When people use the words economic crash in runescape, they mean it differently to real world. Like you said, there are no jobs in runescape, there are no standards of living. When people say economic crash it is merely saying that the prices of things will go a little screwy and they'll lose a few hundred million on their p hats. It's the rich worrying about their hoardes of wealth. An economic crash can't actually possibly happen in runescape.

Maybe, as runescape is merely in its 5th age, it is like the earth was billions of years ago. The land masses simply haven't split up... just a thought on the future of the runescape tectonic movement.

I think your total should grow gradually with your combat level. I'm level 104 with around 1620-1630 skill total, I can't remember the exact number at the moment and I tried the skilling thing, keep my combat lvl lower and just get total up but I got bored. I enjoy all skills in runescape, maybe not woodcutting, but enjoy all of them to an extent. And remember, those combat levels do add on to your total so they're all SKILLS. :wink: EDIT: I don't have any 99 skills, nor do I intend to get any anytime soon. Because I let my skills grow passively I do not do excessive training on any skill. Though I wouldn't mind that slayer cape draped around my shoulders.... :-k

They only save the game every 15min? I thought they saved the game alot more frequently.. Why would they? I wouldn't mind losing 15 mins, it seems like a reasonable time to me. (Besides if you just got an ownage drop or something obviously.) That happened to me once (I think). A server went down so I tried to log in on an other one, but I got the message I was already logged in. So I checked the world I was in before the crash and I saw still one person logged in. I think I was that person. You weren't.. it merely shows you as online.. not actually online...

Sure, this is the whole jagex team right there, they are the ones making all the weekly updates on their company computer. Like I said, I can't remember. I did that quest a long time ago but I do seem to have seen some powerful magic. I've also remembered that Dragonkin are supposed to be immortal although they feared each other and so created dragons as their protecters. However the protectees were more powerful than their protecters. So again.. run for the hills, they're powerful mages, have dragons for pets and are immortal... whoo yeah, lets go and kill em... :-k

Even if Jagex is going to release the dragonkin fortress, I'd be amazingly scared. Didn't anyone watch the cutscene in a tail of two cats? Robert the strong, strong being in his name, with his panther sidekick. Got ripped to shreds. His panther got one hit by the dragonkin and bob if I remember rightly died? I can't remember but anyway, if they are released run for the hills...

there will never be uniqueness to runescape.. so many people play it and theres only so many variations they can have....

if you remember.. you stole it.... its in one of the quests.... you have to steal something from the museum. First pickpocket the curator then get the key and unlock the museum case.

totally opposite to me.. always have around 7+ loops in bank and no teeth.. grrr

two days ago, I lagged at barrows, serious lag. Saved me 6mil. Thinking the lagg had passed went back to finish my trip opened exactly the same door and lagged out again. Saved me another 6mil. So two lil diamond rings saved me 12mil that day.. :
