rarest items:proselyte tasset on pure f2p(there was a glitch when they were tradeable in f2p worlds, i actually thought it was a new item and bought for 20k), broke dragon plate, and a portrait-u get them in the white knights castle-needed for quest-really random item

 

 

 

and rarest event would be a server with no macros at all

some1 with a party hat on in the wild that is skulled in lvl 46 and wearing nothing except the hat woot never happened

Untrimmed slayer/HP anyone? Pretty much impossible for slayer... But if a level 3 can get 56, then an untrimmed slayer cape is possible

I've heard many topics like this "Rarest Item in Runescape" and stuff like that and the rarest item in the game is a bar of soap. I've never seen this before, but I've heard it from many Tip.iters.
