  1. I think you mean Coke is more carbinated than Pepsi (aka Pepsi feels more "smooth")
  2. Just curious.. Do your after school activities include handcuffs, whips, and a decent amount of rope?
  3. Yes, 1v1 I think the US is generally stronger with the exception that a few coutries would give us a run for our money. If all the other countries banded together, anybody in their way would be [bleep]ed.
  4. I only enjoy Coke if it has rum in it. But plain? I'd go for Pepsi..
  5. In some extreme cases, I can see how it's not the person's fault. But when they're adults (or even teens) they know damn well that exercise and a good diet will help them slim down and keep the weight off. For the majority of them, "it's in my genes" is nothing more than a reason to sit on the couch, order in a few pizzas, and consider alternative ways to get to the bathroom with less effort. And even if they were fed poorly when they were kids, it's not that hard to figure out what's good for you to eat (look at the damn label ffs. Fat people aren't illiterate -at least not all of them) and to get up and exercise.
  6. With the way people are going these days, I would say 6'0" 250lbs isn't that bad. We're talking people pushing 350+lbs and spilling into the seats next to them.
  7. Acutally, depending on the size of the plain obese people can become a problem due to issues with balance. The last thing I want is for the wing to clip the ground on take off because a couple of fat people couldn't bother leaving their couch for the past few months. I completely support the airlines making people pay for extra tickets. I could understand how someone would get quite upset to be squished into half or even 1/4 of their seat during a 10 hour flight. I've never personally had this problem since I always travel with family and nobody in my family is big enough to cause susch problems.
  8. Happy birthday :)
  9. -I rarely get the right order at MacDonald's. Ffs, ketchup only means ketchup only :wall: -I like going to Arby's and holding up the drive-thru by ordering 20+ sandwhiches. Of course I put most in the fridge and eat them over a few days, but the fun part is seeing how pissed the guy behind me gets  -I once flirted with a cashier at a MacDonald's since our orders were taking forever. By the time the food was ready she was all too willing to give my friends and I free drinks ;)
  10. Back when I did work.. Grocery store: -When people couldn't find something on the shelve, they'd ask me to look in back. I took that as a good chance to wander around in back and enjoy my little break.. After a few minutes I'd return empty handed and tell them we're all out. Ffs, we're not hiding the good stuff back there and refusing to sell it, it's just a mess of boxes full of random products that I'm not willing to dig through. -When I was working the register, I never asked for anyones' id when they bought cigarettes or cigars, and often times I wouldn't ask for id for alcohol. But when somebody was annoying me I would be sure to id them. Some 70+ year old guy was [bleep]ing at me and had some alcohol.. So I made him get out his id which made him more upset but I got a kick out of it.. And I caught my manager laughing behind the rack of cigarettes.. He didn't want to make the guy even more mad lol Parking lot duty at a fair: -A friend and I had control of where everybody parked when they came in. So, the 19 year olds who were [wagon] and wanted the close parking spaces got sent to the very end of the lot. We generally saved those spots for elderly people once it started to get really hot out, but when they were [wagon] to us.. End of the lot [bleep].
  11. "Do you hate me now?" That was what my [wagon] friend asked me today.. After getting my pipe out to play with it after I'd told him not to.. And after my dad walked in and saw it.. He [bleep]ing got me busted, and he wonders whether or not I hate him? :wall:
  12. Gah, I noticed that too. Or they don't tag you in them or they only put up the ones you look terrible in :P
  13. I don't even want to know what kind of stuff you're referring to  . So anyways, try stuff like yoga. Or what I do is figure out what's bothering me and either resolve or ignore and then try to look at the bright side. Marijuana, alcohol, and violet sex. No no, scratch the last one
  14. I'm gonna be honest, I don't know too many regular pot smokers who smoke 8 joints in a day by themselves, even if it's weak. I don't know any pot smokers(anymore). Nor do I know how often it's smoked a day, I was just posting numbers. :? Yeah, I smoke on somewhat of a regular basis and it takes one bowl (1 bowl at the end of a pipe filled up) to get me right where I like to be. If I were smoking joints, I'd say 2 would be tops for me. It doesn't take much to get you high unless you're one of those "heavy users" -Edit: Hehe, I've put away a decent amount of vodka so far and I saw the "post entered" screen and was like "wtf? What thread did I post in and what did I say!?"
