You could buy bandos and wreck tasks like Scarabites, but would that be so useful at Mutated Bloodvelds, where you need to constantly pray melee? You could buy a whip and have smooth sailing through most tasks, but would that be so useful at Waterfiends, where you need to use crush to be effective? You could buy a Godsword, and deal high damage (if not less effective than the whip), but would that be so useful at Wyverns, where you need to use an elemental, mind, or dragonfire shield? You could buy a Dragonfire shield, and get through most tasks easily, but would that be so useful at Kalphites, where you really don't need the defense? So if money was no issue (but not considering really expensive equipment such as Spirit Shields), the best equipment would be: -Whip -Dragonfire, but also with a Rune defender for locations where the defense isn't need or isn't helpful, and a Zamorak Book for ranging -Fury -Barrows Gloves -Slayer Helm, of course -Zamorak Spear, fastest way to kill metals and Aquanites -Saradomin Sword, fastest way to kill Gargolyes and Waterfiends -Bandos armor, with Prossy for tasks where you must pray -Cannon with cannonballs -Void or Armadyl, for tasks such as Black Demons where you safespot + cannon -Saradomin Godsword, but also a Dragon Dagger or Armadyl Godsword for tasks where you don't need the extra healing -Dragon Boots -Berserker Ring (i), but also Warrior Ring (i) where you need attack more than strength, and Onyx Ring (i) where you need attack more than strength and you aren't using Slash (ex. waterfiends or mithril dragons), also a Seers' (i) for tasks where you range + cannon. Of course, for practicality you could forget the Warrior and Seers (i) and just use a Berserker and Onyx -Unicorn for healing, Elemental Titan when you want healing and fighting, and Steel Titan just for fighting -Karils -Rune crossbow with Broad/or better, bolts -Knives, for range + cannon fire giants -Chinchompas, for Nech tasks. Ice barrage is an alternative, but not a very good one. -Overload Potions, plus Extreme Antifires and Extreme Prayer -Praying piety on all tasks

Snape Grass
Waterbirth, get there either with Lyre + Fremmy Boots 3 or Waterbirth tele (lunar spell). You could also get a friend to telegroup you, which is useful if 2, maybe even 3, friends want to do the same thing.

what are the top 10 highest hitpoint monsters in f2p
It's true, you can kill hellhounds in f2p. If you are after high hp monsters, the 4th level of the stronghold has plenty. There's rarely anyone there if you stand in the center of the room filled with ghosts, ankou, and skeletons. Although if it's training you're after, Stronghold Spiders (level 3) will give you the best xp in f2p, without a shadow of a doubt. (Unless your defense isn't sufficient to handle their attacks, if so, flesh crawlers would be better.) I manage 45k per hour there, but I'm 99/99.

Runecrafting.
What do you mean by "simply buying" You can buy pure ess with GoP tokens, 1 token = 1 pure ess.

Fastest Cosmic runecrafting method?
Between the slayer ring and the glory, I don't think "time between teleports" will take very long at all. Although yeah, I've never tried it, it would have to take ~1 minute-70 seconds to get from the Fairy Ring to finishing crafting in order for it to match abyss.

question answered.
Talk to Mortifus, of whatever his name is. You know, the guy south of Falador with the 4 elemental mages? The guy who keeps summoning Fungi, ghosts, and such? Gotta pay him 40k though.

Mind shield vs. Skeletal Wyverns
Compared to the Elemental Shield, I meant. Wyverns are actually a great monster to kill nowadays. Their visage rate is roughly equal to the KBD and Mithril Dragon's, which are much harder to kill and can be efficiently cannoned, unlike the other 2 (and most other dragons I know of). Since they drop charms in piles of 2, their crimson drop rate is 100% (that is to say, you will get an average of 1 crimson CHARM per wyvern). In addition, their bones fetch about 3k each and are an ingredent for one of the new herblore potions, I believe. Add the fact that many slayers opt to do wyvern tasks.

Auto-Retaliate
Can you confirm that the reason you didn't retaliate was because you were following someone? That is to say, are you sure there isn't another factor that prevented you from attacking back?

Fastest Cosmic runecrafting method?
And fire/astral runes. But yeah, if you're not sure, use the abyss. And combo runes  I've actually been told that with the high enough agility + slayer rings, the method described by Bladewing is faster. But I cannot confirm this. Your best bet is to do 5-10 trial runs, time yourself, then compare. The average abyss run takes ~85 seconds.

