We were honestly expecting to be creamed when we saw the pulls. Ours has been low all week due to many of our members being on break for exams/school. Was very impressed overall with our performance.

Reminder - the sight does not add dmg but accuracy. Although you do shoot slower you will shoot more consistent damage. Having tested the sight myself as have many others in my clan its safe to say these things are amazing. They are so accurate that one can wear full rune and still have above +100 range attack bonus.

I'd be interested to know why you don't think they count. By all means ask many of the older members of clanning. Sabres have split before as well as having closed due to issues within the clan. When they split it was a break up of the original clan and it was only really after that it was claimed to still be Sabres (probably to hold onto the title). I am speaking for what I have been told of course by multiple sources who were active during this time. They will claim they have not but MANY members from multiple old-school clans can vouch for different circumstances. Sure they are the oldest clan to have ever been involved with Runescape however I believe it would be safe to say that the oldest ACTIVE clan would belong to someone else. Heck THE has been in the top 5 longer than most clans have been alive. It is only in recent years that Gladz BK and THE dropped out of that rank. I dont believe anyone can question the longevity of any of those 3 though. They all have stayed active and pretty much have not fallen below at least top 30 overall.

Was great for our first matched opts fight since the tourny. Sorry about our member that ran out of bounds as soon as I saw that I started yelling on voice to get back in bounds. The sights were quite accurate. We were actually lacking a fair few rangers from our normal fight times. Gl in future fights Downfall

First clan was TF (The Futures) as I was not high enough level to join THE. Heard about them through friends and on a fansite I frequented at the time (nomadgaming.com which is now shut down). What attracted me was the staple of a strong community and pretty much have never looked back since. Been my 1 and only clan really counting TF as a jr clan of THE. Before this I had honestly never gone out into the wild except to do a clue scroll so I was completely new to warring/pking.

To make runescape better than it is as a game by yourself. My clan has personally done far more than I expected it to do and made this gaming experience far better.

It's hard enough to break into the pvp scene on f2p let alone p2p for a smaller clan. And if a bunch of big clans all of the sudden started pking very well and very often in the very cramped, tiny amount of p2p worlds, it'd be pretty crappy...or at least, that's what I imagine it'd be like. I'll admit, I don't know a terribly large amount about p2p pking. tbh p2p i actually found to be easier than f2p. in multi you can risk less than you do in p2p and after 2 hrs of gaining potential you come out with a profit usually. you are also able to have alot of fun with 10-15 people in p2p where that can be a bit harder in f2p.

I do feel that Solace will rise. Should they continue to push for the "respectful" side of clanning it will be a slow rise but should be stable. Must potential lies in being different from other clans around you. I feel that some of the older clans will actually grow stronger over the summer and the new clans will take damage from that. I feel the clans like THE, Gladz, and BK will rise into stable top 15 clans should they keep their noses clean and not fall into some of the stupidity that goes on. I believe EOS will rise and become weekday warriors once again if they can get a groove going. RSD needs to develop stability with their massive ml. Corr I truly think is falling on hard times and if they do not change their mentality I do think it will continue. DF is one to watch for as I feel they can shoot up really fast or drop down a fair bit in terms of the top 10.

Yes the ml sizes did have a thing however I believe everyone can agree that the organization from both KO and DW can be top notch. It was why you guys beat us about in the first part of it. I think the best thing about this fight is that overall there was very little flaming (if any at all) and when we were crashed by those level 90'-100's I am pretty sure both sides stopped attacking for the most part to clear (I know I got our snipers to get off). This as a whole is what we need more of and why I truly hope that clans like DW and KO rise back up in members. Its because stuff like this can be rare at times around the level of warring we are at. I thank you all for accepting this fight and it was a surprise to us how our numbers grew in such a short prep as our members were truly not expecting any action on Saturday. Twas our first day of school at the ever so amazing wizarding school. We were small but eager to learn what this new experience would bring us The start was not fun as we soon came to realize some bullies were around..... they truly were some stout enemies to deal with. Put on the back foot by these fearsome foes we thought for a bit that it would be a gruesome fate for us. We however steadied ourselves and braced hoping that more of our classmates would join in against these slimy foe. And then out of the darkness came the mighty JAMES POTTER! With amazing spell casting we pushed through and in the end stood victorious. Random pictures:

No THE does not stand for anything. Btw imagine trying to recruit in game for THE :P "What clan are you in?" "The clan" "What one?" "My clans name is THE" "Wtf?!" We do not claim to be the oldest. Purely the oldest active clan as The Sabres have had issues with ummm arguing that they have been open all 10 years :P Do not take my word on that but many other old school (really old) have vouched and stated that Sabres have closed in the past due to issues within the clan.

Well to try and make sure we have constant wars THE has decided to come back to TWR. Oldest active clan in runescape I guess would be our biggest achievement. We are a clan that prides itself on being strong as a community which pushes us to war. A clan mixed with old school members but new blood we have a little bit of everything to offer. We currently have 57 members on our active list and over 90+ retireds. I do not want to go on all day so if anyone has any questions feel free to ask.
