Thieving requires a lot more clicking than fletching and cooking. Therefore I'd say it's not the easiest. Though it might be faster xp-wise.

I'd like Ragdoll physics in RS. Doubt that'll ever work decently in Java, but it's nice to dream about it. I do wonder why people think more dramatic death animations would cause lag. What do you know about how heavy a certain death animation is? I'm sure there are plenty of ways to prevent death animations to be too demanding of your system.

Indeed, money buys stuff. A large pile of cash doesn't mean anything. Someone with a lot of cash might just a lack good armour and weapons, for example. I have 170M cash, but that's only a fragment of what I've invested in skills and items.

Multi-tasking is one of the best aspects of Runescape. I have a large 22" screen, which lets me play RS and browse forums, watch videos, etc at the same time. Wouldn't have gotten this far with training skills if I couldn't multi-task. Jagex doesn't require you to keep your eyes peeled to the RS window, nor could they if they wanted to. So there is nothing wrong with multi-tasking. Whether one likes to multi-task is a personal opinion ofcourse.

It's a bit of a waste to get an amount of xp you can get in 1,5 day, when you could be getting 20m instead.

I ran a PR on the 5KM two days ago: 18.55. Quite happy about it. Usually I run 7.5KM though.

I personally don't PK. I am interested in the PK world though. I like to watch fights and hang out at such places. It's a fact that the "honour code" is abused by people that fail to pk properly. The beauty of the pk system in my opinion is that it allows you to use various cunning techniques to escape death, or to get your kill. If you want boring straightforward, luck based games, then go to the duel arena and base your rules on the fight you want. If someone PK's and uses the various options Jagex provides, then that person is simply being smart to use the game's aspects to its full potential. People calling someone else a safer or whatever, without both players consenting in an honour fight is just pathetic. And *that* is what I see happening. Like I said before, the honour system is all fine. But a lot of people demand their opponent to obey that particular set of rules in order to get themselves an advantage in a fight. When I PK (I'll certainly be doing in anytime soon), I'll be using all possible ways to prevent myself from getting killed, and use all options in order to get the kill as fast and easy as possible. I'll PK as the biggest scumbag ever to roam the PvP worlds. Because that is what it's all about. Defeating, killing your opponent, with the options provided by the game engine. It's player versus player. And that's how I'll treat my fellow PvP'er.

You have no idea what your talking about. The honor rules are there so two people get an even fight, real honor pkers rather have a good even fight and die than a fight were the guy prays ect and they kill him. If you want an even fight, go to the duel arena. PK'ing is set up so you can run, eat, pray, farcast and all that nasty stuff. And I'll damn well use that in my favour. Sure, if two people decide to do an "honour" fight, all fine. But this so called "honour code" is mostly abused by the numerous [developmentally delayed]ed pk'ers that inhabit the PvP worlds.

These ideas definitely have potential. It's good to see Jagex promoting player induced activities on the game.

They're concerned with how you pk because they want an easy kill. That's why they make up so called "rules", and then criticize you when you don't let yourself get slaughtered without fighting back.

Well, you do state that it is obvious that it should be starred out, but I'm not reading a single argument that pleads for a censor. What is the added value of a censor, in addition to rule 1? And how does it justify the nuisances it causes by inappropriately starring out words?

There's no "being allowed". Jagex decides whether they think it's a smart idea to open up skillcapes to F2P. Jagex decides how their business is run, and what the best strategy is to improve their income and profit. There is no "should or should not get". It's simply a yes or no by Jagex. The only thing you as a player can do is either to start or stop paying, or quit playing. I couldn't care less about F2P getting skillcapes. It doesn't affect me in any way, being a P2P player. I still have the numerous benefits that P2P gives me. And once I feel that P2P doesn't supply me with enough benefits, I'll simply get F2P. End of story.

Hasn't been the same since RSC for me. Pretty sure people like me will still complain. :lol: If the concept of "change" isn't something you appreciate, yes, then you will continue to complain. But lets be realistic.
