Generally if you want to take a picture of anything you'll need to buy a camera. If i were you i'd get a digital one but if youve only got a standard one then its no big deal. Then you have to get a film or sd card. Put the film into the camera and load it up. Take the camera and then point at the screen or whatever you want and press the button to take a picture. Once you have complete the film then wind it back and take it out. Pop along to your local Photo Developers and ask that they put the pictures onto a CD too. Then when you get it back you can copy and paste the image you want from the cd onto your hard drive. If however, you mean taking a "screenshot" then search the boards or read the stickies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1and1.com are really commercial and their customer support isnt very good. Theres literally thousands of hosting companies out there. Make a post of your specific requirements on http://www.webhostingtalk.com and you will get a much better and informed response than from anyone here. Note: Always keep your domain registrations seperate from your hosting company. I got burned once when one of my old hosting company registered a domain in their company name so it was not technically mine and then they wouldnt let me have the domain when i left. :(

Pretty much everyone can only go in one place. Draw little doodles of before you unplug everyhtign of where it all goes. Write on stickers and put on cables etc. Theres lots you can do to make it all easier.

Nice of the extremists to exercise their right to free speech to protest against freedom of speech... Religion plays no part in a secular society and its ideas are not the laws of the world. I fully understand that these people violently protesting about killing etc are delusioned extremists but their voiuces and actions fuel the flames of religious intollerence. The voices of most Muslims, who feel that whats done is done and while offended know that it was never intended to stir hatred, are just not heard. the Muslim Council of Britain for example holds no power over many of the muslims in this country and its condemning is just not heard. Strong leaders and high profile Muslims and clerics need to stand up against the atrocities being commited by the few extremists or it will never end. This should not be a political argument, unlike many Muslim countries the media is controlled by the Government and this is not the case in Europe. this all stems from confusion of the Media not realise the offence caused by the cartoons and the Muslims not understanding the style of media in the western world. Satire plays a massive part in the UK and i hear its especially big in Denmark too and this is considered normal. We have entire TV shows dedicated to picking fun of Political and religious leaders as well as the day to day celebrity piss taking. We find this amusing and know its all lighthearted. I read comments by Muslims about how people would react to pictures of Jesus carrying a gun, well I was in London yesterday and saw tshirts depicting exactly that in a shop. Was it getting burnt down and rioted...? no. I also urge many Muslims to take a look at how their cartoons portray Israel and Jews in general There are caricatures of religious leaders of all faiths yet none of them resort to such violence as some of the Muslim people have been doing across the world. I belive its in the Koran chapter 42, verse 11 that says... "Allah is the originator of the heavens and the earth... there is nothing like a likeness of Him." I take it that extends to Mohammed which is where the "ban" on likenesses comes from. The Koran does not mention an explicit ban on images of the prophet and it definitly does not say that people who do portray him shouold be killed. Islam preaches peace and not hate and the "Muslims" violently protesting, dressing as suicide bombers and the people burning down buildings are nor more Muslim that the Crucaders were Christian. I probrably come accross as a bit Muslim here but I dont intend to and i'm sorry if you feel i am generalising. As an Atheist is see this going on and just cant help but wonder how much better we would all be without religion controlling peoples lives. Theres is a clear seperation between rel;igion and state in the western world as well as another clear seperation between the state and media. A mistake in posting a few pictures by a newspaper in one of the most peaceful countries in the world almost 5 months ago should not have escalated into this political riot. This is all pathetic. Muslims speak out! Europe is awash with extremists with bigger mouths than most of you true Muslims. But, theres more of you, together you can stamp out the extremists and show them that they are not wanted. Only then can real progress and tolerence can come about.

Broke a motherboard and had some deep cuts in my hands, But thats about it lol. All other minor problems ive been able to overcome quite easily.

Columbine is in Colorado so i guess its the same thing. But theres school shootings all the time in the US, its easy to get confused. there was one only last year at Red Lake High School Because i work for the Council all our doors are on access cards anyway. Cant get in or out of the building without a card for the doors :P

There is not "patch" from Microsoft until the 14th. However all anti-virus have definitions for it so long as you update it.

Yeah its already been posted about. Anti virus definitions have been out for it for a week. Theres no excuse to be taken down by it.

Cereals unfortunatly contain quite high levels of salt so be sure to what the salt levels in your other foods if you plan on a cereal diet. Have a bowl for breakfast and a bowl for lunch or dunner. Then you can have whatever you like as your other meal and so long as you excersize you WILL lose a few pounds, especially considering your current weight. Also if you like your beers... cut down. Youd be very suprised what a difference drinking less beer and other heavier drinks can do to you.

hellsurfer: you say you are 6'3 and are 200lbs that gives you a bmi of 25. Thats basically the line between normal and overweight. If its mostly muscle you have then you have bothing to worry about. The other guy is 5'9 and 205lbs which is a bmi of 30.8. Anyhting over a bmi of 30 is considered by doctors to be obese. Thats seriously overweight. I'd concentrate on losing a good 50lbs before you start working on muscle. Incase anyone was wondering my bmi is 18 and anything below 18.5 is underweight so im not really one to talk about right eating and excercise lol ^_^
