coming from a 99 miner, that means a alot! thanks! i was going to finish with gold to 85...but i want SOME money...so i want to do addy in the desert mining camp. theres 6 rocks there. any1 give insight on how many people are usually there? or is it deserted? I suggest doing gold. Gold is awfully slow.. but addy is pretty much a nightmare. I'd say do gold while you can still stand it.

84 mining is good. Around 35k people have it, which means it's much more rare than 99 cooking or fletching. Also, you seem to be mining gold, which is awfully slow. Add that up, and it's quite a decent achievement. 6/10 for the level, 7/10 for doing it with gold.

Good one. I agree with you that play time says a lot more than training skills. Though, 75 hours isn't quite a lot. That means most F2P'ers would be able to get on the forums. Not that I'd mind, but it would get extremely crowded, which is not an improvement for the RSOF.

53 and 54. Simply due to the fact those servers are located in Holland, which gives me a reasonable ping. There are other Dutch worlds, but 53 and 54 were the first ones, so I sticked with them.

Investigation would be noble. Though the problem people can make it look like their genuinly losing stuff from a bug, while in fact they aren't. It would require an extensive investigation to clear things up and give legitimate people their stuff back. I just don't think Jagex is up to that task. It would require a lot, lot of work from the customer service. I think, if it was possible, they would try to give everyone their items back. But I thinkthe downsides don't make up for the problems it would solve. Just my interpretation of Jagex' toughts.

Well yeah, quite kills a thread. Have to agree on that. Though in this case it's a very reasonable argument. If I felt the way the topicstarter displays his feelings, I would in no way still play this game.

Summoning wasn't a rollback. A rollback is where you "reset" the players stats, items and everything else related to a previous point in time (hence "rolling back"). In this case, Jagex can't destinguish between people that lost their stuff due to a bug, or because they willingly let themself get killed by a friend, and afterwards claim their stuff back from Jagex. If they would give people their items back, these kind of problems would arise. Also, everyone who lost something which would be unfair in their eyes, would whine at Jagex to get their stuff back. Having the possibility to claim items back creates abuse. They don't want that. Therefore they state that they're unable to give items back. While in fact they can, ofcourse.. they just don't want to. And I have to agree.

Either you work for Jagex, a RWT company, or you just made that up.

Rank 303 is 26m exp behind, so I highly doubt he just passed him, a high ranked player got banned for abusing the glitch or for another reason entirely. Well it's quite a coincidence. Stuff like this rarely happens. Happened only one time before this ocassion, and that was during the penguin bannings. I'll just laugh at the fact that someone who put a lot of work in this game got kicked off for abusing a bug. Serves him/her right.

I do not need to brag. I don't think the length of my fallus is determined by my rank in an online game. But it's ok if you feel otherwise. Anyways, no, didn't pass someone. Someone definately got banned. Though during the penguin bannings, I got more ranks without getting levels.

Well someone got banned today... I went from overall rank 303 to 302 without gaining a level. So someone high levelled got kicked off.

1/100 I've heard. Also, when I got myself an egg, it took me about 100 kills aswell.

Becaaause at the Roaches I don't need much food or any pots, they drop good stuff fairly often and I make quite a bit of money :) If cockroaches are your perception of making quite a bit of money, you're missing out on a lot.

Who cares if you got 99 farming without the update. You can still farm and profit from this update. I got 99 farming with having to bank everything, but I'm just happy I don't have to bank my stuff now.

You could start by elaborating on your stats, what you like to do, what you've already tried, etc.

You're wrong. I have played since Febuary 2001 please refresh my memory of when Jagex rolled back everyones stats?? Cuase i dont recall them ever doing it... Well, maybe you didn't remember, but yes they did. Don't know on what occasion but there actually have been a few rollbacks in Runescape history. The ones I saw were only a few hours back in time by the way. Nothing serious.
