So that when the monitor is off it looks like a regular mirror but when light is shining behind it like from a monitor the image would be visible. Would be pretty poor quality and horrible to use and i cant think of any actual use for somehting like this but technically its possibly. You'll proboly get a reflection someplace between 20-45% oppacity(depends on how bright the monitor is and hwo much light is in the room). Where youll get the mirror, I dont know.