Runecrafting.
You should run some calculations. Depending on prices, simply buying pure essence might be better than making those laws.

Mind shield vs. Skeletal Wyverns
Really? Well in any case the Mind shield is better since its overall defenses are superior.
-
Mind shield vs. Skeletal Wyverns
I'm pretty sure the Mind shield and Dragonfire shield are your ONLY options, unless you want to get hit with the ice breath for hard damage.

Alchables
Battlestaves, IF you manage to buy them. Keep an eye on most rune/addy items as well. They tend to profit at times.

No problem, glad to help.

Made a big mistake on new quest
Just go through the abyss into the Death Rift, then leave via portal.

~Range: Void vs Dragon hide
You could use an enchanted MA ring instead of an Archer's Ring.

2 "a"s, no 2 "p"s. Zaaps, not Zapps. Minor though, doesn't matter much to me.

Is adze worth it?
Yes, it should be gotten. It is useful to have, since in some locations you need both an axe and pick and the 1 space might be useful. It is good to have for "completion" and such. It is also good to have in case Jagex releases a future update that gives it a better use. However, I am saying that it isn't WORTH getting. If you are going out of your way to get the Adze, then you shouldn't get it. If you have to do something you don't like, or normally wouldn't, to get the Adze, then you should not go for it. It, after all, provides no real benefits over the d hatchet-and is in fact inferior.

Mother Gaia: An In-Depth Manual to Farming
Probably come up with an issue with ticks. As if you planted the tree and a tick came immediately after, kinda like when weeds appear instantly after you harvest. Is very annoying, but at least it's only with willows.

Is adze worth it?
I could argue against that still, but it depends on how many teaks the adze burns per hour. If the Sawmill is ~10-15k faster than the fast speed of teaks (eg, employing fast-dropping techniques, which I really don't think any human being can do all the way to 99 wc, but w/e), then you'd need to get ~20-30k fm xp from Teaks to make it better. But even then, you'd be employing fast-dropping techniques for the ENTIRE duration. If you instead used mousekeys (w/o fast-dropping, so 60k per hour compared to 80k), the difference is even bigger, maybe at around 70k fm xp/hour as the critical point.

Is adze worth it?
It is not worth it no matter who you are. I think I will be the first here to say this. What, may I ask, are the benefits of the Adze? -Is a Dragon Hatchet that's "free" -Burns logs as you cut them if you are cutting a tree -Doubles as a pickaxe Ok, it's a free d hatchet. But the d axe is already free. This is because you can SELL IT BACK. If you buy something then sell it back for more or less the same price, is that not free? It does burn logs, which would be INSANELY useful while training woodcutting...before the ivy and sawmill update. Now, its effect is useless at ivy and you don't even NEED an axe at the sawmill, which are the two fastest ways to train woodcutting. Sure, you can use it as a pickaxe. So what? Is that worth getting to 92 firemaking then doing that minigame? Why can you not simply bring a rune pickaxe with you? In fact, the adze is actually WORSE than the d axe/rune pick. This is because it lacks the combat bonuses of the D axe, which are EXTREMELY useful while killing the Jade Vine. Would you want to kill a level 167 monster with 250 hitpoints using a rune axe? Didn't think so. Let us not forget that it is impractical to cut yews, mages, or any of the higher leveled trees - unless you plan to burn those logs anyway. So essentially, you are RESTRICTING your freedom by using the adze. By getting the adze, you are stating: "I am using an axe that gives no benefit over the dragon axe, which is many times easier to get, and I am using an axe that limits my freedom to cut what I please, when I please". Yeah sure, you could use it for the abyss. But honestly? It's the inferior option there too. The agility and mining shortcuts are ALWAYS closest to the teleport landing. You never NEED the woodcutting use of the adze, since if you do you will be wasting time. In addition, all axes and pickaxes work the SAME in the abyss. Adze weighs 2kg while the mithril pick weighs 1kg. So essentially you are gaining "dead weight" while gaining no benefit. Therefore, unless you are getting it for "prestige" or "looks", do not bother. It does you no good and it is actually inferior to the d hatchet.

Fishing.
I believe there is a Rocktail guide on the General Guides forum. Look there. However, I will say that from my experience MINING in the Living Rock Caverns (with a Lava Titan vs. Tortoise), the level boost is better. But remember, the Lava Titan gives something like 3-4x the boost of the Ibis.

Fishing.
Of course use a familiar! Ibis or Beast of Burden, but only Ibis at Monkfish. If you get up to Granite Lobsters, use those in place of the Ibis.
