I'm not too sure myself, but one thing I'm sure is that: You don't receive xp for a move you already done. So you should only do one level 99 move, one 90 move etc. Unless the game message lies to me <_<. I'm not too sure if juggling another type of item counts as a different move, probably does, have a try.

Get some runes to mage. Some Mage robes. If you want to play it safe, grab prayer potions and pray mage the whole way. Is easy.

No it can non I think :/ I know that it only works for con and smith. I didn't check if it gives xp or not, but I'm absolutely sure it uses a charge when used to repair a pipe.

Yes, these items give more XP per plank. But you should also know that Oak also have items similar. Armour stand also gives extra xp, with the smithing variation also giving smithing xp and also the higher "class/level" of the armour results in more xp. This is of course if you are going for a more cost effective way. Just for anyone interested. You don't lose the armour, nor do you lose the cape (or glory for that matter). But anyway, one thing you should consider is, you are using only 3 teak per construction. Whilst Oak Doors uses 10. So the question is, are you really leveling faster? As surely, the only reason to use teak is for the better xp rate.

Did you by any chance, not use a "crush" weapon?

The hammer also uses xp when fixing in blast furnace, so it can be used as crafting as well. Not that you can decent train by fixing pipes and cogs.

Birmhaven North is probably a better goldmine. People say use the whistle method with fairy rings, but I personally think Karamja gloves method is better. Iron is fastest using a familiar, the spirit Kyatt (i think, or Larupia) as it takes you straight to an iron mine. Otherwise, north east Yanille is best. Coals are hideous to mine. You can mine more than 3 irons per coal on average whilst only 2 to 1 ratio gets you better profits and xp.

Rune Defender or Unholy Book [Answered, please lock]
Eddo89 replied to Cptbaker08's topic in Help and Advice
Falador 3 has best shield bonus in game. Fally is worst than prayer books. -
You said hardest. Yes, Whips do hit HARDER, they have inherent stronger strength bonus. But that is not to be confused with accuracy, which is another factor.

Advice: World 58 Blast Furnace. There is bound to be a level 90+ smither there. Alternatively, find me. Since I got 99 (recently).

You are looking at 1 min 10 to 15 seconds on Graahk per run. Drink super energy pots to maintain run energy, you need a pot every 3 rounds. Abyss you are looking at a 1min 30, plus huge variables depending on your spawn location in Abyss and success rate of getting through.

do you mean alch all the bolts he makes? hes going to have to make more than 100k probably, not sure exactly I mean alch plates, typo there. The bolts is best to be fletched and sold, very easy fletching xp if you can stand the old fashion fletching.

There are sometimes errors that occurs where the game still thinks you are online and thus cannot log in. And of course, the annoyance of people hogging slots online. People always seem to think everything that is perceived to be annoying has to do with bots, a lot of it has to do with sly players as well. And I always complain about this, why are you AFKing while skilling? Bored yes, but look at a more holistic view. -You fletch, you see 27 logs being fletched. You choose to look away from the screen. No one forced you to, you are logged out because you are bored of it. -You train firemaking, you manually light 27 fires. You cannot look away, you cannot choose to look away no matter how tedious it is. Bottom line, you chose to make your life easier. Live with it, you are playing a game. The current window is suffice to do small stuff in the net, but to do something away from the computer entirely as some are suggesting, just ludicrous. Being AFK is not a way to play. I hate it when people complain about such this, and randoms, because they AFK a lot. I hate randoms as well, I have sympathy for those who is annoyed at drill demons or similar randoms, but none for those that can teled by sandwich lady since is their own fault for not paying attention. If RS is such a chore that if you cannot look at the screen, then WHY are you playing it?

Consider the blast furnace. Either mithril bolts or alch mithril bolts. Probably a far better alternative than cannonballs in my view.

The guide to which herbs to plant, now fully automated!
Eddo89 replied to Troacctid's topic in General Guides
I'm pretty sure I got a 3 herb harvest of irits once, in My Arm's patch untreated. Unless it is a change since then, or that super compost increases the minimum harvest to 5. -
Well, the selling part is up to you. It just gives you some money back.

