gah! I hate this quest! It's way too long! gah!

I was just doing desert treasure and I'd just got my final diamond so I teleport using the ectophial and as I walk into the bank a random event appears so I think 'oh no problem, just another old man' but then it starts attacking me with a ddp++, saying "hand over the diamond of smoke". I had just come from the final fight so i was well stocked up and I killed him easily. He was called 'Stranger' and was lvl 95 with the examine "very mysterious looking... ". It said nothing about this on the quest guide and I was wondering if anyone else had this happen to them?

I have recently been training construction a bit, (I hate wasting my money) and when directing my portals, I decided to direct them to the destinations that require you to use 2 law runes (I'm always short of them so saving a law every now and then would save me a lot of trouble). So first of all, I went law running on world 66 and eventually, I had 600 odd laws. After this I went to my bank and found out that I didn't have enough teak logs so after a long quest to get some (involving noobs, merchants, lurers and the use of several laws (ah the irony)) I finally had 9 teak planks. After that, I went to my bank and got out 600 laws, 200 waters, 200 earths, 100 bloods and 9 teak planks and I went to my house. First portal, no problem. 1 Ardy portal up and running. Second portal still no problem, a working portal to yanille. Then it came to the third portal. I had been told that I didn't need ancients to make a portal go to canifis so i tried it and found out that I wasn't able to do it till I had done desert treasure. So undaunted I went to the bank and got out 200 fire rune and went back to my house to find out that you can't direct portals to trollheim. Why not?!? :evil: So what i suggest is that you should be able to direct portals to trollheim.

I'd say the KQ but I'm not certain. For easier monsters, I'd say shadow warriors or fire giants.

I was just wondering. In your portal room, when you want to direct a portal to canifis, do you have to be using ancient magics?

Just to clarify my point. The whole point of this idea is that you can view cut-scenes not regain energy. If you want to regain energy, drink an energy pot. The point of this is to view scenes again because either, you missed it first time or you really liked it. Restoring energy was only an afterthought.

I go and make a few runes, arrows, ranger armour and full iron sets and go to a non-members world to lumby and give them out to random lvl 3s. It's not much but it'll help them and it makes me feel good! :thumbsup:

Well I've just done a few quests with some really good cut-scenes and I thought that it would be great if I could watch them again so I had this idea: When you go to your house you have an option to 'sleep' in your bed. If you do this you get to see a random cut-scene from a 'set' of quests that you have completed as if you were dreaming. The higher level the bed that you sleep in, the more 'sets' of quests you have a chance to see a cut-scene from. You cannot skip the cut-scene when you have started but when you wake up you have 100% run energy. I've just had this idea o it's a litle rough around the edges but please post what you think about it. I don't mind if you insult it, just no unnecessary flaming please. Thank you!

I've done about 36 trips so far i have the goggles, 1 mint cake and 2 loop half keys (and loads of herbs and gems)

Haven't defenders reduced the need to have an offensive "shield" like the zammy book?

Made it into 2 different types, pure essence which can be used for any sort of rune and normal essence which can only be used for the non-member runes. F2P can't mine pure essence only rune essence and P2P can only mine pure essence if they have 30+ mining (I think that's right, if I'm wrong can someone correct me thanks!)

I'm past caring about these sorts of people. If you're stupid enough to give away your pass whilst you're being made to answer questions about why you shouldn't give away your pass then you deserve to lose your account for being so stupid. By the way, I'm not a scammer and I despise them more than the ridiculously stupid people who fall for stuff like that. Flame me if you want but that is my opinion. If he's just a little kid then he's been taught the lesson more effectively than by doing the S.O.S.
