Where do YOU get your seaweed?
...without buying it. I mostly get it from piscatoris... but I wonder if there is a faster way.

Best smithing EXP + mining help
Granite is quite useless, as you require waterskins now... Powermining iron all the way I'd say.

Graphics card/driver problem
The RAM memory on your card could be broken. Also, check the temperatures of the card.

Is the Dorgeshuun mine the fastest for silver?
There is none, but asking mistag for a quick trip to lumbridge cellar does work... But I'm not quite sure about the speed... wonder if it could be faster.

A Good way to raise crafting?
That's incredibly slow. Worst advice you can give on crafting.

AIDS Vaccine
There are many, many vaccins for AIDS, and lots of em currently undergoing test trials. With the use of new techniques (which I'm not at all going to explain here) there has been a lot going on in the development of new types of vaccins/cures for diseases like AIDS. But don't expect a "total cure" just now. Viruses are extremely hard to exterminate.

The "I Hate America Club"?
Guys, this discussion is exactly why the forum gods created PM's. I suggest you use them and continue arguing there.

To use PC, or not to use PC.
Not quite true. The exp from the points given by the void knight is extra With normal PC fighting you gain normal xp. Lets say, if you get a total of 400 points and spend them equally on str, def, att and hp, you will still be equally balanced. I prefer combat+slayer though. More fun, and I want slayer up.

Tip.It Times Presents: Danger Will Robinson! Danger! Danger!
This article can be summarized in just one sentence: Don't trade if you don't know what you are buying. Nothing new really.

where to train agility?
Ape's best at 75, but I also recommend it at lower levels. I prefer it over the wilderness.

Analysis of Runescape Highscores and Player Counts [Open]
A friend of mine made a statspage that updates whenever you visit the site. That's not only more convenient, but it also doesn't violate Jagex' rules.

Regarding the rants forum
Ah, I thought the topic there was slightly different. But alright, then there is no need for another sticky. Thanks for the response.

Other countries stance on censorship?
No, most certainly not a privilege. A privilege is something that's give to you. Parents have the RIGHT to watch over their children. But... if they act against the law, that right can be taken from you. A privilege is something that can be taken from you with no obvious reason. It's something that's been "given" to you. Nothing gives you the privilege. You just have the right, and that can be taken from you in the case of child abuse. That makes him a bad parent from our social view, but that can't be prevented with government censoring things. It doesn't change the parents. Ofcourse it can have bad effects, but censoring is not an option. Parents can protect their kids from harmful media content, and educate their children in how to cope with that, making them ready for the "real world". Yes, the child is exposed, but that's inevitable. Kids will find out about these things, you can't keep them ignorant. Learn them how to cope with it, not block it out. My parents have been very liberal and exposed me to all kinds of "harmful" things like drugs (heck, they're even legal here) but thanks to a good education and proper raising from my parents I know I need to stay away from drugs.

Other countries stance on censorship?
Why not? What changes do you propose? I propose that we have an agency of professional psychologists to decide what a child should and shouldn't see in the media. Censorship can be bad if it is hiding something from us, it isn't bad if it is protecting us. True good intentions of protecting us could end up hiding stuff from us but thats what the professionals are for. Parabola this is a discussion not a flame war. This remains a discussion, thank you. Protecting them from the inevitable is not a good idea. Just learn the kids to cope with it. Learn them that the world is not always such a nice place. Such an agency that you are proposing gives me scary thoughts. Kids will find those things out. Heck, they WANT to find the things out that mom and dad hid from them. They will only be inspired more to discover those "cool" "bad" things. Censorship is ALWAYS bad, imo. Yes, also in RS and on TIF. I find it disgusting that people hide these things. Get some reality sense please... Don't hide/censor, but educate people. Drugs are illegal in the US, but they are legal in Holland, and we are quite liberal in those things. And yet, studies show that far more drugs are used (in percentages) in the US. Censoring/hiding stuff does not work, it only works in a wrong way. At least I will be raising my kids without hiding anything from them. (Ofcourse, at an age they are able to comprehend and deal with these kind of delicate matters) Edit: After re-reading my post it seems that I'm trying to promote liberalism a tad bit too much. There should be regulation, but denying reality gets me off. And why?

Regarding the rants forum
In the rants forum you can find quite a lot of rants that are specifically about people being not very nice, or irritating, noobs, or whatever. As it are always quite the same stories, I think there should be a sticky for these kind of issues. Most people know by now that not all of the players in RS are nice (understatement) so it's getting quite old to read these topics every time. It really adds nothing useful. So imo it would be best to get these things covered in a sticky.

New section auf Deutsch?
I seriously doubt that. For most Dutch people, English is better than German. From my experience most Dutch people find the German language pretty ugly, and I agree with it. People should learn English. The globalism these days will somewhat force you to learn English anyway.

RSC had all the Golden names? Favorite rs names?
I so hope there will be a possibility to change your name. I "invented" this name 6 years ago, at the age of 13. My name's so darn dull... all my friends still bug me with that.

SWG massive update; could it happen in RS?
This doesn't fit in the game and Jagex wouldn't let the game get ruined like that.

Is the Dorgeshuun mine the fastest for silver?
Couldn't find any better spots (except for the crafting guild) that is fast. But I'm wondering what other people think of this.

20 March 2007 - Dorgesh-Kaan
The agility course might be noob-less, but it's no place where I would want to train. It's really slow and annoying. It's like a semi-minigame. I absolutely hate it and I am never coming back to that city. Unless they release a new quest in the city.

Filling Deserted Areas with people
More people in one server will only result in a crowded area ending up more crowded. If you combine 2 servers in which Keldagrim is empty, it's still empty after you stuff all players in one server.

Gives money and construction if you take it to a goblin. Details are in this thread, and another one in this subforum. It's easy to find so I'm going to be lazy and make you search yourself :P

Yes, but inconveniently far from the bank. Also, I used the agility course and found that it's pretty much useless. I'm going back to Ape Atoll.
