  1. A "feel" has no statistical significance at all. To notice any changes, you need to have a high sample size. So that means you can't just base something on just 9 hits in a row. Ofcourse you could try it with an other monster, but it's a fact that you need a far higher sample size. You can hate it or not, but it's simply the way you need to determine statistics on a certain subject.

I always open the sarcophagus with my left over time after finishing the last room. Gives a bit of strength xp, and the chance of a sceptre.

  4. Kill 5k dragons with, and without the minion. Then come back.

Uhh, yeah.. that can happen. ... Yep, that's all there is.
  6. Just out of curiosity, why would you want to kill black dragons if they're not your slayer task?
  7. It doesn't matter if no one clicks them (which isn't true in the first place). Jagex gets payed per view as well.
  8. Because all members are completely sensible and mature -.- Yep. And it only costs 6 dollars a month. Talking about cheap maturity huh? Why grow up when you can just be P2P?
  9. Have patience. Do something else when you feel like you're getting bored. Find out what the most efficient way of training is.
  10. 6400, and thanks. :) If you'd like details on when I got all the scrolls, how many kills, etc., here is my log: http://www.championsguild.ath.cx/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=7 Holy crap. Imp in 1 kill though? Nize.
  11. Maybe for you, but most 'scapers definition of fun is not equivalent to rewarding. Castle wars, the most popular minigame, has no rewards at all worth getting, unless you are trying for them for some personal reason, and yet every day thousands of people flock to this game across all the worlds and play it. Castle Wars is a competitive minigame, that's different. Hunting monsters like mithril dragons are quite often done for their rewards. They make up a huge part of the decision on fighting a particular monster. Lessening the rewards will mean that more people will refrain from killing mithril dragons. Whether YOU think it's a reason to stop killing mithril dragons or not, is up to you. But it's quite obvious that an activity will be less popular if the rewards are cut down.
  12. If you want to make a range pure, make a new account. This one barely has any levels anyway. That way you don't have to ruin a rare account.

Eh? Ydrasil is/was making the argument that slayer is in fact the most efficient way to train. Hardly personal choice. It all depends on if you like slayer or not. Personal. Then go to an other slayer master. Chaeldar is one of the highest ones. Higher level people do appreciate such tasks.
  14. I like how you rate 83 slayer higher then 99 fletching. Because 83 slayer is harder.
  15. 83 slay comes in handy, and is a decent level as well. 7/10.
  16. Rewards equal fun. Therefore, less rewards = less fun. It's as simple as that.
  17. Respect has to be earned. That goes for mains as well. I'm not debating that.
  18. If you mind the flash ads, you can install Flashblock for Firefox. I don't think Jagex will mind, because they can't force you to install flash on your browser. And most ads will probably serve you a .gif version when the system notices you don't have flash installed on your browser.
  19. Fair enough, hell I didn't even post my 99 defense + 99 magic + 99 HP because I didn't feel like it. But it's his first 99, I posted my first 99 as well (cooking) because I was pretty proud of it at the time. Just because I don't wear that cape anymore it doesn't detract from how I felt about it then. Honestly 2/10 is a little harsh. Worst I'd give it is a 6/10. 2/10 is something I'd give to like, 60 prayer or something. Well, not for me. I don't know why anyone would want to add that much value to my opinion anyway. Every time I post a low rating everyone is like "OMG U IZ HIGH LVL SO U R ARROGUNT WEN U GIB LOW RATING". Like whatever, what do these numbers even mean. :D Plenty of people get 99 fletching. Can't expect one to marvel at that achievement every time. Irregardless of the fact that it's a personal achievement. Anyways, I'll stop going offtopic and wish the topic starter a lot of fun with his 99. Lies. But you're right, who cares what anyone else says about your achievement. As long as you're happy with it.
  20. I'm rating based on show worthiness. Nothing wrong with actually getting the level. My first one was 99 fletching as well :D
  21. Lol, I knew someone was going to comment on that. lol I edited it so now its THREE TIMES you come back to the topic get a life. You just came back a second time to this topic. That probably means your life is halved now 0.o
  22. Lol, I knew someone was going to comment on that. Apparently I can't give my opinion because I have all skills 99. 99 fletching is too common to be anything show worthy. Sure, be glad with the 99, but it's not special at all, and therefore I rate it as such.
  23. Exactly the reason why I'm slaying, and not runecrafting.
  24. Drop rate is the same for everyone. Else it wouldn't be the drop rate.
