One day I thought since RS is a MMORPG, why should I not enjoy the game with everyone else? So I joined a clan, got kicked out for inactivity because I went on vacation on spring break like right after. Then I searched for another clan and here I am.

Depends on what do you do really. Sgs is probably the most versatile weapon in the game right now, I would say no because it sounds like you are dishing out your entire bank for one.

Not really, at level 50 you get to bind tier 10 spear, platebody and legs, with that amount of gear you can just roflcopter through everything. I would prefer more binding at lower levels, but only if Jagex force you to bind something different from what you are currently binding. For example if I bind a melee weapon, I have to bind range/mage/skill item as my next item.

I just offered 27k dragon bones and to be honest, finding a house was not a problem for me. There is a cc just for finding houses and there are always people there 24/7. I think the cc is called housesw31, not that sure though. The reason I didn't get a gilded of my own is because you have to waste 3 invo space every run for mars and the tinderbox.

Oh? I never really had a problem with him. Take a familiar+smith more armor, I mean it is a very "easy" fight as there is no micro at all. I guess if you are really desperate you can drop a gatestone right next to the food source and tele back right back after you die.

For a start I've never heard of Blizzcon but if you could just let me, for arguments sake, rip apart your post for a moment. Runefest - Blizzcon. If the names were comparible it would be called Jagcon or WoWfest. One takes the beginning of the game name and attaches Fest to the end, the other takes the Developers name and attaches Con. I dont know if you've ever heard of Comic-Con (ext 1970) or Dragon*Con (est 1987), Silicon (1986), UberCon (2002), Starcon (1973) and MAGFest (2002) [i could go on and on] but there have been gaming conventions for just generic "everything goes" to specific ones for D&D or Magic The Gathering for YEARS going back into the 70's and probably earlier. Blizzcon wasnt the first of its kind for ANYTHING, why must people always compare Runescape to WoW as if it invented everything? Booze... considering its a big event where most of the people are adults it makes sense to have a bar. I just hope they don't sell any Wizards Mind Bomb as I don't want to get lost on the way home. The format for the event is pretty standard Convention type event, there is northing here that particularly copies Blizzard over any of the other gaming conventions that have been held in the last 40 years. I would be worried if only 5 people bought tickets too but I think we both know thats pretty unlikely. As for hundreds of people coming to the event to talk about Runescape... isn't that the point? You arguments comparing Blizzcon and Runefest is one of the worst constructed posts i've ever seen. Epic fail. Few more things.. This is according to RSOF, but I trust the guy. The stats do not degrade according to charge. This means stats at 20%=stats at 100%. It cost 16k tokens and 160k to charge a 20% weapon to 100%. So this means it takes 20k tokens and 100k to charge to 100%. Pretty balanced imo, players gain about 5k tokens per hour. With higher prestige this will be even less of a problem. The risk amount for the rapier is 130k. This protects over a fairly number of things, it is worth noting it will NOT protect over melee body and legs. But it will protect over rune armor and such.

I am surprised nobody tried to connect this to blizzcon. Runefest 2010? Blizzcon 2010? The pre-fix of the word defines the company, for example Rune for Jagex and Blizz for Blizzard. 2010 for the date? The format for the event title is EXACTLY THE SAME! It is obvious this is a pathetic attempt trying to copy Blizzard. Lastly, booze? They have booze at Blizzcon too! It is too obvious. In other words, this sounds pretty..wierd. I mean I care enough about Jagex that I am a bit worried if only like 5 people bought the tickets. But it is also wierd to think hundreds of people will come to the event and talk about Runescape. To be honest, I doubt this is going to happen. Even if it does, it is going to take a freaking long time. One problem here is that many dialogues involve the player's name and the voice actor cannot do them all. Games such as Guild Wars designed their game around this, none of the dialogues involve addressing the player by his/her account name, instead it is something like warrior/volunteer etc etc. Jagex would have to rewrite MANY lines to implement voice for everyone.

I can tank them with Sgs and karil with bunyip. I used to flick mage prayer though with prayer gear and SGS was enough to keep me up for the whole task. I had to micro alot though due to the clicking.

I think that is just in L4D1. The character death is always going to be that person in L4D2.

Oh my god guys, alright I surrender. D'eering is the worst skill ever, it should have never existed in the first place. It is a piece of cabbage that should be bombed back to oblivion. Now because there is no way Jagex is going to remove it, can we please avoid another 50 pages debating about this and talk about how to work the skill instead? For example, do you think the gatestone can be brought into RS?

Just wondering, are you saying that this concept of dungeon exploration should be not be implemented, or could have been implemented in a better way? As a skill, it's a failure. As a minigame, it's a failurew because they already have something extremely similar and do not need another like it. As a concept, it's a failure because while people keep harping on what is and what is not a skill, I think a fundamental part of a skill is that it can be integrated into the game as a whole, not just set aside in one spot. In design I think it's not particularly good. This is combined with it's execution. The whlole thing is overly confusing, the game play is clumsy at best, and it's also a hindrance to solo players because they are restricted in a number of ways. It is, in my opinion, a failure for these reasons. [/hide] Well, which minigame are we talking about....? Barbarian Assault? SC obviously... Thats like saying CWA and PKRI are the same thing. Yeh you are killing people, but there are more to that.

I agree with Ravian, I am sure that the majority of players would want something to be done to those clans. But it is a delicate matter.

Wise skinweaver 79 10 4.5 Healer (food heals +80 life points) Thats what I got over the KB. I never did actually calculate the amount I heal in game because I still cannot remember how much does each food heal. But I definitely remember the food heals more. Yes the KB may be wrong, but I think it is right in this case. I may be wrong though :/

Right, I actually just noticed the healing summon's special ability. I am only 88 summ so I am using the tier 8 skinweaver, but it still means I am healing an extra 70 LP per food. That is just incredible even without the scrolls.
