Well, you're certainly a lvl 3 that actually got some decent skills, unlike most of the lvl 3's. I'd say 9/10. Although I find crippling yourself with staying at 3 cmb incredibly lame.

BH isn't a skilling related game, you shouldn't get raw materials from it. So? You simply need to be rewarded for a kill. It might just as well be raw materials representing a certain worth. At least, make it so that it's not always a rare end product. Mix it with raw materials. I am not concerned with a lack of raw materials. In fact, I gather them myself, and would get less profit if there was an increased influx of raw materials into the game. My concern is the balance in the economy. Who will still fight the kalphite queen, go to GWD or fight metal dragons for rare drops when you can simply get them with the 26k trick? Certain parts of the game will become obsolete if this crash ensues.

We need more raw material drops, instead of end products in BH, imo.

Evidence is useful to provide you with information about why you've got penalised, and to provide a justification for that penalty. The only information needed for this is the lines of chat that you've typed out. Including the accuser is not useful in aiding with the offense, and you have no business in knowing the name of the accuser. It only leads to flaming after one finds out that someone has reported him. So, no, you have no right to see your accuser. Some sort of US law is not applicable here. We're talking about a game. And it is no more than practical to exclude the name of the accuser, to prevent a witch hunt.