I haven't tried it but here are the basics. -You need unstrung amulets (i think holy/unholy symbols work as well), lots of them. -You need to be on lunars to cast spell. -Basically, once cast, the amulets will be strung, one by one, each one requiring its each set of runes, therefore xp. Essentially, it is closed to auto-alch as it gets.

It is clear that whoever who responds in this type of thread is going to reply fun. It is a matter of whether how much of respect comes into play. The word fun is quite general, to some people, the fun is getting respect, such as huge amount of cash/skillcapes. These people would reply as fun being more important, but in the context of the topic, they are more of the "respect type". It also appears quite silly to try and gain respect in an online game to some. I for one is going for 99 smithing (soon, some 300k xp). Yes, is a goal, and is a fun goal. But there is also the side of respect where it drives me on when the skill doesn't appear so fun. I also got a borderline thing with D-plate. I was one of the first ones to make it and wear it, all the signs were that it was going to drop in price. In one way, I can be making it for fun and not for the respect of money, in other ways I was aiming to gain respect by owning and making a D-Plate early. But I got to say, the feeling of having a frequently talked about item was worth every gp, hence it was "fun" (though thrilling is more accurate). Being able to do everything in the skill is sort of a respect thing in another angle. Unless you going to make that item forever and ever, why get it? Aren't you just getting it for the sake of having respect for doing anything. Or even, an excuse for not getting the 99, short cut to glory. Not saying I feel that way. So, I probably say I play the game for fun, but highly influenced by actions that in my view is respectful. I like skilling, hence I do it, but I like to be respected for doing it. I like the 99 capes, but I am not going to get an easy one like fletching or cooking, because in my eyes, getting it makes me look like a cheap cape grabber who is in it for the quick 99. Even if I have the financial capability, I prefer to use method that doesn't make any losses even if slower, as I see buying the majority of the material without work into it as cheap. I'm being too philosophical...

Numbers ALWAYS lie on face value. It is the truth underneath that does not lie. Consider the F2P/P2P factor, time skill was introduced and the usefulness of the skill versus the speed of experience. I really have to question the word "Master" for skills such as herblore and farming. Whats the difference between 99 farming than 85 farming for instance? Since you can do everything in the skill by that level and there is no additional benefit. For herblore especially, the drop off point is like 83 or a similar number. Since this would had been the goal for a lot player pre-cape days, thats where they stop. Then there is perception of usability, agility makes very slight differences for most players, hence is not liked. So with these factors, can you honestly say with no doubt that, say Construction is harder smithing, when you look at F2P for smithing, and being a foundation skill. From the list of ydrasil, it is clear which type of skill is the most popular, and it is clear that light-labour, AFKable skills are clearly has the upper hand. Labour intensive skills generally has less. There are few exceptions, like FM being quite high up, while smithing and herblore being low even with auto-options.

I liked Viva La Vida and didn't think much of Fix You. I liked Violet Hill a lot within their album. Coldplay is a love-hate thing I guess.

I blame the skill capes. If Jagex never released them, half the rumours will never have existed.

There are plenty of ways to get hacked. Ever heard of keyloggers? Warnings about not downloading anything from sites you don't trust, that sort of thing. Hacking doesn't just occur in the way your average TV show does it.

Having (or materials to) 99 cooking, fletching and firemaking does not make you a noob. But doesn't mean the achievement should be respected either. I find it more often people cry out in lack of attention as opposed to people calling them a noob. When they do, is normally when they cry. And all permanent mutes are unfair. Just as all drivers think they are better than the average headless nut on the road. =P~

I have no sympathy for those who say they "look away from the screen". I'm aware thats how most people would do it, but the fact is, if a random gets you because you are looking away, is your fault. If you look at the screen full time, it would never happen. There are consequences for escaping utter boredom. I have no problems with randoms except they don't really stop all bots and a couple of issues: -Why do I get randoms when I just logged in? Firstly, there is no point, an autoer would still be looking at screen anyway, neglects the whole point of it. Secondly, it is annoying, bad first impression for a player. -Interaction randoms during high HP monsters training, like sandwhich lady. There is no way in hell we are going to figure out what you want and click continue and then select the right option between one turn.

Very true, but his stats are by far too low. 79 range, 56 slayer. Broad bolts, I say is more than good enough.
