What diseases run in your family?
That's true. Recent studies do show a genetic predisposition that can cause alcoholism, but environmental factors are still the most important.

I know a lot of people have this
4/10 Just too many people have it for me to rate higher.

What diseases run in your family?
They are hereditary to some extent. Especially schizofrenia has quite a big genetic component.

Okay, now look up "inherit" on Wikipedia. You're right about communism not being hereditary but it can be inherited, which is all I said. Okay, well then I'd say it's a wrong and confusing choice of words. But I see you were joking.

High ranking players not as "nerdy" as we think?
Uhm, that's also just not right.

So... they did test it, but still found it neccesary to nerf almost half of the lap xp. Nice testing there. Not that I care, but still, that's not quite thought out.

RS1 Possibly Making A Comeback?
That would screw up RSC for the people that still play it. So no, I don't hope they'll ruin the game like that.

That's far too generalized. Not really, 8 hours is sleep is healthy according to numerous studies. I would find one and post the link, but i can't be bothered. Yes, 8 hours of sleep is healthy, in general. But you can't generalize that on everyone. There is a lot of individual variation in amount of sleep needed which correlates with individual variation of suprachiasmatic nuclei activity and melatonin production. It has also been proven with the use of so called timeless chambers. There's a genetic component underlying sleep physiology. You could read: -"The search for circadian clock components in humans: new perspectives for association studies." Braz J Med Biol Res. 2008 Aug;41(8):716-21. -"Genotype-dependent differences in sleep, vigilance, and response to stimulants." Curr Pharm Des. 2008;14(32):3396-407. -"New developments in sleep research: molecular genetics, gene expression, and systems neurobiology." J Neurosci. 2008 Nov 12;28(46):11814-8. I don't know what "studies" you read, but there isn't one that says that 8 hours of sleep is universally good.

requirements to run rs in hd?
If you can build a new pc without it being able to run hd then I'd say that's pretty much an achievement.

That's your environment. Has nothing to do with genes. There's no genetic component for a politic belief. Inheritance doesn't always have to do with genetics. While communism might not be passed down through genes, the ideals can be inherited from your parents. You can also inherit a house from your parents. It was just a joke anyways. By definition, you are wrong, check this. Might be a bit whiney but it's good to not mix up definitions when debating over a nature/nurture case ;)

I heard you can get about 50-60k/hr and that you fail a lot. So that would mean it's faster.. but more annoying.

What diseases run in your family?
I heard somewhere that alcoholism is somewhat hereditary. I don't know about communism though. Alcoholism is said to have a certain genetic component. That doesn't rule out the environment causes though. So you can't say alcoholism is purely a genetic disease. It's still something you have influence on. And no, communism is not hereditary. Hope you're not seriously wondering if it is.

What diseases run in your family?
what does that mean? your kids have chances of getting it? He's probably a heterozygote. Which means he has one copy of the gene which is mutated, and one which is not. Most heterozygotic sickle cell carriers have no symptoms. That means he has 50% of passing on the mutated gene. For his kids to get sickle cell anaemia, his partner would need to pass one a mutated copy of the gene aswell. That means, he would need to have a partner which carries the gene. Most carriers live in places where a lot of malaria is present. This, because people with sickle cell disease are pretty much immune to malaria because the malaria parasite can't proliferate in the abnormally shaped red blood cells that these sickle cell patients have. Since I doubt he lives in Africa, the chance on getting a partner which is also a carrier is quite small. And even if he did, chances are still 50% that the bad version of the gene is carried one. Which still makes up for a chance of 50%*50%=25%.

I saw that, and totally LOLd. But seriously... what could have possibly gone wrong to make them need to shut the worlds down for this long? Do you really think it was due to their route-finding corrections causing lag? Or some just... uber code fail on their part that would have caused major bug abuse? Well, I'd like a bit more information right now. About the problem and what we can expect. A little update wouldn't hurt.

Don't get too excited, every male over the age of 50 is highly recommended to be checked for colon cancer and have a colonoscopy (cleansing of the large intestine). The risk for colon cancer is so high in all adult males that it's worth doing. Colonoscopies aren't standard here. Only if there's a heriditary component. Without an hereditary component the chance is only 7%. And cancers in the intestine are greatly influenced by lifestyle, which makes it a bit more controlable than, let's say, breast cancer. I know, I know.. it's more or less the idea to get a probe shoved up your bottom. I know from my dad's experience you won't feel a thing. But still... I'ma feel raped. that just where they squirt war water up? would want to be awake to be fair, would be an experience to say the least :D  Well, you get drugged, else they aren't able to fit the tube up your hole, since your muscles need to be relaxed. From my dad's experience you feel a bit dazed during the procedure.
