I for one am VERY happy about the elite diary. Even though I'm going to have to train my Fishing, Thieving, and Smithing to do it, it finally gives me a substantial reason to train those 3 skills. And it's something that I can't do right off the bat, even as a level 138. And the 93 Summoning requirement is just incredible.

I've had 145 D Boots, 37 Whips, and 5 Claws. I did get a D Chain, but it was from KQ and not Dust Devils. I've killed around 5k Dust Devils.

Well, look at me. I've been there for about 12-15 hours with Zerker and I've gotten 12 Hand Cannons, 3200 Shot, LEFT HALF, and still no pick. My next few trips will be with ROW since I can't do much worse anyway :wall:.

The Hand Cannon? I've gotten 12 as drops. And from what I've heard, you'll need way more than 1 if you intend to use this a lot in CW.

My advice: kill Dragons, or train up to the point that you can kill Dragons. Dragon Bones are at an all time high, except for maybe when they came out, and I didn't play back then. As for familiarizing yourself with the new bigger RS, just take it a little bit at a time. I started around August 05, so I really don't know what playing in 01 was like, but when I went from Free to Members, the first thing I did, was try out the Pickpocket option that had taunted me so in Free Worlds. I got 1-5 Thieving like that. Then I went through the gate from Falador to Taverly and did Druidic Ritual, and started training my Herblore. And so on and so forth, and now I'm level 138 with most of RS mapped out in my head. You woldn't happen to have any Pumpkins or Party Hats would you? While they were supposed to be "for fun" items, they were tradeable and only dropped on Halloween and Christmas 01. Because of that, they kept on increasing in value over time. Pumpkins are now like 14 Million and Party Hats are at least 175 Million each. I have 2 Party Hats and paid a very large amount of money for them.

If anyone's the "fat nerd" it's him. Shouldn't he be outside in the sun instead of at his keyboard typing up stupid definitions on RS wiki? And as for 130+s being fat nerds, one look at my Youtube will disprove him.

I got 2 Cannons and 800 Shot so far, so it looks like Shot is more common than Cannon.

Why. I don't see how Damn is any way bad. I'm more curious why his eyes have melded onto his eyebrows. A similar thing happened with day 1 of the Fremminik Isles quest. It was changed to "blasted" by day 2. I really don't care if they use the word damn or not, I was just wondering if they would change it, like they did with Fremminik Isles quest.
