Guilded Altar - My Own or Someone Elses?
You don't really need teletabs. I use Air Staff with laws/earths. I find the burners go out sometimes anyways so it's not like 1 space is that much of a big deal. Also open your house to the public. If someone is in there, then it doesn't take as long to reload when you tele back. Try to find someone alching as well. They can keep the burners lit for you thus saving an invent space or 2.

blackjacking xp/hour?
Its not a quest, per-say, but it is a minigame. Takes about 5 minutes.. However to answer your question, lol, it does not have to be done. You can buy a blackjack off GE. Make sure its MAPLE blackjack. If you buy the regular one it should be bought instantly and if not then in a few mins.

blackjacking xp/hour?
I believe that Zarfot is correct. The man has created 2 guides, RC and Slayer, and led me to 80 slayer and 78 rc 2 levels of which I was sure I would never get. (Not exactly the highest) Zarfot could tell me that jumping off a bridge covered in molasses and peanut butter into a pool of thumbtacks would make me gain 300k exp/hour and I would believe him. Trust me this guy knows his stuff. Maybe you are not using the method properly. When you fail are you letting the NPC attack you? or are you directly trying to knock him out again? That would severely decrease your exp/hour.

How long for 2.5k Red Chin's?
Lower leveled people with 4 traps (63-72) are looking at 120-160 chins/hour. Higher leveled people with 4 traps (73-79) are looking at 150-190 chin/hour. People with level 80-85 are looking at 200+ chins an hour. The first 2 are really just rough estimates. With 5 traps I know I can get at least 200 in an hour. With the method I have seen used its possible to get 300+ though. Decent trap set-up is as follows: 5 Traps X------X ---X---- X------X Or 4 Traps X------X -------- X-------X

Help on 82-99 ranged.
First of all to anyone who said slayer was good exp for ranging.. you are terribly wrong. In fact, dependent on the tasks, you will average 30k exp/hour with range! And then you go on to say, Ray, that Aviansies are a letdown at 50k exp/hour.. Please stop posting on things you know nothing about.. Yaks and Aviansies are you best bet Harder. Aviansies are mainly for a change of pace from the grinding of Yaks. Just keep at Yaks with voids and knives, do that for 2-3 levels then take a break, take 1-2 trips to aviansies with about 100 b2p tabs. When the tabs run out prepare for another trip or go back to Yaks for your exp. Maybe do Aviansies for a great deal of levels, 82-90(or 92) sounds good and then Chin your way to 99 with the money made. Its pretty much what I am going to do (of course I have less of a ways to go than you :-# ) [hide=To RayOxide =)]Might I say to Ray, can you please stop posting on EVERY thread that appears in the Help & Advice forum? For the most part you just provide your opinions which on rare occasion actually answer the topic posters question. I mean how can you provide a genuine answer on the fastest method training of something if you HATE powertraining and ALWAYS suggest against it?? Honestly, just stop and post on topics which you actually have experience in like everyone else does. You don't get "cool" points for spamming everyone's thread with your opinions and fact less posts. I know this wasn't directed toward me, however, what do you mean by this? I am here everyday and I agree with what Bakura has to say. Maybe you should hang out in the Debate club and Rants forums where your opinions are actually asked for (for the most part) and you won't turn every thread into a 4 page long debate. Thanks bud.[/hide]

Stay unbored and releasing tension when mining?!?!
To be honest there is nothing really you can do. Just gotta suck it up and get it done. That way you can move onto the next task. I know it doesn't really help a great deal but its the truth. I mean the best thing to do would be music since it doesn't divert your attention to much. Just start playing an album and when its over you know about an hour has gone by. Rinse. Repeat.

Thieving Advice
Blackjacking Bandits is said to be 100k+ exp/hour if done right. That's what I plan on doing up to 91. The PP to 99. The guide for it is in the General Guides subforum.

Yaks vs. Experiments
Yaks are better exp, i think. I would go with them, however they can get very crowded very fast. I say bring a cannon with you to scare away people then take it back down and continue on. Slayer is quite possibly the WORST way to train ranged.. second to only ranging ducks with bronze javs  seriously though don't waste your time training ranged with slayer. Stick with powertraining spots and train slayer with melee which is much more effective for EVERY task. (with 1 or 2 exceptions)

Magic trees
If you are looking for fletching exp, just buy the logs and fletch the bows.. its faster exp than cutting your own logs will ever be and you still make a profit off of it. And in the time it would take you to cut 10k mage logs (100 ish hours) you could of gotten 99 fletching like 2 times. Its best to let the other dummies cut mage logs and you find more productive ways to use your time.

100% f2p - an achievement?
I agree with you. No it is not an achievement. Just because a F2p cannot have members whether it be choice or not does not give them the right to judge p2p's because they DO in fact have members. I read someone said they were told by a member about how they got 99 wc in a week (which is impossible a bit of an over exaggeration there.) and it took the f2p guy 3 years to get 99 with yews.. well first of all let me just say, you got 99 with YEWS! You chose to not spend a few months at willows in Draynor because the allure of money was to much for you. That's like comparing 2 people who have 99 cooking. One got it with lobbies and sharks.. the other got it with anchovies and shrimp. Does the second person deserve more bragging rights because he use a slower method? If anything he deserves a good slap and stern talking to. No one in their right mind would do that. Also what Eddo said is a great point as well. There are many more distractions in members so for one to actually grind a skill out all in one sitting is quite a feat in itself.

