I noticed that there hasn't been any boots in game that give melee offensive bonuses like defender yet, so hopefully jagex may update bandos boots to actually give some instead of the usual str bonus. :-k

No the issue now is that i notice a widespread popularity of using the string jewellery spell for fast magic exp and afk (people love this word), using f2p to help them make quick unstrung amulets which is really decent craft exp for f2p. Since each amulet uses 1 set of runes and each spell uses 2 astrals, the demand is not for humidify, but for this particular spell.

I find the blast furnace really abandoned that this isn't a frequent trouble though. :| So i guess I jumped to conclusions then, but based on your calculations, it totally pushes gold smelting off the list of being one of the best exp. You might want to add that getting mtk to help supply coal may actually help to reduce losses or improve profit.

How much time does it take to get that 1600 smithing XP? My problem with the blast furnace has always been simply that I can get faster XP in other ways. About 2 mins.

You totally contradicted your topic title which even your maths said so. 1) You can't un note addy ores at blast furnace, i tested it after the noting update and it doesn't work. The problem with blast furnace now is that ore prices from ordan are the same as GE prices now. Before GE, you could get coal at around 60-90gp each and mith around 160-220gp each, WAY cheaper than street prices, so you used to be profit from blast furnace, now no longer possible. The maximum exp/hr you could from mith plates blast furnace is up to 40k, around 30k max for steel plates, and you are doing it for a loss now. Blast furnace died on the day of GE release anyway. :( EDIT: Seriously the amount of people who didn't know how good this minigame was in terms of exp/hr surprised me. :?

I believe the wc coding works like this: The first swing to start cutting a tree you stand a chance of getting a log based on your wc lvl and axe quality same with other swings, however if you do get a log from the tree, for the next 2 swings you will never get a log. Hence based on this theory, a lvl 85 wcer and a lvl 99 wcer should chop oak at the exact same speed. PS: Please do not advertise the clan chat on the tif forums. Thanks

This can really tense up rune ore competition if its successful since not many rune miners use such a way of mining rune yet. Since i am aware of the timing but have retired as a rune miner, I wouldn't want to hinder other miner's income/hr. I'll still wait till majority of the miners decide to give the green light. :?

There is nothing wrong with runescape. If you want all these features.. please go play another game. And runescape is not just about skilling anyway.

You might want to include ranging section under bandos and maybe several tricks useable while ranging such as bringing knives for kc etc.

Dungeon doors are infact actually better. When you have a butler to help you unote planks, since he can carry 20 planks at a time. Each dungeon door uses 10 planks so that's 2 doors per plank compared to 8 planks per larder.