  15. Count yourself lucky and I hope it doesn't become addicting for you in the future. One to relax me is how it started off. Obviously it is addictive, there's no need for sources to even prove that point. There are better ways of relaxing too but that's your decision. Yeah, I know there are better ways of relaxing but all my ways seem to be a little harsh on the body :P Also I can't smoke around the house because 1. my parents are huge on anti-smoking and 2. my mom is allergic to cigarette smoke. Ah well, here's to hoping I don't become addicted :) Cheers
  16. Putting ice on directly after a burn isn't exactly the best thing. It cools the skin to rapidly, and leads to slower healing and bigger scarring. :? Just run cool water on it. Hopefully they were good churros though? Haha I don't think they ever finished the churros. I remember him screaming and all I could think was "STFU, I can't hear my music". Haha I'm a great brother :P
  17. I've never really seen what's so addicting about smoking cigarettes. I've been smoking them for a while but many because one cigarette is all it takes for me to relax and forget about all the [cabbage] that's bothering me. Also being relaxed helps me a lot when I skate. Plus I hear people going "omg the nicotine buzz is amazing".. But I've never felt it..
  18. Same here. The 7th for me ;)
  19. My prom was amazing. Honestly, I probably won't go to any dances next year besides prom because nothing else even compares. Our theme was "Stairway to Heaven" :)
  20. First off, thank you for posting those sources. Some of those are good reads for anyone thinking of trying it for their first time (I don't really enjoy seeing people with no clue what marijuana can do to you toking up and thinking it's harmless). Of course, smoking anything is going to be bad for you. What I noticed is many studies use joints (aka marijuana cigarettes) as the form of smoking marijuana and I'll be the first to say I prefer a bong to a joint anyday. For one the water (or liquid of choice) helps clean up the smoke a bit and secondly I don't have to worry about other peoples' saliva all over the pipe/joint ([racist term] lipping a pipe = party foul around here). If you happen to come along any studies like the ones you posted but using other means of using marijuana (pipe, bong, bubbler, vaporizer, waterfall, eating) please be sure to link me to that. You're absolutely right, the little things do add up. I know being "burnt out" can affect how you do in school which would be a great reason to put a higher age limit on marijuana if legalized. However, when I smoke marijuana I always feel a drive to do better in school. We all know that stereotype of the stoner who tokes up every night, doesn't do anything in class, etc and I refuse to be that (thank you anti-drug commercials for driving that stereotype home). As far as driving, operating machinery, or smoking in public.. Well people need to learn to use their damn heads. Driving or operating machinery is just plain stupid to attempt when you're high. I tried playing GTA when I was high and I couldn't get my vehicle to do what I wanted to so what makes anyone else think they could get a real vehicle to do any better? And smoking in public.. I'm not totally against that, but I do think it would be best to smoke at a safe location, away from the impressionable youth. Those costs you mention.. How about the gov't? Let me tell you why. It currently costs the gov't ~$32,000 USD per inmate per year. Take into account that there are over 800,000 arrests due to marijuana per year. Multiply those together and you come to a grand total of $25,600,000,000 USD. That's a hell of a lot of money that could be much better spent on things besides keeping these "criminals" behind bars. Addicts. Don't plan on seeing too many. Anything can be addicting, I'm sure we can agree on that however marijuana is generally not that addicting. It's fun, yes. But it should be treated like alcohol. Sure, you have your alcoholics who drink and drink but then you have the majority of people who only drink on weekends or special occasions. So why shouldn't marijuana be like that? Maybe smoke a joint on a Friday night and enjoy the evening. Hell, wake-and-bake on Saturday if you want. Just make sure you aren't going to feel like total [cabbage] on Monday and be back to normal by Tuesday (nobody likes Mondays and nobody gets anything accomplished as it is.. :P). Sure you'll see a little crime to pay for some marijuana but we already see that. Just a side note.. I'd love to see marijuana prices go down due to legalization, mass production, and the ability to grow it at home without being arrested. It's expensive right now and the US isn't exactly booming as far as the economy goes..
  21. Just adding on to this: If people use marijuana responsibly, but decide not to adjust their dosage the worst things you'll see from them is vomiting or they'll pass out (and probably wake up long after they've crashed aka wasted their weed). I've smoked some pretty weak stuff and some pretty strong stuff and the worst that has happened to me was passing out a few times. Unlike alcohol, taking using more marijuana than you should have (for a good high) isn't going to kill you. @laura: Please stop with your opinions that you keep pushing as facts and the gov't propaganda. I can see why TheTrueNoob would be angry with you when you're not even using correct facts in your arguement.
  22. I couldn't even begin to pick a favorite song.. I have 20gb of music and I enjoy almost all of it
  23. Working on tshirt designs for my karate studio. My master and me were up until like 1 AM working last night and I've still got more #-o
  24. That's only true until we need to exploit someone elses' talents to improve our own lives ;)
  25. Sports - I've been good at every sport I've ever played.. Though I don't like most of them :| Art - Enjoyed it since I Was a kid, considering a career in it And I guess I'm better at drinking than my friends.. I always out drink them, I'm never the one vomiting (though I do end up having to use the lawn as a toilet ), and I'm the smallest of the guys I drink with :P
