Now I'm not sure how well you know her from your first post, but you should be able to just go over to her and say hi for a bit. You could tell her you like her and see how she responds, but how to best approach her really depends on what kind of girl she is and how well you know her.

Not every world had pkers there, and there were other methods than the abbys applied to craft nature runes. A bot could easily use the general store swapping method, which was entirely bottable too. Perhaps because they like RuneScape over a random single player game that doesn't have the same solo gameplay RuneScape offers? Why does that matter anyway? Just because this game is classified as an MMO does not mean you're not allowed to solo it. Not really... The methods currently available work just fine for bots, and to whatever decent scripters make the current evasive bot clients it's not that hard to make a bot move somewhere else too. Ever seen the amount of bots in the Living Rock Caverns? If anything that increased the amount of botting miners. Also, how would it "give Jagex time to ban accounts" if a bot scripter is working on a new script? It's not like botting will stop while they do this.. and why would the amount of bots be lowered if they don't use the fastest xp/hr method to bot? It only means they level a little slower than they otherwise might. :rolleyes: Ooh, and what is it you're suggesting, exactly? Still, if you wish to discuss how your view on that particular topic is a little over the top and flawed when comparing it to other studies, I'd be happy to do that over PMs. Besides, considering the Dutch state is ensuring that second study you're doing is completely free by paying for it, why are you complaining anyway? You should be grateful they're paying your entire second study, ensured a huge discount on your first, and are giving you monthly allowance to live off of too... In most countries people actually pay for their own education... and those countries' peoples don't consist of illiterate primitives, so why would we? Erm... Whether there were pkers or not, if a bot works through the abbys, it would work anyway... Because the game actually allows for solo gameplay, and older players like that to avoid a certain type of (let's call them) "younger" player? And what is it you're suggesting, exactly? Wrong. First, granite is among the best, but not "the" best method of training minine. Second, just because there are new methods available does not mean people are forced to use them. You're suggesting everything any player does hás to be done with someone else, like a worse form of dungeoneering? I thought you just said you didn't? :???: Still, if you did, that's about as ridiculous as the claims you make in your signature (in my humble opinion).

Mwah, it's alright. You have some items you could get rid off, the selection of holiday items and skillcapes look nice, but otherwise it's not very impressive.

Looks like another PR kind of thing to me -> basically saying two things: (1) Yes guys, we're doing something about it so don't complain and (2) don't bot, because you are so going to get caught. Reading it through it's obvious nothing changed, and they're just doing this to give people the idea that there's lots of "live" action going about. Having 5 Jmods hop about the game every now and then is rather ineffective against the botting issue, and hell, I know of plenty of Pmods that bot, so I'm not going to put any faith in that either. These "sessions" could damage legit players that may not be paying too much attention while training next to (or among) bots, and the only added value is that lots of players get the idea that Jagex suddenly is doing a lot more to fight botting. The fact remains their primary(?) method still uses the system that we've established is rather ineffective too. There are plenty of bot clients that they cannot detect (I have the unfortunate pleasure of knowing a certain individual who uses several such clients for real world trading purposes).

Seems like this got overlooked in the quest guide so I've made the change as you suggested and credited you both. Actually, it becomes impossible when a user takes a third name. If you were to change your name once, the original name will still be available after a year. There doesn't seem to be a limit to that time, but when you change it from the second to a third name, the first becomes available again.

Edgeville bank -> run to obelisk -> enchant orbs -> glory to bank -> repeat cycle. Using a Bob for increased inventory might be useful too, though I haven't enchanted an orb since they re-introduced the wilderness, so with possible pkers I can't say if that helps much.

You're assuming RuneScape will live until 2030, I would think it dies sooner. xD Seriously though, I doubt RuneScape will be moving to a consol or phone, ever.

You're welcome. :D In the case of friends confusion, changing it once will do the trick. If they recall your old username they can still enter your clan chat (it will take them to yours even after you've lost the "last known as" icon). Hope that helps.

Don't let random people add you on facebook. xD Seriously though, some of those "kids" care too much... Why put in so much effort to "hack" someone? Anyhow, if you can, try making it so only you know/can guess the answers to your recovery questions. That excludes family and real life friends too.

It's a bad idea to save any kind of password/sensitive information on your computer. Write them down if you must, but it's best if you can just remember them.

From what you've said I don't see what you've done wrong (if anything at all), but to help avoid being hacked, ensuring your login username is unknown may be useful. This can be done by changing your name twice, or once and wait for the "last known as" to disappear (new accounts have mail addresses as a login). Ooh, and since you were close to your pin cancellation time, get a 7 day delay instead of 3 (if you don't already have that). ;) Obviously recovery questions should be memorable, but no-one should be able to guess them. If you want a tip, asking about very personal things may be a solution i.e. things you have told no-one (possibly a question about a past password or childhood memories?). To answer the other two questions, I believe that checking the "stolen" option gives your query priority with regard to being reviewed. It's possible Jagex looks at other things too, but I don't know if or what exactly they would do. It's also doubtful they'll restore your friends list, unfortunately, but I imagine the people you can't remember will pm you if you keep it at "on" mode?
