Smithing - I'm pretty sure making Steel Platebodies is the fastest way to 99. Just use the Varrock west anvil easy. Woodcutting - I would just do willows with a D Axe on an empty members world until 99. The 10k xp loss might make up for the time when you have to drop the teaks.