Theiving help
Tea or cake stalls would be the fastest. I did the tea stall in Varrock, just drop the teas you thieve. Try to use worlds with 1900+ people in them for faster respawns. The cake stall is good if you bank the cakes when you get a full load, then you can use the cakes for agility training later on, should you do decide to. If you plan on never training agility then just drop the cakes as you thieve. (Steal one, drop one. That way you don't over do the clicking by dropping full loads at once)

which 99 should i get? stats shown in post
So since I gain about 30m with hunting then people with hunting capes should get, in theory, less respect than people with fletching capes since it doesn't cost them anything but time to get 99. That's what I am getting from your statement here.. And since 99 fm cost 4m instead of 30k then those people get more respect than both since they spent more money on the skill that which in all obvious purposes is the most useless skill in the creation of Runescape. (which I would beg you to prove me wrong for saying) Well now that I understand what you mean then okay. Glad we are on the same page  .

best way to make money with mining and smithing?
If you have the cash to buy I would say mine coal then buy the expensive thing such as mith or addy (In your case it would be iron, which is not too expensive) Smith into bars and then re-sell those for a big profit or smith the bars into something else, preferably plates.

Armour Set ??
Right click the grand exchange clerk and select 'Set'. It should let you exchange in your set for the pieces. No problem.

DFS: Keep or sell?
If you go to God Wars a lot (maybe 10-20+ times a month) then I would say there is a good reason to keep it. If not then you should really just sell it. If you are mainly training with slayer it has been proven time and time again that a simple bunyip and rune defender do just fine and cost miles less. So you don't have 68 summoning that's quite alright a set of guthans does the trick just as well. The rune defender increases the speed at which you kill the NPC anyway so you will spend less time killing which results in you being hit less anyway. Sell and spend the money on something else. Or you could even just save the money for something in the future that is to be released.

which 99 should i get? stats shown in post
Does that answer his question at all? The only thing you said that was relevant was Do not get 99 fletching or cooking. Well that leaves Rc, herblore, smithing, wc, fishing, crafting, and hunter.. So finish the answer. He could give to craps less whether or not you have a skill cape at 100 combat or how many 99's you personally want. Jesus dude its help and advice. Leave. Please? Oh we are in the help and advice forum? I thought we were in the "answer questions half-assed and then give opinion forum"... I must of been sorely mistaken. #-o Pardon me. How about this I will leave when you prove you can answer a question and not tell other people your opinion on what you are doing with YOUR account. Take their point of reference into perspective and answer from within their shoes through your experiences. When you can do that then I will leave. Thank you kindly. And btw, saying that fletching and cooking are really stupid capes. Is true. There is no such thing as a stupid cape or skill (well except firemaking as nothing useful is to come of it whether it be 1 or 99) There are easier ones, and there are time consuming ones. However, anyone with the brass to take the time to get maxed in a skill instantly earns my respect. I do not care if it is fletching or cooking or agility or farming. Whichever you gain my respect. There are over 30 thousand cooking and fletching capes so yes they are indecisively more common but to blow someone off because of that, well that is just rude and disrespectful. I apologize to YanksRule for spamming your thread to hell with my views and in a way yes I am being hypocritical by not adding anything to the topic yet still posting. This is the first time I have ever done this but I will not sit back and be passive any longer. Please report my post if you want, I hope the mods take proper action, should a ban be in order by all means go right ahead.

which 99 should i get? stats shown in post
Can everyone please stop saying to get 70 in all skills and blah blah blah... if you haven't noticed he has 60+ in every skill so he clearly has an idea of skills he enjoys over what he does not. Hence the list he made. Also, I am pretty sure yanksrule (thread starter) could care less whether you are getting a respectable 99 or one that takes a longer time than say fletching or cooking. Did he ask for personal experience toward going for a 99? Yes. Did he ask for your opinion on what 99 is more respectable? No. Did he ask, should I get my stats to 70+ then decide? No. For once just answer the question and do it factually not opinion based off of your views. Take into context what is being asked in the question and answer it. The only opinion you have in the answering of this question is whether or not he should get 99 hunting, wc, rc, fishing, crafting, herblore, fletching, cooking or smithing.

Stealing Creation and the Clay Tools...
Well lets say I was WC'ing willows or teaks would the exp gain be more worthwhile? And if I was mining say iron or granite, would the exp gain be worthwhile? both of those are rather low on the level reqs so I would think using something bronze wouldn't slow you down too much. Also, okay I get it, the hammer or needle or whatever are the better choices but I am not training crafting or smithing or anything other than woodcutting and mining.. which is why I asked about them specifically. And to tetsuo, I apologize but I do not understand that chart what-so-ever. Care to elaborate a bit more?

