Got jogre during Tai bwo wannai trio quest, hill giant while training when I was 60 combat, Imp at varrock and Earth Warrior when I was training there. Least I'm lucky at some parts. I've never actually gotten any, however I was killing Lessers for slayer once and from across the area I saw something red on the ground and thought, "I don't remember there being a blood stain over there."
