This is why I always refer lower leveled players who ask me how to make money to Green Dragons. I have to wonder how crowded they are from people who were told by their high level friends to go there. Anyway, the bones shot up due to the mass inflation from 26/76king and the altar-x update a while back. I'm so glad I got my 99 Prayer 2 years ago off 1.3k ea D Bones supplied mostly by autoers and before the era of GWD, altar-x, and 26king.

Bleh, I logged out in the middle of a solo TD trip. Looks like I'll be instantly teleing and skilling/merchanting until this craziness ends. And I'm glad I got my Fire Cape back today before some [developmentally delayed] decided to crash a bunch of worlds.

No, just no. I currently protect 4 items if I die while soloing GWD. Removing the Protect Item prayer would only let me keep 3 :wall:.

Wow that was fast, I have a feeling I should go to TDs sooner rather than later.

I would pray for forgiveness of my sins, and then start shaking with anticipation over being able to fly and levitate once I get to the spirit world, and being able to see my mom again.

Wow, almost 3k each! Yeah, Dragon Bones were one of the things that got hit hard by inflation, and probably manipulation at the same time. 99 Prayer or just high Prayer in general is fairly rare because of its price, making it a big far off goal for many players. Since money 'was' so easy to get from PvP, many people started buying it. The same goes for Bursting/Barraging to train Magic; rune prices soared. If you're actually asking what will happen now then I can't give you a definite answer. I think the prices will fall quite a bit due to panic and people trying to get as much cash as they can (by selling items) because they think that 26k'ing is completely dead, therefore killing their largest source of income, meaning they will try to save up because money will be harder to get now. Even though 76k'ing with good friends is still feasible... Of course the people who know the old saying darkest before the dawn will be buying some or even a lot of these crashing items for when things do clear up and people start wanting them again. I got 74-99 Prayer off D Bones that were about 1.3k ea :thumbsup:. Then Piety comes out like 2 weeks after I got my 99, forcing the price up to 1.8k. I wonder if things like Addy Bars, Oak Planks, and Green Hides will also fall.

I talk to people, of pretty much any level in game, and that combined with the red 138 above my head, and the fact that I don't say things like "go away noob" surprises quite a few people. In fact, I even go on about things like how I got my money, or how I got 99 ______ if asked. Had that high level been me, I'm sure we would have had a nice conversation.

It's been a work in progress since day 1 of GWD, August 29 2007. I got owned for a few hours trying to solo Bandos and Sara, then decided to camp some D Boots. First successful solos were on Zammy due to the safespot, although looking back I should have been camping D Boots nonstop.

Fremmenik Isles was my favorite quest. I found it hilarious, especially the guards on insult duty :lol:. Typing that almost makes me want to go over there and watch them. I also did it day 1, therefore I saw one of the NPCs use the word "damn". I was surprised and instantly screenied it. It got changed to "blasted" due to a number of complaints from players who wanted to be able to say "damn" and other words in game. Rocking Out was another favorite of mine, due to my character's weird condition that I forgot the name of, and the examine info for vaccum, pump, and gull. "It sounds like a law firm."

I've finally soloed 2k GWD bosses . 2003 to be exact, 337 Arma, 516 Bandos, 148 Zammy, and 1002 Sara. I think I might be too nice also. I sometimes lend one of my Party Hats for free until logout or for about an hour to strangers. This surprises a few people who are used to silent high levels, and the ones that say things like "go away noob." I'll also help people verbally, but definitely wouldn't walk someone way out of my way. And I give nothing to beggars, except maybe an until logout lend of one of my afformentioned Party Hats. I don't believe in karma per se, but I wonder if playing like this has anything to do with my GWD solo luck.

I've already adjusted to right clicking the higher Summoning icon. I still would have leveled my Summoning like crazy even if it started out with no tab, because it made the red 126 above my head bigger. Summoning pretty much stunk until about Apr 08, when the second batch was released anyway.

And this sort of BS is why I don't play brand new minigames. I have to wonder if this sort of thing could happen with any update though. Example: a 95 Slayer monster comes out, and it has a glitch where it makes Godswords disappear, causing hundreds of players to lose a Godsword.

Why wouldn't I solo armadyl with the best armadyl soloing shield? :?: I always thought that Elysian was better for Armadyl, but Divine was better for the other 3 bosses. Perhaps you're thinking of Divine before it's glitch got fixed. Supposedly it used to drain prayer from the damage you take BEFORE protection prayers. I'm almost glad I didn't get my Divine Sigil then, I probably would have cried when I saw the prayer drain. Anyway, grats on Shield, and on a Plate first kill with shield. I also had good luck with my first Divine kill, got a Bandos Plate. 10/10 because solo GWD is just that awesome .