Stealing Creation and the Clay Tools...
Can anyone explain to me exactly what these clay tools do? I have read the KB, not to thoroughly but I did give it a read and I cannot see a reason as to why I should even consider getting these clay tools. However, I do hear a lot of talk about them and this so called exp boost you get intrigues me. Can anyone explain exactly what the exp boost is? Also should I get the best tool, the one that requires 80 in its specific skill to make? How long does it take to get the points for them? Would it be beneficial to get the pick axe and the wc axe? Just a few things that would be helpful to know. ****Please do not tell me they are bugged/glitched and not to bother getting them. Its a new mini-game the bugs will be fixed.****

Slayer Sucks
Was is 287 or two, eight, seven that you wanted? (You said letters but spelled out numbers :-# ) I completely agree with however, apologies that I have nothing for you to come up with a clever rebuttal to. I do however believe that slayer is worth training if you want to eventually max out or just want some total levels and enjoy combat. On the flip side though, you could make the argument that if you trained with faster methods other than slayer, the time saved getting the melee exp could be spent on other "fast" skills thus gaining even more total levels than you would have by just doing slayer. Put a seven in the beginning of your post. Boy I sure am making this easy for you contradicting myself and all. I personally train slayer and will do so for at least 85. I find it enjoyable and I can bear the exp that I receive. Throw in a four after that seven. Even though I am use to gaining ridiculous amounts of combat exp (being an exp PC product and all). Well placed argument and I find it very hard for anyone to argue any of your points other than the whole total level/maxing out thing. Another thing, the argument on "fun" is in the eye of the beholder so to speak. After that four add a kitten in there for kicks. Everyone has different definitions of whats fun. Thus truly making it a matter of opinion.. opinions do not fair well against facts and experiences in a debate. Great post and I hope you get time to read my response.

Money
When was flax ever a way of making "good" money? If you enjoy combat, you could do green dragons. They are pretty good exp and gp. Other than that your skills are pretty minimal. (not to be a debby downer) and I couldn't see any other viable way for you to make money other than combat with all the un-ranked skills you have.

which 99 should i get? stats shown in post
Are you sure? I am pretty sure buying yew logs + b strings makes you a profit. I haven't done the calcs in almost 6 months but back then it was a decent way to get money + exp fast. ----------- Since I do believe there is profit to be made with fletching I say you go for 2 99's (that's right 2 lol) Go with fletching for 99 then with the profit made blow it on cooking. Now you may be saying why in the world would you do that. Well a trimmed skillcape is useful for just about any combat situation other than ranging or maging. Now I realize you are getting the 99 just go get it but you should consider this at least. Also they are the 2 fastest and cost efficient on your list (at least gp/exp wise in the "buyable" skills) If that's not your cup of tea here are a few things you may want to consider. 99 rc - Very respected, highly profitable, very time consuming and concentration is needed. (will take the longest out of the ones you listed) 99 crafting, herby and smithing - should not be attempted on a 10m budget. They are respected, however very costly if you want to get the 99 fast or even at a decent rate of exp. And the low cost methods add a ridiculous amount of time onto the end product. However, they are the most useful at 99 since you can make every potion,armor/weapon and craft anything. 99 fishing and wc - These will take you awhile however they are more rewarding than fletching and cooking. They are also skills that require little to no attention at all. The occasional random and switching of tree or fishing spot. You can watch movies or browse the web while you do this to reduce boredom. 99 hunting - the second most profitable out of the ones you mentioned (only lower than rcin) The exp is slow from 63-80, but it definitely speeds up at 80. From 80-99 will net you about 23m with chins at 623 (current market price) Requires a lot of attention though, also a lot of clicking.

Cooking Help
Just use lobs, with the time you save you can spend it doing something else to make back the money you lost. "Cheap" methods of cooking are pretty much useless since the loss with lobs really is not so high that getting it back in a few hours time is impossible. And as Ray said, you don't burn them at 68 which means you have zero factors other than the buying and selling prices or raw/cooked lobs to calculate. --- Hell I will even do the calcs for you. -Buying at Mid- Raw Lob: 331 gp ea Cooked: 276 gp ea Total lobsters needed for: 70 cooking = 610 75 cooking = 4,550 80 cooking = 11,014 Total loss taken for: 70 cooking = 33,550 gp lost 75 cooking = 250,250 gp lost 80 cooking = 605,770 go lost So for 80 cooking you would have to make 55k (55,070) in 11 hours to break even. You can make 55k exp an hour making bowstrings  . *BTW I did 75 because you said 70 and you said maybe 80. I like round numbers and since your only 2 levels from 70 felt maybe you may want to go a bit more.*

Red dragons?
Check this guide: viewtopic.php?f=103&t=716694&hilit=red+dragon Its not a guide to only red dragons, but more-so a guide to getting a draconic vissage guide. Still has good information though.

agility training.
Just get the recommended level for entering the wildy course. At 60+ I failed quite a few times over the course of an hour. So for sub 60 I can only see it hurting your exp/hour total severely , especially if you are entering without the requirements.
