Rofl. Most of their teams are busy with scheduled updates, and this one was sort of an unplanned update so can't be easy adding it to the workload. They added the world switcher, that shows they're slowly but surely working on making a better client that will include clan chat. One of the things that makes RS such a big success is its community appeal. Jagex really have to cease upon this and make the development of a proper chat engine their number one priority.
