He means that if another clan wants to find another clan, they can. Looters can to. Also, if NH clans use this, it will make clan wars alot harder to anti-crash. Also, show all the green dots maybe, and on mouseover, show the player name, world, and level. Also, as pictured in OP, you could look for individual friends via list. What you COULD do is make a special place in Lumbridge that you can go into to use this feature. i.e. You walk into the building, and there's an object in there that opens up the friend-finder interface. I think I might add in something so that you could tick off some boxes for "Auto-Pulse" for like teleporting, or using the gnome gliders, or whatever, and you could take it off if you were training mage or whatever, and didn't want to pulse every teleport.
