You can repair damaged armor in your workshop and it turns into platemail (anywhere from bronze to rune).

It's more common with mystic tops given away free, though that's more of a pking strat than a scam. They changed the value of Whips so they now protect over Mystic tops. So if someone tries this on you, feel free to pick up the Mystic tops as you will get to keep 2 or 3 (and your whip) when you die.

No it's not multi-attack. And there is a Leech spawn just West of the Fairy Ring. This is the simplest and safest way to get pouches.

It's all luck. I did it at 59 Agility and only failed the handholds once. If you really hate to train Agility, just go ahead and do the quest now and hope you get lucky.

Add me to the list of ME2 people. I'm sure this will be the last one for a lot of people.

Thrilled about hunter rewards - Are you? - My thoughts.

I had to kill some Cave Slimes for Slayer last night and they only dropped one tar each. -
This bug has been around since the Fairy Rings were introduced. I once had the Zanaris Choir follow me around Miscellania. :P

Farming is my favorite non-combat skill. It turns Herblore from an expensive skill into a real money maker. I have been power farming with my trees from Miscellania, but now that I can grow every seed there is (with a garden pie), I really don't feel like power-leveling it anymore as it is just a waste of money. If I wanted a 99 cape, I would go for something faster and cheaper. The only way I will go back to power-farming is if Jagex made it worth my while (for example if they had crop yields increase with your farming level). And I may decide to grow some Magic Trees if I ever get my WC level up so I can chop them down

You have to go back through the Underground Pass so you should already know what to do there. As for the Elf Lands, there are a lot of traps, some of which poison you, so take food and antipoison potions. There are rabbits all over the elf lands, so take an axe and a tinderbox to help with your food supply. You have 44 Prayer, so the level 110 Tyras Guard will be no problem for you, just melee him. Keep your health up and you will be fine.

Sell them to the Trader Ship people. They pay more than General Stores do for unstrung bows.

Unless you are in an under 90 skilling clan, don't worry about your combat level. I was an under 90 skiller for a while, but when I started to Abyss RC, I kept running into a lot of PKers my level to the point where I couldn't effeciently Abyss RC anymore. So now I am training Slayer and Crafting. These skills will help raise my Combat Level and my Magic level, which will make it much easier for me to Abyss RC in the future. I guess the moral of this is to do what you want, but don't lock yourself into a certain stereotype to the point where it negatively impacts your ability to train.

No, there are several monsters that drop Ground Unicorn Horn. But the drops are infrequent so the only reliable way to gather them is by killing Unicorns.
-
My maximum is 16, but I got that at a regular patch way before the quest came out.

A Bullseye Lantern, a Spiny Helm, and Anti-Poison potions are the best things to take in the swamp dungeon.
-
I like to do the less popular skills: Farming, Herblore, Crafting. Slayer and MTK keeps my Farming skill going, Herblore is my money makey, and I try to just break even with Crafting.

Add another vote for the Tyras Camp shop. D Hally + Black Mask rules for hard Slayer assignments.

There is also a mosquito right outside the Cave Horrors cave on Mos Le'Harmless.

Just remind yourself that almost all pures have main accounts. And on main accounts you WANT to have all of your skills as high as possible. So focusing on your main account should help you get over your starting over problem. Then your only problem is the name. No one can tell you a good name, what's a good name to someone is a horrible name to someone else. With that being said, here are a few helpful suggestions: No meaningless numbers (I H8 U is fine, but RANDOM GUY12345 is really bad) Dont do something topical. You will really regret this later on when the fad is over. Dont make a name that is easy to insult. Personally I picked a named that uses all the letters of my last name, added a few other letters and made it into a name that sounds Midieval. Good luck in finding a name that's just right for you.

My Arm's Big Adventure - A SaidinWoT Guide
Berrakus replied to SaidinWoT's topic in General Discussion
You might want to mention that if you Melee the bird you should switch to run (and have energy of course). I didn't and the bird kept knocking me away before I could get back to him to hit him. -
I don't say anything to taunt them since I have had terrible luck with Pkers. Twice I have made it to the Mage, clicked on Teleport and instead of going into the abyss, I end up in Falador with nothing. The first time it happened I figured I needed to get my levels up, so I did some Slayer, got up to level 102 and decided to try again. Everything was going well till a 103 showed up. Between level 3 and the Mage he was able to hit me for 80+ damage with just magic even with my current stats and armor totalling magic defense of over 100. So then I teled back to Edge, used a Super Set, and DDS spec'd the guy 4 times while he was wearing Full Mystic. The 8 hits did a total of 10 damage. Needless to say it was not my day.

How about Rag and Bone Man Part III - he wants a bone from every monster in Runescape (Dark Beast included of course :D ).

Seriously, what is the point in carrying your Ancient Staff? To scare would be PKers into thinking you are going to mage them? If anything this would make them more likely to attack you as they would think they would get free Blood Runes too. And what is the point of the full camo? It gives no defense bonus at all and good luck in trying to replace it. And arrows? Sorry, but this a really bad guide as you are mainly givning people false hope that they can bring this stuff into the wilderness and not lose it to PKers. Your outfit is the main thing to consider when Abyss-RCing and everything that you take needs to serve a purpose, otherwise leave it in the bank. I like your layout and pictures, but please put some thought into your outfit and explain the purpose of each.

A few thoughts: You left out a pretty important step: Actually planting the seed! You might want to mention that pineapples are the best way to make super compost and some of the ways to acquire pineapples. As an added suggestion, you might want to mention Limpwurt Root Seeds. These are easy to acquire, you can plant them everytime you plant an herb, and you can sell them for an easy profit, or wait till you can make Super Strength pots and have a large stash of a hard to acquire secondary ingredient.

Some options: Fastest XP, reasonably priced, but won't get your money back: Harralanders can easily be bought from players for 1Kea. Chocolate Bars and Dust can be bought at the two locations on the second floor of the Grand Tree. Make Energy Potions. (May have a hard time selling these). Reasonably Priced and you should break even: Irits can be bought for 1-2K ea. Eyes of Newt can be bought for 3gp ea. Make Super Attack Potions and sell them for 1.5-2K ea at on World 2 Fally or World 18 Edgeville. You can go the Prayer Pot route, but you will need more upfront money.

The torch safe spot is still there, you just can't attack while you are there. The popular way to kill him solo is to take a DDS, spec him 4 times and then hide behind the torch until the poison gets him.
